I've just got to update my review here and I'm taking it from 3 stars all the way to 5 Yelpy stars!…read more Yuli, the store owner, has gone above and beyond for me. It seems to be so rare for people to do that for their customers these days. I roll my own cigarettes and the place I was buying my cigarette tubes quit selling the brand I use. I searched half of Jacksonville for these tubes and couldn't find them anywhere. Bummed out, I stopped by here and talked to Yuli and he said that he would absolutely get them for me and keep them in stock. Luckily, I had a photo of the box on my phone I was able to show him. Just as promised, a week later, I went back and Yuli had the tubes. Yay!! He told me he even personally went to the warehouse to choose them because he wanted to make sure the people who deliver them in the future deliver the correct kind. I think that was just so awesome of him! Yuli is such a great guy and now ever time I go in, I'm usually there for at least a half an hour or so because he and I always manage to strike up a conversation about something! I've also had more time now to look around the shop and they really have a great variety of so many different things. The selection of hookahs is great and he carries some really beautiful ones. They go from about $30 to really expensive. There's also a great supply of the hookah stuff you smoke in more flavours than I can possibly begin to mention (different brands also). Hubby and I have decided we are definitely going to purchase a hookah from here in the near future. Yuli is very knowledgeable about the hookahs and he was explaining to me how they work, etc. So, if you want one and you're unsure of how to work them, Yuli can definitely hook you up! There are cigars here too. I don't know really anything about cigars, but I did smoke my first one about a month ago at a cigar bar and loved it. It was a Java Mint flavour and they even have the cigar I like here. You'll also find some things here like body jewelry and Zippo lighters. Everything is priced really reasonably. Thanks to the great customer service, I'll be a regular customer here for as long as this store is in business!

On top of that, I had only three dollar bills to my name, and ‐ I shit you not - 2 of my cards got declined by the system (again, not my day, lol)... This led me to have a P.O.'d attitude/headspace, because i had to call a gift card company, only to be rejected by again by a robot for my unused $25 gift card I got for Christmas (fyi don't purchase vanilla gift cards by mastercard....Sham City), smh. At least 40 mins later and after Immense and professional patience granted from the Smoker's Bay employee working that day, Courtney, i was kindly guided back to earth and my mentality became grounded. Courtney treated me like a human being when i was being rejected and dismissed by everybody else. And there's no price you can put on that sort of Value in life. Not only does she know her stuff about the products that they sell - she also will pause what she's doing to research EXACTLY what'll help you to answer any questions you may have or might not know to ask. The Manager in charge of Smoker's Bay staffing is also a great guy, and i wholeheartedly support and recommended this company as a place to shop and work if you're friendly. 6 out of 5 stars for the Service provided. Thanks Smoker's Bay, and especially Thank You to Courtney! Sincerely, Haynes M. Rudder ~ Cheers all ~
