But you will also want the freshly made (fresh as in: they make it right in front of you) guacamole. The tacos are excellent - not sophisticated excellent, but Mexico taco stall excellent. The lemonade tastes like the model every lemonade everywhere should taste like. And the guacamole, well, could just be more of it! The location in a food court is as pedestrian as they come, but if you sit inside, with the back to the court, it actually feels like the hand built taco stall it is, with colorful chairs, great music, and thick stone bowls for that guacamole. When we were there, the wait was quite long but the restaurant was full and there was only one waiter and a bartender, so we excused that because the waiter was lovely and patient. There are very above average vegetarian options, including spinach, mushrooms, nopal, tofu, and seitan for burritos, quesadillas, and enchiladas. The burrito wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't great. I liked the texture of the tortilla (pressed on the grill), but the fillings weren't particularly good tasting. I also thought the burrito was lacking flavor and could have used more ingredients (some salsa, sour cream, and guacamole like the quesadillas included certainly would've been nice). The steak, rice, and beans weren't bad but didn't taste particularly good. There were also diced tomatoes and onions that were fine. Overall, I would go here if you're in the mood for Mexican food and in the area because it's not bad, but I can't recommend this place for having a particularly good burrito.

We had a reservation at 8:30 pm and weren't seated until 8:40 after arriving 10 minutes early. There was only one host working and a line of 5 reservations waiting to be seated. One of these tables happened to get their starter before we had even been given a drink menu (they gave us food menus to start). It took another half an hour for us to get our drinks and put in our food orders. When that did happen, one of the appetizers we ordered was sold out. (I know this happens, but they included it on our bill at the end of the meal). When our entrees did come out, they brought the wrong entree for my girlfriend and she had to wait another 20 minutes for her food (sashimi). All told it was almost 3 hours from the time we were seated until we were able to pay the check. I'm sure some people would not mind not being rushed, but when this length is due to your table largely being ignored and continuous mistakes being made by the staff it is very frustrating. All we were offered was a "we are very sorry! This is not normal. Please give us another chance." I don't see this happening as our customer experience was so poor. The only reason for this being two stars is the food is actually good as well as the ambiance. And although that combination is a majority of the experience the service and professionalism was so poor I can't in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.
