I had been turned away at two other embroidery shops, but Blane helped me with no problem.

From placing orders in the past I know that they usually get my items done quickly so I gave them a call and asked if I placed the order at 5 if there was anyway to have it done that evening. The very nice gentleman told me to go ahead and place my order and he would try to have it done with an hour and a half to two hours. I placed my order and he was able to get the item completed by 7! It was absolutely awesome. No matter which store I go to, I get great service and have never had any issues. The associates really work to make sure that I get the items I need quickly and completed perfectly. I will definitely be back!!

Ordering online with the pick up in store option is super easy and it lets you customize and change things. That process allows you keep within your budget. Most times, after ordering online your order is ready in 4 hours. The frames, bracelets, zippo lighters, etc, etc that I have ordered have all looked really good and each time the gift recipient enjoyed their gift. Once you go in to pick up in store they are always quick to find your order, and show you what it looks like to make sure it's to your liking before you go home with it. While the engraving is pricey, the gifts themselves can usually be found on sale or at a discounted rate. The store is always well lit and organized. The store is a bit small but they definitely know how to make a gift personal.

I love buying special gifts at Things Remembered, for girls, that is. For graduation gifts, I…read moreusually buy one of the many silver boxes they have and I'll have something special engraved for the graduate. It's also a great place to get something for that special girl who's turning Sweet 16. They have some beautiful snow globes and I'll have those engraved as well. I really like to boxes for a graduation gift though because it's something the graduate can hang onto and hopefully cherish for many years to come. The prices here really aren't that bad either. They have boxes as low as $15-$20 dollars, but I usually get one of the larger boxes and with the cost of engraving (a nominal charge), I generally only spent $40-$50. Not a bad price for a gift. I especially like this store in the OP Mall. I have received nothing but outstanding customer service here. They are great at recommending different items and also at recommending different "sayings" to have engraved on the item/items I purchase. You can also find some great items here for Mom or Dad on Mother's Day and Father's Day. I think too many people often forget about Things Remembered. It's such a great shop and I've been buying gifts for loved ones from this particular chain for probably close to 20 years now. The store is rather small and there are breakables everywhere. So please mind your children if they are in the store with you so they don't know anything over. Also, if you're like me and carry a large bag, make sure you are mindful of it or you can easily knock something over with it.

I have only great things to say about Things Remembered. I was looking for a gift for Boss's Day…read moreand my coworker and I decided on an engraved vase. I ordered the vase online at around 5:20 pm. On my way home from work at 6 I received an email stating it was ready for pickup. When I got to the mall the vase was ready and it was absolutely beautiful. My dad decided to ride along to pick it up and while we were there he found a jewelry box for his girlfriend. He placed his order for engraving and the very friendly lady had it ready in about 20 minutes. Things Remembered has pretty good prices and on larger items you can use promo codes. The service is great and items turn out correctly the first time. This store is located in the Orange Park Mall near Hot Topic and AT&T. It's easy to get to from the food court. Overall I am very happy and really want to go back for more.

The front of Ashes is a boutique that sells some very nice sportswear and casual clothing. The tearoom is located in the back of the shop. It's small but was able to accommodate our group of eight. They started us off with some complementary crackers served with a type of cranberry spreadable cream cheese. For lunch we all chose the tea service which came with a pot of tea, some finger sandwiches and dessert. If you're a tea lover this is your place. They had so many varieties. I had some sort of vanilla (decaf) & it was yummy. The sandwiches are served on a tiered platter surrounded by some fruit. The pimento cheese served on raisin bread was delicious. We also had chicken salad on croissant. There was a little problem with our chicken salad but they took care of it immediately and made us all new sandwiches. Dessert was delicious. A tiny apricot tart, a little lemon scone & a delicious pumpkin type of cobbler. We all had a lovely afternoon celebrating our friend's birthday. They do a mommy and me service too. I recommend this for something different.

When I got back in my car when they were finished, I immediately noticed scratches on the tint in my passenger window. The attendant noticed me go over to the window immediately and he confirmed it was scratched and got his manager. His manager was not helpful, he stated it was from grit in the window and raising it up and down, I said that might be the case but it wasn't like that when I got here and you were wiping the windows and that area down and likely also raised and lowered the window while wiping it to get the top edges. He told me they have cameras he would show me that would prove they didn't roll down the windows and that they couldn't have caused the scratches with their towels and cleaning. I said great, he then disappeared so either the footage showed something he didn't want me to see or he had no intention of following through on his offer to show it to me. I never saw him again, but longtime manager Greg came out and spoke to me, told me they couldn't have done it, etc. I'm like if you brought your 85k truck in with 20k miles and it came back scratched you might be frustrated and expect some action. He stated he'd call the owners and see what they wanted to do. I haven't gotten a call back a week later and will never use this business again. The damage they did is 75-100 bucks, they didn't even comp my wash nor offer me a couple free washes to make up for the damage. Their own attendant stated I didn't even get in my car I saw it right away. I have seen them drop a towel and pick it up off the ground and use it, people make mistakes, but to take possession of a vehicle and return it damaged and deny it and then not follow up, especially after the years of loyalty I showed them is inexcusable. I hate that the other wash on 3rd closed years back, they dinged a rim once and sent someone to my house to fix it, these guys have no accountability and are more combative and defensive than anything. An embarrassment to be the face of a small local business. I do think the camera thing is BS too, I had a buddy whose kid worked at beaches car wash a couple summers ago and his son said guys pocketed things, maybe they added cameras because of that but after I heard that I always empty my console before coming in, I couldn't believe they led with we have cameras we will show you and then disappeared and bailed on that. They'll take your money but balance that out with damaged vehicles, reading these reviews I am not the only one that has noticed this place is poorly run.
