This company was sent by my insurance company road side assistance. It was after 4pm on Memorial Day and I was at a lake near Nineveh IN, a somewhat remote area. See photo for the problem I had. It did take a while for the tow truck to arrive, but I think this company was one of the few companies taking calls. Once the truck operator arrived, everything was handled so professionally and with a great attitude. It was not a simple problem, but the operator was very careful to get my car back on level ground with no damage to the front end or any part of the car. I know the operator was tired and ready to be done for the day but he never showed any impatience and was so kind and pleasant. My insurance company sent Yaffo out to tow me to Costco for a tire repair. The technician first put air in my tire (bad leak in side wall) and then offered to follow me all the way to Costco to make sure I got there. He was very professional and courteous. Wasn't going to post a review but keep getting text about doing a review. this company is dog wash after calling my insurance for road side assistance this company told me they would be there in 60 minutes after 60 minutes passed I called again was told about another 45 minutes after the 45 minutes went by i was told 30 min then another 35 minutes then 20 minutes then 10 minutes then finally a driver called me and said he would be 15 minutes and after 45 minutes later he showed up and asked me if I had a jack even though he had one and I wouldnt have called if I did he finally swaps the tire and I could get on my way I called at 12:17am and didn't get home until 5:30am rediculous read more

My truck broke down in an Ave, took more than an hour for driver to arrive. Since I had no one to pick me up I Asked the driver if he would be able to give my mom and me a ride to a street closer to home since my mom is elder, at first he said yes. So we waited for him to finish hooking my truck. Once he was done he said actually no I won't be able to drop you guys off since I have to go the opposite way. It was disappointing since it was extremely cold and the bus had just passed by us. Next time if they are not willing to do a favor they should never say yes and keep the person waiting. read more

I submitted a roadside assistance request through Farm Bureau, and these guys were assigned to me. The ETA I got from FB was 90-120 mins. Cool. About an hour later, I get a call from a guy who says he'll be there in 10-15 mins. Great! So I go outside and stand with my car for 30 mins. No one shows up. Two hours go by since I submitted the request, and FB texts to see if anyone has shown up. Nope. I get a call from their dispatcher who says someone will be there in 10 mins. Okay. 40 mins later someone finally shows up. Guy got the problem sorted pretty quickly. All of that would probably be worth three stars to me because, in spite of the multiple times I was given an inaccurate ETA, the problem got solved. In fact, I probably wouldn't have bothered to write a review and would've just moved on with my day. Why I'm writing a one-star review (which would be zero if Yelp would let me) is because before the guy left he goes, "Do you have your phone on you?" I assume I need to tell FB the problem is solved or something. "Yeah." "Go to Google." "Okay." "Type in Yaffo Towing." "Okay." At this point the guy takes my phone (he did ask first), clicks on the business page, clicks on reviews, clicks five stars, and then hands the phone back to me. "Write a review." "Sure thing, buddy." So, here it is. If you want a five-star review, try actually earning one in the future, you lowlifes. And because of that little stunt, I'll be more than happy to leave similar reviews on every other site I can think of. This is who my insurance sent to get my car out of the snow. Please explain how a flat bed tow truck doesn't have all wheel drive. They tore up the side of my yard trying to get the truck out. All for them to just pull off and not even attempt to pull my car literally into the driveway. No apologies. NOTHING! I Only found out they left because I checked my security camera and saw my car still in the snow. I had to call the UNPROFESSIONAL driver who said he'd call back and NEVER did but of course I found out who is running this company and honestly I'm not surprised. We waited 8 1/2 hours for a tow. Our driver spoke little English. He was to drowsy to drive and drifted off we yelled, he over corrected and we went off the other side of the road, rolled twice and had to be cut out of the roof to be taken to the hospital. There was a thick plastic cover over the seat which blocked the seat belt which increased our injuries. He had to stop and pull off for rest and a cigarette twice in the first 30 minutes. read more
