I was looking for a laundromat to dry my clothes before my work meetings started and was lucky enough to come across Phoenix. After I explained my issue they took the time to get my clothes dried and pressed in a very short period of time. They staff was very friendly and the environment was very welcoming. The crowd was into our performance along with the same crowd being very interactive with the comedians who were on the bill. This isn't your usual bar, this isn't even your usual laundromat, simply because it's a hybrid of both. Can you imagine time flying on your laundry because you're watching sports a few steps away from the washing machines? They no longer have a kitchen, which my homie reminded me about them serving brunch & that's something that was always in the back of my mind because I was curious about what was on the menu. I'm not sure now often they have events here, I enjoyed the atmosphere + the crowd.

Then tell you afterwards that you didn't pay them enough! They switched larger bills for smaller ones, then said I owed them more! The first time could have been an honest mistake but that's highly unusual! But the second time it happened she accused me of being dishonest! It's the Business Responsibility to count the money to verify the transaction at the time of service! Not wait a week later to ask for more money! I won't be back!
