I recently experienced the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. During a towing incident, the driver not only damaged my car but also acknowledged the damage without offering an apology. Despite my attempts to address the situation, he abruptly left me at a gas station, claiming he did not have time to wait, even though he never communicated that he was ready to depart. I was taken by surprise when I heard the engine rev up, and he drove off while other patrons at the gas station were honking and urging him to stop. This level of rudeness is beyond unacceptable, and I have since obtained an estimate for the damage to my vehicle totaling over $1,800. I would strongly advise against using this tow service, as the driver's behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating. I submitted a claim to address the damage to my car, accompanied by comprehensive personal statements and photographs documenting the incident. I felt assured knowing that the tow truck driver from Yaffo had acknowledged responsibility for the damage at the scene. However, I was taken aback when the adjusters contacted Yaffo and were informed that they denied any responsibility for the incident. On the night of August 9, 2024, I spoke with the night manager and clearly explained that the driver had indeed damaged my vehicle. It is disheartening to realize that Yaffo was fully aware of this damage, yet chose to misrepresent the situation to evade responsibility for the necessary repairs. Such blatant dishonesty is unacceptable and has led me to advise others against using this company. My experience with Yaffo has been unprecedented; it is troubling that a company would initially acknowledge fault and subsequently resort to falsehoods to protect their interests. read more

THANK YOU TIFFANY AT YAFFO TOWING!!!!!!!! Over this last weekend, a different tow company took my vehicle from my apartment complex illegally. After a weeks worth of back and forth with my complex managers, they agreed to release the vehicle with waived fees, I just have to tow the vehicle off the lot. Through AARP, they connected me to YAFFO towing. Well, the other impound lot *cough cough Hadley towing* was arguing with me over the phone that the man who authorized the release isn't back until Monday and they won't give me it until then. Well the wonderful Tiffany at Yaffo had my back!!!! She called them for me and made sure on a RECORDED LINE that they will release my vehicle to Yaffo first thing Monday morning to be brought to my delivery location. TIFFANY MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH EASIER WITH ONE PHONE CALL!!!! I would've gone back and forth with the trashy Hadley towing if it weren't for her. Thank you so much to this company!!! This company was sent by my insurance company road side assistance. It was after 4pm on Memorial Day and I was at a lake near Nineveh IN, a somewhat remote area. See photo for the problem I had. It did take a while for the tow truck to arrive, but I think this company was one of the few companies taking calls. Once the truck operator arrived, everything was handled so professionally and with a great attitude. It was not a simple problem, but the operator was very careful to get my car back on level ground with no damage to the front end or any part of the car. I know the operator was tired and ready to be done for the day but he never showed any impatience and was so kind and pleasant. I requested roadside assistance through my insurance app, State Farm. They requested the tow company which contacted me immediately and sent a driver. He got to me in good time,he was very nice and definitely was experienced. He loaded my car onto his truck in 5min. He took me to my house, which was the tow location. He was an excellent driver, has excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable about my ca and was also very careful loading and unloading my car. I'm not sure the total cost from my insurance, I had to pay 83.00 due to being over 10 miles. To me the value is excellent because he got me and my car to my house safely. The gentleman who came to tow my car home was incredibly kind and patient. My car wouldn't start while I was doing Amazon Flex, and he initially couldn't access the building I was in. Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to leave due to safety restrictions, which made things a bit complicated. He stayed on the phone with me the entire time while we worked through how to get him inside, and he remained calm, friendly, and reassuring throughout the situation. Once he was able to get in, he continued to be personable and easy to talk to during the ride home. Overall, he went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. The guy was here for 30 seconds. Then he told me I go leave the car running for 30 minutes. WOW!!! It's freezing in this car and outside and he said for me to stay out here with the car for 30 minutes or leave my keys in the car and go inside. I said somebody will probably steal the car. I used to work for these pice of shit company and they refused to give me my last paycheck and they are Pakistan which and his Mohammed are the most unprofessional people lie to the customers as well as lying to the tow truck operators, which is why they all take so long to arrive. I would highly recommend customers to go to affordable towing. Mustafa pulled his. personal gun me one time and also try to sick his dog on me. he continually verbally driver dispatcher. Never used this place in my life. On March 16th, some punk kid was driving up 37 was tailgating me, not five feet from my bumper. I'm in the second to the RIGHT lane going 5mph over the speed limit and this clown thinks it's smart to get up on my bumper. I get if I'm in the LEFT lane and you want to tail me, to push me out. But if I'm over the speed limit in the right lanes, you're just being an a-hole. Not sure how their service is, but if they have reckless drivers like this as an employee, I wouldn't trust their judgement at all. read more

I called State Farm Insurance the towing company came out right away , Eddie gave me gas to get to the neat gas station and he followed me there to make sure I was okay. This towing company was called out by Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance and they were supposed to be there at four. They showed up at 3:30 and I showed up at four at the location and they took another job and so they had to come back and I had to wait for them until 4:40 PM and then it took them until 515 to hook up my all-wheel-drive 2500 sprinter. Yes it is a 9 foot tall vehicle and so it took them some time but they got it done. read more

They kept me employed by keeping my POSs running. A few times they put parts I'd pulled from junkyard. They'd warranty the workmanship, but not a part I got from god knows where. They'd also order new parts for people, but that was rarely a problem I had. Never had an issue. Never left feeling screwed over. More than once they worked up to or past their closing time to get my roommate or me underway to the far north side where we worked. Once, they even let me bring them cash the next morning instead of making me find an ATM and be late. Paying dealership prices and dealing with dealership level responsibility hot potato and I would have been unemployed followed shortly by homeless. I can't thank them enough.
