Super responsive over text, gives you a call before they come and texts you their ETA, no nonsense and great prices for a great team to work with. The team is super respectful when they come of your space and do a quality work for a good price. The only thing is that they do not do drywall repair, so make sure that either you can do the drywall repairs after or you have someone that can.

Scammers! Avoid this company. They sent a photoshopped certificate of insurance when I asked them…read more Literally had date outside of the coverage date. Further it had some random company name on there. Called the insurance agent and was told they must have self issued it. I called their insurance carrier and reported them for fraud. They are photoshopping and self issuing insurance certs. They have no workers comp, so if someone gets injured on your property you're on the hook for paying out. Reported them to the DCA. They are either not insured, or under insured, or plan on doing bad work and don't want their insurance on the hook. Whatever the case avoid these guys. Electrical is too important to risk. Update #1: They tried to say the updated insurance they sent is legitimate. Except its not. I ran it thru Claude. Here's the result. It was built using a PDF editing app. So again, not generated by an insurance program as it should be. Simply Business has no record of this cert. Update #2: The owner replied. Please note, that even their contract doesn't have the same address as their supposed insurance certificate. On the contract it shows one address, and the fake insurance a different address. I only realized this after speaking with their agent. Contract address attached. None of his replies address the problems listed. Update #3: Complaints filed. Screenshots attached. Stop sending fake insurance docs, and get actual workers comp and proper Insurance.

Trash Dumping: After they replaced my electrical panel they filled all my trash cans with the trash, including my recycling bin - with construction trash that would get rejected. I had to pull all of it out when I found it several days later and make them come back and get it 2. Communication / Coordination: After the panel replacement there was coordination required to get inspections and stucco done. I had to hound them, they were not responsive, dragged their feet. Every time you call you get a different person and they put a buffer between you and the project manager so you cant ever reach your project manager directly. 3. Work Quality: We had to run a new ground wire and install new ground rods. They did the bare minimum to make them code compliant, leaving me with sketchy metal spears sticking 5 inches out of the ground. I told them this did not work for us because we have young kids running around. I needed the GEC run below grade and the ground rods inside valve boxes. All of this was approved by the inspector. The way they moaned and groaned... They stopped returning my calls and sent me a $2000 f-off quote to change the ground wire. I have sketchy rods sticking out of my yard, open stucco around the panel, they dont take my calls and I have to hire someone else to come finish the job. Honestly up there with one of my worst experiences with a contractor.
