I last had a motorcycle towed in 2004. A lot has changed since then, especially the price. Fortunately, my insurance company's roadside assistance set me up with Yaffo Towing. Scheduling service was easy, and since there was no emergency, I was able to pick a convenient time slot. My driver was exactly on time. He was courteous and very knowledgeable on motorcycles. My bike was delivered to the service shop safely and without delay. Thanks Yaffo Towing! read more

Eliminate $100 cash STAT Fee after prepaying for a 1/2 mile tow.Driver wouldn't take card. Insisted on cash.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was assigned to this company through my insurance, they gave me an eta of 3-33 minutes. Two hours later I tried calling for an update, was put on hold and then hung up on. I called back 3 times to be hung up on twice and third time the man who answered was extremely rude. After raising his voice at me, telling me that they were busy, he said "don't worry about it, we will get when we get there " and then hung up on me again. I had my insurance cancel with them. After reading their other reviews, I'm would never let them near my vehicle. read more

Terrible service. Terrible communication. After not showing with a ETA 60-90 minutes, then updated additional ETA of 7-37 min after the 90 min transpired, still no show, called for an update without being able to get ahold of anyone. when an agent did finally pick up he was very dismissive and rude. stated " we are getting alot of calls, and it would be 60 additional minutes, still did not show. then received another update : 60 additional minutes... at that point I already had figured out another plan and where I needed to be...this company should never be used! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Needed a company van taken from Belle Tire to a dealership. The service was scheduled through my insurance company. The tow ETA kept switching from 3-33min all of the way up to 75 min. This went on for several HOURS. Called a couple times and they confirmed that they would be there within 20 min. The service said "completed" on my end. Fast forward to TODAY-over 24 hours later, Belle Tire calls to tell me that the tow truck driver came and picked up the KEY to the van, but didn't take the van anywhere. I called the tow company, and they said the driver FORGOT. THEY STILL HAD MY VAN KEYS. Who on earth would make this kind of mistake, and how would they think it reasonable not to communicate this? They lied to my insurance company and said the tow was completed yesterday, and even provided photos! WILDDDD read more

One of their employees dropped off a car we had sold to a customer and got argumentative with us over it. He said it had multiple problems according to that customer. I already had it looked at and was confirmed ready to sell before they bought it. The vehicle had 180,000 miles which we usually don't sell. He started calling me a M---F---er and cursing beyond means about it, then tried to fight me. I was astounded over it, I called his boss. I would never recommend them to anyone with employees like this read more

My insurance company sent Yaffo out to tow me to Costco for a tire repair. The technician first put air in my tire (bad leak in side wall) and then offered to follow me all the way to Costco to make sure I got there. He was very professional and courteous. I didn't get his name, and once he saw I was close enough to Costco to be able to get there safely, he honked and drove off. I didn't get to tip him! Excellent service today. read more

I've had to use this company twice in this past week. The first time, we had a flat on the interstate. We got a ride home, Sy was was so sweet and kind. When he brought my car home, he changed the tire for me. Yesterday, I locked myself out of my car (with it running). Achmed was so great about getting me in my car and on my way. Great attitudes on both of these guys. Keep hiring people like this and your business will certainly thrive. Thank you guys for being so great !! read more

This company was quite communicative when making arrangements for the tow. They kept me informed of timing thru text and showed up exactly when they said they would, and with the proper equipment needed for my specific vehicle to be transported. The driver was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and took all safety precautions for securing my vehicle. It arrived quickly and safely to the location for repairs. Avis rental car broke down at 2pm on I65 near Franklin In, Yaffo toke the order to pick up car, I waited 5 hours on the side of the road. I was told lies multiple times, "driver will be there in 45 minutes" driver will be there in 25 minutes" "driver will call you". I submitted a roadside assistance request through Farm Bureau, and these guys were assigned to me. The ETA I got from FB was 90-120 mins. Cool. About an hour later, I get a call from a guy who says he'll be there in 10-15 mins. Great! So I go outside and stand with my car for 30 mins. No one shows up. Two hours go by since I submitted the request, and FB texts to see if anyone has shown up. Nope. I get a call from their dispatcher who says someone will be there in 10 mins. Okay. 40 mins later someone finally shows up. Guy got the problem sorted pretty quickly. All of that would probably be worth three stars to me because, in spite of the multiple times I was given an inaccurate ETA, the problem got solved. In fact, I probably wouldn't have bothered to write a review and would've just moved on with my day. Why I'm writing a one-star review (which would be zero if Yelp would let me) is because before the guy left he goes, "Do you have your phone on you?" I assume I need to tell FB the problem is solved or something. "Yeah." "Go to Google." "Okay." "Type in Yaffo Towing." "Okay." At this point the guy takes my phone (he did ask first), clicks on the business page, clicks on reviews, clicks five stars, and then hands the phone back to me. "Write a review." "Sure thing, buddy." So, here it is. If you want a five-star review, try actually earning one in the future, you lowlifes. And because of that little stunt, I'll be more than happy to leave similar reviews on every other site I can think of. Plus I contacted Farm Bureau to let them know (not that I expect that to do anything). read more

This is who my insurance sent to get my car out of the snow. Please explain how a flat bed tow truck doesn't have all wheel drive. They tore up the side of my yard trying to get the truck out. All for them to just pull off and not even attempt to pull my car literally into the driveway. No apologies. NOTHING! I Only found out they left because I checked my security camera and saw my car still in the snow. I had to call the UNPROFESSIONAL driver who said he'd call back and NEVER did but of course I found out who is running this company and honestly I'm not surprised. Wouldn't recommend them to come help someone pull a toy out of the sand box. read more

My truck broke down in an Ave, took more than an hour for driver to arrive. Since I had no one to pick me up I Asked the driver if he would be able to give my mom and me a ride to a street closer to home since my mom is elder, at first he said yes. So we waited for him to finish hooking my truck. Once he was done he said actually no I won't be able to drop you guys off since I have to go the opposite way. It was disappointing since it was extremely cold and the bus had just passed by us. Next time if they are not willing to do a favor they should never say yes and keep the person waiting. read more

We waited 8 1/2 hours for a tow. Our driver spoke little English. He was to drowsy to drive and drifted off we yelled, he over corrected and we went off the other side of the road, rolled twice and had to be cut out of the roof to be taken to the hospital. There was a thick plastic cover over the seat which blocked the seat belt which increased our injuries. He had to stop and pull off for rest and a cigarette twice in the first 30 minutes. read more
