They hadn't reattached the engine covers under the hood. This whole process took about three hours with an appointment. Car had a new problem after they messed with it. Never again.

And since they use pumps to put the oil it wasn't just a little spill either it was a big splash. They weren't even transparent about it, almost like they wanted to hide it. We asked the other worker to confirm what happened and he said she wiped it up. Come home and look under the hood and it's a hot mess. You don't spill oil all over the engine and just assume wiping it up is gonna be safe. My husband had to buy degreaser and take it to another shop to have them inspect that it was safe to drive. The guy who initiated the process didn't even ask to confirm my name or info. He just assumed my car was under whatever previous owner had already had an account with them. A simple question to confirm name would have made the paying process much more easier later. The only person here that helped the most was Joe, who did my inspection and changed the previous owner's account information to mine. I am livid about this experience, and we will never go back. Please be observant of what they are doing with your vehicles. Spilling oil all over your engine and in crevices you can't see is not okay.

The worker Johan was very helpful and friendly during the process. The prices are a tad bit lower than other oil place changes and they have coupons on their website to use. Great place !

Although I did have great service and kind team members, it took longer than expected! I think I was second in line but because I was behind a car that was getting multiple services, I was waiting a while. They did have two garages in which I thought I would be asked to move to the garage that was empty, but another car pulled up and they started servicing that car instead of me. Therefore I was still stuck waiting. I am usually patient but from my work, it took me 8 mins and if I'm waiting 30 and take 8 to get back and all have to consider time to the the job, that bothered me a little. This is nothing I feel would make me not recommend this place. Things happen. I'm very understanding and the team corrected the action pretty quickly. They offered a great coupon online and stacked coupons because I'm a ride share driver. This was very kind and considerate and I appreciated the effort. Of course I will come back. No harm was done and once I did finally get into the garage, my service was swift and quick. Thank you team for helping me out. Fingers crossed it was just a one time fluke!

I started to get a little worried and stressed because I'd never had battery problems before, and I didn't know what kind of battery I needed or if I'd have to keep jump-starting it every time I drove. The staff were incredibly patient with me. They were patient and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my battery, instead of just replacing it without a word. They were even more patient when we spent an hour trying to call my mom and Toyota to check on my car's warranty. After all that waiting, Katie and Jonathan changed my battery and still patiently explained to me what they were doing. I've never been happier getting my car maintained! The prices were great and reasonable. I'd give them 10/10 customer service! They were patient, fast, and very pleasant.

After a few minutes Dre took over. Dre was polite and courteous the entire time. Things that made me happy because as we all know, just don't happen at all good change service locations -literally every employee there seemed to be in a good mood but not in a goofing off way- they all were still doing their jobs and being professional. - Dre and Jaylan were both professional and courteous to me -After checking my cabin filter, Dre opened and closed my glove compartment and I could tell he was ensuring he put it back correctly and then made eye contact with me afterwards to ensure I agreed it was correct - just the effort and thought to make sure it REALLY was done correctly I appreciated - I ACTUALLY GOT MY OIL CHANGE STICKER RIGHT AWAY. I have been to SO MANY Take 5s or valvolines or literally anywhere that forget to give me the little sticker for my windshield and we all know how convenient they are when your vehicle doesn't tell you when to get an oil change.
