Actually, I've visited their shops in other states, including California and Connecticut, and this type of availability has been a trademark of this chain. I can say they take great care to ensure items are in order here. Customers have every chance to sample the lotions, sprays, perfumes, colognes, etc. My Dearest took advantage of the deals Bath & Body Works has been offering on a Holiday weekend, and I can say that they were really lighter on the bank roll. A good thing! Which leads to my next point. Those who shop here should really take note of the deals that Bath & Body Works offers. It's frequent that they'll offer a buy 2 and get one free, or a buy 3 and get 3 free. Deals are there for the making and that's been another trademark of Bath & Bodyworks that I've observed for over 15 years. Something that HASN'T been a trademark through the years is the availability of scents, colognes, sprays, etc. for men. I stumbled in the men's area a few days ago and was surprised that there was a decent-sized amount that I had not seen in these stores in the past. It was explained to me that over the last few years their offerings for men has slow to steadily grown. That's a big plus for them and I did see a few men checking out the men's area during my visit. However, there is some room to grow as it takes up a little less than a quarter of the shop space. This is a spacious store with two different sections. It's a little like walking in a maze with the large number of displays at this shop. It's just all part of the experience! :) I will say that the employees are terrific here. On our first day, the sales lady gave a good amount of time assist us and on our second visit, as we had to come back due to problem with the spray mechanism on one of the perfumes, Jan gave amazing support to us and fixed our problems, along with adjusting our order so we could purchase the better deal. It was a great customer service experience! I don't use cologne, but I would have no problem shopping here for it if I did. Bath & Body Works takes good care of my Dearest's needs and that's good enough for me. I do give a solid recommendation to this store! Recommend: HIGH

Poor management with Online orders…read more I will never shop at B&BW because the workers pick and choose which orders they want to fulfill. (Mobile orders are completed before any walk-ins in a timely manner) Legit placed an online order at 8:30 am and after 4 hours I called the store. I am told by a worker that 11 orders are ahead of mine and I will receive my order later that day.... 8 pm I received an email saying the order was completed. When I arrived at the store, workers seemed confused/incompetent and could not pull my order up on their systems. Until someone that appeared as manager found a way to find a list of incomplete online orders of the day after minutes of the other workers struggling to "find" my order. Afterwards, 10+ hours later, I am told my fav. Items from my order weren't able to be fulfilled bc they were now out of stock... what a waste of time! I then asked for a refund for the order and issued a formal complaint due to such an inconvenience and miscommunication. The appeared to be "manager" stated she issued the refund; however, this was just a lie. The next morning, I get another "ready for pick up" email of the same order I was told was canceled/refunded. I then called the store, and an incompetent worker then told me to "wait 3-5 business days" bc the order automatically cancels due to no pickup and they can not issue a refund bc the system won't allow it...really? Is this how your other customers are treated? No respect, apologies, nor honest business practices. Ignorance is one gross and shameful thing to harm a business! Such experience came off as a form of discrimination. I will never shop w/ B&BW again & deleted the app since my money isn't valued. No one wants cheap fragrances from a bankrupted company anyway ‍

This was the first time I visited this location and was pretty amazed to see how large it was AND that they had a decent stock of ornaments and Christmas decorations available. While I had originally stopped in here to grab an ornament, I wound up finding a bunch of other items to purchase. They had tons of Hallmark Christmas blankets available at 50% off, ornaments, Elf on the Shelf items, and Christmas decore. I wound up purchasing a blanket, three ornaments, an Elf on the Shelf stuffy, a book, and a decoration. Did I need of any of these items? No, no I did not. Did I want them? Yes, yes I did. The store was organized well, there were several associates ready to help, and were all very pleasant.

This Mother's Day, I was traveling and unable to go inside the store like I normally do to personally select flowers for my mom. Since the online ordering format had changed and only showed a flyer with price points and descriptions instead of actual arrangement photos, I decided to call in for assistance. Unfortunately, the person who answered my call Saturday morning was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant. I was very disappointed, especially after supporting Kuhn's for so many years. To be treated that way during such an important holiday was truly disheartening. Because of that experience, I decided to order from Dinsmore Florist instead. Their website allowed me to see actual photos of the flowers I was ordering, and they delivered my mom's flowers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They have now gained a new customer. It is very disappointing that after more than 20 years of giving Kuhn's my floral business, one negative and disrespectful interaction has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

Once you go in to pick up in store they are always quick to find your order, and show you what it looks like to make sure it's to your liking before you go home with it. While the engraving is pricey, the gifts themselves can usually be found on sale or at a discounted rate. The store is always well lit and organized. It wasn't the color or the size that I wanted, but I did ask him where the bathroom is and she pointed to the bathroom and said the other desks are over there. I'll meet you over there.
