This is officially our go to spot for sushi! Yamamori is a small, cozy establishment but they definitely are mighty in flavor. The staff is always kind and very helpful. Service is slower paced but it's not a problem for me as the quality of the dishes are always top tier. Everything is fresh, hot, and most importantly delicious. A staple in our dining out rotation. They have a regular menu or an all you can eat option. We've done both and have had good experiences so it's really up to you to decide what kind of experience you want.

Salmon Hibachi but with no rice and extra veggies

I came here to eat lunch on a workday. They were very quick and fast. Our tables and chairs were stable. I ordered the salmon hibachi which came with a small salad, not pictured , and I requested to replace the rice with more veggies. It was really tasty and flavorful. I really like the more orangey looking sauce. The salmon itself was quite thin. I would like it to be a bit thicker but maybe that's just my preference. I would order this one again. This place is right on the side of the freeway, so it's really easy to go in and out. It's a good location for a quick lunch. Parking is free and out front.

Me and my husband were craving sushi at 8pm at night and wanted to try somewhere near home which is how we ended up at Yamamori. I decided to get the vegetarian sushi meal which came with soup sushi and nigiri. Miso soup- this was the very first time I tried miso soup and I realized I'm not into it. I don't think I enjoy the flavor of miso soup. It was a cold day so I thought it was worth trying. I also am not too sure if I don't like miso soup in general or their miso soup. Veggie sushi roll- your typical veggie roll which includes avacado cucumber, nothing to special but not bad Nigiri for veggies do not recommend- I also learned what nigiri is, the veggies I wish were flavored and then placed on the rice. It was very plain and even with soy sauce was not flavored well to me. They are really good at presentation! Both my and my husbands dishes were presented really well. I always wish sushi places have more unique rolls for vegans or vegetarian- this place doesn't have any other rolls for vegetarians other than the one I tried. Since we both got the meals/all you can eat- it was super expensive didnt seem worth it. I most likely won't be back.

This little pass I've passed by several time and did not pay attention to it. It serves all you can eat. We went for lunch. The rolls included for AYCE was not very impressive so we ordered from the main menu. Be prepared becaue the size of the rolls are huge. The Seaweed Salad was perfect! The place is medium size with ample parking. It was very clean. Service was good. They were fast. But this was during lunch time. I can't speak for the peak times.

Well i'm back again for second time this week. it's was a great experience before christmas but today it's a bit busier than before christmas! day after christmas for the lunch menu of ayce. It's a smaller restaurant ...i'm sure they didn't anticipate for AYCE, Service was good. our guy was attentive. today he looks like he's running the whole floor by himself with the help of the host. food is good and fresh. good portion. not skimpy on the fish! no fries for my kiddo but she mainly eats chicken nuggets, fries or white rice lol. we ordered her a whole rice bowl to eat. we had a variety of stuff. see pics .

THIS PLACE IS FIRE The service is super friendly and speedy, the vibe is chill and makes you wanna stay for a while, and the sushi is delicious. I came with my wife on a date night and absolutely loved how kindly we were treated, it almost felt like family. (they also have all you can eat for $32 which is super dope)

I went to Yamamori in Pearland for an early dinner before work, and it was such a good solo dining experience. The restaurant has a calm, clean atmosphere--perfect if you're looking to relax and enjoy a meal on your own. I ordered the Shaggy Dog Roll, which was crispy and flavorful, with a great balance of spicy mayo and eel sauce. I also tried a deep-fried roll with cream cheese--I didn't catch the name, but it was rich, warm, and really satisfying. I added an order of shrimp tempura too, and it was light, crispy, and fresh--exactly how good tempura should be. As was the GYOZA! Yum Even though I was dining alone, the waiter was fantastic--super friendly, attentive, and made me feel totally welcome. The service really stood out and made the experience even better. Prices were a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the food and service made it absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

From left to right: Pearland Roll, I-10 Roll, shaggy dog roll, 288 Roll, Caterpillar roll. All absolutely delicious!

This is my favorite spot! The food is always amazing, the staff are always friendly, and it's decently affordable! Shout out to Nathan and Rolland for being awesome waiters. Always take great care of us.

This is a cool place with great options. They offer a 35$ all you can eat dinner option and let me just tell you, totally worth it! It gives you the option of trying a variety of items in their menu. You can sit for an hour and a half limit if you are doing the all you can eat. The spicy edamame and miso soup were amazing! The shrimp tempera did not have any flavor in my opinion. The items are not prepared until you order them so that is a great feature. I feared it was going to be buffet style upon arrival. I am eager to get back! Going next week lol

When I first came here it was good. When I came here last night for AYCE, it was great! On a Holiday Monday evening, this place was not packed, and the perfect spot for a post-river trip feast. The Gal and I came in around 7-ish. When they first opened I don't believe AYCE was an option, I could be wrong though. But I did enjoy the look, and the service at the time. This time through, we enjoyed the feast. Great location (for me). Parking is easy, they have a massive lot. The place is clean, and well situated. It's not a huge restaurant, so be careful during peak times if it's busy. Plan accordingly. Our wait staff was Tommy, he was great! Consistently checking in on us, and clearing the table before any dishes stacked up. Very friendly, and attentive. The food was great! With each AYCE comes a free sake, beer or beverage of your choice. See menu. That's a good deal. One interesting thing I noticed was that tempura is itemized.I had never seen single item veggie tempura before. I like it. The sashimi we had was very good, well portioned, and fresh. We liked the rolls we ordered too. Yamamori, Lover, Bingo Bango, Black Pearl (in that order of preference). Overall a great experience for AYCE, we will be back!

