I used Yard Techs for my yard clean up. Unfortunately, I let my yard get out of control. So to me it was bad, I was truly embarrassed. I don't trust a lot of people but one of their employees Ryan M. reassured me that they would handle the job with care and that it would look amazing, when they were done. He was right! Anyway, I reached out to Yard Techs and Matthew came out to assess my property. He took pictures and emailed me a quote. In the email there was a link to approve and pay. A date for the service was set and 4 guys, including Matthew and Ryan that came out to clean up my yard. They had a truck that they parked out front that they filled up with yard waste. They finished the project in one day. I had my front, sides and backyard cleaned up. It looks so beautiful. I am no longer embarrassed by my yard. This service is not cheap. I was willing to pay more in hopes of getting a great gardening service. They were on time and did not miss any appointments. Unfortunately, my lawn suffered from their mowing style or equipment. They do not accept feedback well. I felt like they dismissed my concerns and did not meet expectations. read more

Total trash. I only gave them two stars because they refunded my money. After meeting with their rep, I signed up for bi-weekly gardening for my tiny yard. The first visit was fine. The second week I I get a text that the guys would be coming a day early arriving in 15 minutes. Fine. I have dogs (never kept as a secret) so I quickly swept and cleaned up my yard which I do daily. Now it's time for their third visit and I never hear from them. I called several times and finally get a text advising that they cancelled service. Apparently their guys, who were here for about 20 minutes complained that I pick up the dog poo and place it in the planters. By doing this (which I don't because why would I?), the poop gets on their tools and shoes. This is literally impossible. My smallest planter is still a foot high, less than a foot wide wide and three feet long. Now ask yourself this, even if I pick up poop and then put it in my planter (which makes zero sense), why is some dude standing in this planter? They are just insulting, rude and lazy. The job they did the two times they were here was mediocre. Nothing special. I am assuming that since I have a small yard they decided that it wasn't worth their time. This is a very topical post covid lazy butt company. Save yourself the time and don't bother with them. Pics as proof that I do not use my planters to hold dog poop and are high and small enough to walk over and not through. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Total utter BS! Your guy (one) was here a total of two times. Neither time was there any "waste," let alone a covering anywhere on my "yard." You initially stated that it was in the planters and on the "hardscape." It's hilarious that you now change your account as the photos prove the implausibility of your accusations. Why would I hire a gardener if I didn't care about my patio? Because I'm made of money and just wanted a vessel to burn it in? Moreover, even if I decided to cover the patio in poo, the professional thing for you to do is to contact me, not make me chase you down more than two weeks since your last "service." Careful everyone. The caliber and class of the company's response is what you can expect. Do you want to pay for insults? Only if that's your goal avoid this "business.". Who needs the aggravation? Horrible experience. Highly don't recommend to anyone. The salesman Matthew is truly a salesman. Very inspiring. Very misleading. Salesman Matthew never shows up to the actual work. Completely disconnected and unaware of what actually happens in the yard. Told him the yard is getting worse and worse every visit. Response? 'The gardeners are GPS tracked and they were on your property during that time." Well it seems gardener may just be standing around? Work is not getting done. If they cannot do the work, salesman shouldn't be making false misleading promises. They should be honest about their abilities, so people can find a gardener who'll actually do the work. Tried to talk to gardener himself, who said yes to everything, did none of it, and Later we find out just talking to the guy Subtracts from the time allotted to the yard word. The staff are GPS tracked to be on the property a certain amount of time. The second that time ends, they run off, regardless of how much work they did, or what is left, or what they need to communicate to you. Zero communication with the person actually on your property actually doing the work. You're supposed to communicate with Matthew via text. We paid more for this group than two other gardener offers we received. We paid more expecting results. Instead yard got worse and salesman's only focus was weaseling out of promises and punting the ball "just wait." Wait how long. No clarity, no timeline, no teamwork. Beware of this company. I got them hired to do regular maintenance and detailed service. The quality of service was questionable and they do not like if you ask them any questions. Additionally all the service is pre-paid and they do not give any commitment on time or date of arrival. So basically, you are fully committed and pay things in advance but there is no commitment or evidence of service from them. read more

Coy Land Techs have been working on our yard maintenance for the past couple months and we are so pleased with their work. They are consistent and very thorough! We had weeds in our front yard that were really out of control and impossible for us to maintain. Since hiring Matthew and his team I have not seen one weed!
