I have often gone for press checks where I proof and review the layouts for color and they are experts in their field. They also have this new cool technique called Amplify where the images are incredibly saturated and make the vibrant colors in your photographs really pop. I am definitely considering it for my next projects. Until then, props to Colornet for never disappointing.

Most people in graphic design use Apple computers. We were doing graphic design using a PC - yes, it can be done. We used Quark Xpress and Photoshop. Captured Images knew how to deal with our nonconformist graphic design tendencies. I forgot everyone's name but there are a lot of cool people who work there. They helped us out a lot and provided good advice to us. The posters and signs were high quality. We used these posters and signs at trade shows. Their location in Newbury Park was difficult to find but a police officer noticed I was lost and helped me with that. The Mapquest directions at the time weren't intuitive. Thank you to the nice police officer that helped me find Captured Images. By the way, Captured Images also has delivery service for nearby areas. I would call them first to schedule a delivery.

I have to share the positive experience I've had with Edge Graphics. As a real estate…read moreprofessional, I've been aware of their clientele and high quality work for some time. When I was ready to get the ubiquitous Realtor notepad made, I reached out to Edge. Their pricing was extremely competitive and I decided to give them a shot. The designer, Wayne, worked up a great design based on information I provided of my existing branding from postcards. He quickly worked up some proofs and with some minor changes, I gave an approval. My Account Consultant, Edgard, made sure I was always aware of the status and progress of my order. When my notepads arrived the printing job was less than stellar. It was no fault of Edge, it was just some of the images used made the print turn out much differently than the approved proof. When I expressed my disappointment, Edgard and Wayne, quickly made some fixes, sent me another proof which they felt would be much better, and ran another print run....AT NO COST TO ME. That's right....they did something that is rare in this day and age....they made the customer happy. It's service like this that makes me loyal to Edge and will, without hesitation, refer them to other business contacts.

They were not only prompt and professional in their communications, but also offered me a very reasonable quote and a high-quality proof for my wedding save-the-dates (which I had designed myself). After I made a few adjustments, they provided a second proof and even delivered everything to my home address at no additional charge. I therefore did not hesitate to use Jano Graphics again when it was time to print my more complicated 3-piece wedding invitation package (full-color, double-sided folded cards with 2 separate double-sided color inserts). Having invested a lot of time in designing/preparing the invites, I was very particular about getting a high-quality print job and again, they were prompt and professional and delivered a superior product at a competitive price. Finally, when I needed help with a few last-minute wedding signs and my seating chart, I turned to Jano Graphics one more time. Mark's response to my "urgent" request was immediate and each piece was perfectly produced and delivered within 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Jano Graphics for either personal or professional printing needs.

How has CyberCopy been here all this time without my knowing about it?…read more I recently needed a large photo memory board for my dear friend Gary's memorial. Another good friend helped me assemble the design in Photoshop, and I took the finished mock-up to Cyber Copy, where I met Johnny. He was exceptionally helpful and brought me up to date on what modern printing equipment could do to make the photographs look their best. With so many details involved in planning the memorial, the photo board had been left until nearly the last minute. Then, when rough seas forced us to cancel the scattering of ashes, we had to move the memorial dinner to an earlier time--which meant I suddenly needed the board even sooner than expected. CyberCopy completed the printing ahead of time and had everything ready for me on the day of the memorial. The finished board was absolutely beautiful. Everyone admired it, and seeing all those photographs--many of which included the very people gathered there that evening--created an especially touching and meaningful moment. When I think about how painstaking the effort would have been for me to do by hand, I was amazed at the professionalism and quality of the finished board and how reasonably priced it was. I am tremendously grateful to Johnny and Cyber Copy for helping me complete something so important in time. I have been sitting on several more complicated printing projects, assuming I would have to find a large print shop in Los Angeles. Those fears are now completely allayed. I don't need to travel to the big city for sophisticated printing, creative collaboration, or big ideas--I have found all of that right here in Ventura at Cyber Copy Graphics and Print Solutions!