I came here with my co-workers for lunch before we headed into a meeting and the experience was quite pleasant. The servers were really nice and accommodating. They have a really good deal for $20 a person for all you can eat sushi, but unfortunately we were not that hungry to try it. I most certainly will next time though! Instead, we all had a variation of the hibachi lunch special which was all so good.

Every detail was intentional, from the atmosphere to the presentation of each dish. The sushi was, without exaggeration, some of the best I've ever had. Fresh, perfectly balanced, and crafted with so much attention to flavor that every bite felt like its own experience. Even the edamame completely changed the way I think about edamame. Something so simple was transformed into something memorable. And the dessert? Absolutely spectacular. The presentation alone deserved applause, but somehow the flavor exceeded even that. It was one of those desserts you keep thinking about long after you leave. This wasn't just dinner -- it felt like an experience. Easily a 10/10, and honestly, it deserves even higher. I've passed by Nishiki on numerous occasions so I was overdue to check it out. I stopped by on a Saturday morning with my mom for lunch. Free parking is easy in the shopping center they share with several other businesses including a bubble tea shop. Ambiance (5/5): Nishiki is an elegant restaurant without being stuffy. The decor is fresh and modern. Pretty much the perfect ambiance in my book. Service (5/5): Our waitress did a good job taking care of us. She stopped by regularly, she was efficient, and friendly. Everything you hope for in a service experience. Drinks (5/5): Nishiki has a full bar, but I opted for a Shirley Temple. No judgment lol. I used to love Shirley Temples as a kid. Not something you see on a lot of menus these days so it was a nice surprise. Food (5/5): The chef at Nishiki used to work at Nobu. No surprise as that level of excellence is seen in the food. Their sushi is hand rolled. I had the crunch roll which has tempura shrimp, crab, and avocado. I also tried a seasonal sushi item with scallops that's different from anything I've ever tried before. It was wrapped in seaweed and there is some plastic on the outside that you pull to keep your roll together. Cool concept! We also shared some gyoza and grilled edamame. Pro tip: go with the grilled edamame rather than the regular edamame. The grilled version has garlic and some other seasoning. Edamame to the next level. The food at Nishiki isn't cheap. But the quality is there. There's a reason the reviews are so good. It's now one of my favorite restaurants in town. Up there with Killen's BBQ.

We come twice a week! We have never had a problem there and all of the daytime staff wave at us when we enter. After the situation is "over" the server comes to the table and apologized for what we may have over heard because the bartender was still at the bar disrespecting my family. He never puts our order in and keeps going outside to vape, slamming the door constantly by our table. We wanted our daughter to enjoy her time out before school the next day so we smiled through it all, tipped 22% and left hungry. The food is quick and cheap and like I said we have never had a problem with any of the staff. We enjoy the two ladies that primarily work in the day. Today was shocking and the bartender was lucky that he had a family that was classy enough not to escalate the situation because he deserved it! Since we were in the area that day, we made a point to stop at this Wrap & Roll location to make sure it was not a fluke. And by golly, it was exactly what we hoped for! First, the portion sizes are huge as each noodle dish can feed 2-3 people. So unless you brought your appetite, you'll be needing a togo container. Main reason it's so large is because it's packed with protein. Second, the menu has a variety of items ranging from tacos/quesadillas to sandwiches, to noodles/rice, to chicken wings; so there's something for everyone here. And third, the flavors/taste of the eats. The combination fried udon is packed with shrimp/chicken/filet and all the meats are tender along with the noodles and veggies with this sweet/sour/spicy flavor that will knock out your taste buds. From what I read, all the noodle/rice dishes are similar to this. I also saw someone get the quesadilla which was huge and they immediately went silent when eating it cause they couldn't stop stuffing it in their mouth. There's no doubt I plan to return and I hope they expand closer to our neck of the woods in the Heights area. That's a wrap cause they're on a roll!

Mine was ok and I probably could have added a lot of veges as my bowl was only 1/2 full. It is one price for one bowl, irrespective of how much of what you add. Taste wise, it was ok as I had no idea how much of sauce would go into it or the spice level. The second order was vegetable roll. We asked for a little customized version of excluding mushrooms. They brought it with 'kanpyo' instead and forgot the carrots First of all kanpyo looks like mushroom and didn't have the faintest idea that they were very different things , secondly carrots were no where to be seen.
