Don't use this laundromat. They lost a sweater that I gave them back at the end of April. I came to pick it up last week and they could not locate it. To be honest, I hesitated using this laundromat because when I dropped off 2 items, I was not given a receipt of any kind. But when I picked up the jacket and slacks everything was fine. When I dropped off the sweater a receipt was not given either. So when I came to pick up the sweater and they couldn't find it, I asked about receipts. I was told they just put the item under your name and that's it. Apparently that system is flawed. My sweater is lost was told they would contact the manager, but I haven't heard back from them. Will NEVER use this laundromat again. Dumb way to do business. read more

New Yale Customer, used their services at this location for the first time. I was greeted as I expected, and gave the clothes to the attendant, and was provided priced per clothing item. However when I picked up my clothing items and got ready for work my clothes smelled. Like body odor, perhaps they weren't washed like they said they would but my clothes stink and I paid an arm and a leg to get them all cleaned. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone, I can't even tell my clothing items were cleaned and washed. Disappointed. read more

Started going here for 2 reasons - like to support local businesses whenever possible and the location is convenient. Keep going here year after year for 1 reason - the staff! They give OUTSTANDING customer service and always have a friendly greeting and a smile. I love how supportive Wanda is of her staff and she works as hard or harder right by their sides. Linda, Deserae, Riley, and Whitney are AWESOME and I wish I knew the names of all the ones behind the scenes who clean everything well and fast and I know their job isn't easy in these Tulsa summers but they are appreciated! Highly recommend! read more

Of course, not many cleaners in Tulsa deal with leather. I was happy to see that LaMode did! I took my jacket in around early November. I was told that it was going to be sent off to New York and wouldn't be ready for about three months. The estimated cost for cleaning was $50. This all sounded fine to me. So now, it is December and I have not heard back about my jacket. I decide to give them a call. "Oh yes miss, your jacket is here!"....ok....as I wonder why I wasn't called. They are open until seven during the week, which is helpful. I go to pick up my jacket and find a $5 off coupon online. YAY! As I am paying, I show the man my coupon, and he is a little put off. "This really needs to be printed off, but I will still give you the $5 off from your phone" WHAT YEAR IS IT?? Also, it is the least he can do, since my jacket had been sitting on their hanger for at least and week, without calling me. So, to say the least, I was happy with the cleaning of my jacket (which wasn't even done at LaMode), but the service was in need of improvement. I do not think I will not be going back.

Every time I drop off in the morning I am generally greeted by Whitney, who at the 7am hour is always the most pleasant person, I wish I was that cheerful that early in the morning! Wanda is fantastic, on a couple of occasions she has worked diligently to resolve a clothing mix up. All of which I and the other owner of the mixed up clothes greatly appreciate. Not only is Wanda very personable and professional, but has gone out of her way on a few occasions fir me when I was tuning a few minutes late to pick up an item that I absolutely had to have (insert wife) for an evenings event. Linda, Deserae and Riley are equally as professional and always very personable! I generally see them on my pickup times. I really like my local Yale Cleaners (Store#25), and would highly recommend this location. Always nice, very accommodating and my dry cleaning is always ready by the tone stated when I drop off in the morning. 5 Stars from me for this store and it's phenomenal staff! read more

I always order a hamburger when I drive up to pick up my cleaning and Wanda and her staff(Linda, Deserae, Riley and Whitney) always takes it in fun. I bet someday the will have one ready for me! The Yale Cleaners north of 101st St South on the east side of Mingo is awesome. All of the ladies there are extremely friendly and helpful. Whitney and sometimes Linda, cheerfully take my clothes that I drop off in the morning on the way to work.
