Turned out to be a tripped breaker that wasn't obvious because of the safety bracket on the breaker. Wanted to convert an outdoor CFL fixture to LED. Instead of selling me a much bigger job, they explained I could simply use LED bulbs that plug into the existing CFL sockets. What could've easily turned into a several hundred dollar bill ended up being around $100. Trash Dumping: After they replaced my electrical panel they filled all my trash cans with the trash, including my recycling bin - with construction trash that would get rejected. I had to pull all of it out when I found it several days later and make them come back and get it 2. Communication / Coordination: After the panel replacement there was coordination required to get inspections and stucco done. I had to hound them, they were not responsive, dragged their feet. Every time you call you get a different person and they put a buffer between you and the project manager so you cant ever reach your project manager directly. 3. Work Quality: We had to run a new ground wire and install new ground rods. They did the bare minimum to make them code compliant, leaving me with sketchy metal spears sticking 5 inches out of the ground. I told them this did not work for us because we have young kids running around. I needed the GEC run below grade and the ground rods inside valve boxes. All of this was approved by the inspector. The way they moaned and groaned... They stopped returning my calls and sent me a $2000 f-off quote to change the ground wire. I have sketchy rods sticking out of my yard, open stucco around the panel, they dont take my calls and I have to hire someone else to come finish the job. Honestly up there with one of my worst experiences with a contractor.

Eric was very experienced and did an excellent job identifying the direction of the ceiling joists on the first floor. He was able to precisely determine the best locations to make openings in the ceiling to run the wiring, which made the installation much more efficient and minimized unnecessary damage.
