Of course, not many cleaners in Tulsa deal with leather. I was happy to see that LaMode did! I took my jacket in around early November. I was told that it was going to be sent off to New York and wouldn't be ready for about three months. The estimated cost for cleaning was $50. This all sounded fine to me. So now, it is December and I have not heard back about my jacket. I decide to give them a call. "Oh yes miss, your jacket is here!"....ok....as I wonder why I wasn't called. They are open until seven during the week, which is helpful. I go to pick up my jacket and find a $5 off coupon online. YAY! As I am paying, I show the man my coupon, and he is a little put off. "This really needs to be printed off, but I will still give you the $5 off from your phone" WHAT YEAR IS IT?? Also, it is the least he can do, since my jacket had been sitting on their hanger for at least and week, without calling me. So, to say the least, I was happy with the cleaning of my jacket (which wasn't even done at LaMode), but the service was in need of improvement. I do not think I will not be going back.

This is why I intentionally kept my purple receipt in my passenger seat to ensure I was being charged correctly, and that is when she tried it. This is some bullsh*t.
