I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly gentleman whom I assume is the owner. Trying to pick toppings for two sets of twins can be a bit tricky but they handled my special request without a problem. Pizza came in a very reasonable time and was delivered by another friendly gentleman. The pizza was excellent. Chicken, Bacon, Ranch, the 50th State and just a plain cheese were all really good. The sauce is delicious, the crust was perfect and overall the boys all loved it. This will definitely be my new go-to spot.

At the recommendation of a friend, I stopped in for an early lunch (11am) while in town…read more Service: considering they just opened and no other patrons were there yet, the service was very prompt. My server, Joe, was courteous and attentive. Food: Ordered lasagna. Came with the most delicious bread sticks I've ever had and also the best side salad I've had in many years (a little sparse on dressing, but that's better than being soggy from too much!) The lasagna was SUPERB!! No complaints, except the center was luke warm. I've found this too be common with lasagna no matter where you go; I'm not sure why. Other: Napkins!! I was provided a few square cocktail napkins for my meal. This is definitely an opportunity for improvement; regular size dinner napkins are a must! Butter for the breadsticks would have been preferred over the strange oily concoction on a saucer that was provided instead. Will i go back? ABSOLUTELY!! If I would have gotten normal dinner napkins and butter for the breadsticks, it would have been my first 5-Star rating in many years. And I'd like to see how the service is when they're more crowded.

Fast forward and now I'm working in Livonia - and I saw that Bellacino's is right down the street! I was ecstatic. I was nervous, however, when I walked into the restaurant and took note of the atmosphere. I was used to a sit-down place, and this is more "sparse to-go counter with two chairs to sit while you wait." Was the food going to be the same? YES! This place nailed the essence of Bellacino's - fresh ingredients, crunchy delicious bread, and generous toppings. I had my old go-to - stromboli grinder - and will be back asap to make sure the Rueben is as good as I remember. Definitely try this place if you're in the mood for a carry-out lunch!
