I called in last minute this morning to get an oil change and the lady on the phone was very nice and polite. She was able to get me an appointment to come in within 30 minutes. Upon arriving, I was greeted by I believe one of the owners. Everyone was very friendly and the place was really clean. They didn't have my oil filter but they managed to get it within 10 minutes and have my oil change done within 40 minutes which was great because that was the exact time I was given as an estimate as well. I drive a 2019 Mercedes c300 and the price was VERY fair compared to going to the dealership. Thank you guys and I'm glad I found a reliable and friendly place to come back to every time I need my car to get serviced

While the fee itself may not be significant, it should have been included in the written estimate so there were no surprises when I received the final bill. My recommendation to future customers is to specifically ask the office whether any additional fees, including "shop supplies," will be added beyond the written estimate before approving the work. Greater transparency up front would make for a better customer experience.

I would not recommend this shop. I took my 2018 GMC Acadia in because the A/C wasn't working and…read moreneeded the compressor replaced. After the repair, the replacement compressor immediately started making a loud noise, and I had to bring my vehicle back. Just three days later, they had to replace the compressor again because of the noise. Before I dropped my vehicle off, there was no check engine light. When I picked it up, the check engine light was on. The shop told me it came on when they started the vehicle. After inspecting it myself, I found the intake sensor near the air filter housing had been left unplugged. I reconnected it myself, but the check engine light later came back with a P0113 code. I also discovered the air filter housing was cracked around the screw mounts, which was not damaged before the repair. Even after paying for the repair, they only fixed the front A/C. The rear A/C still blows hot air, so the problem I brought the vehicle in for was never fully resolved. Instead of leaving with a properly repaired vehicle, I ended up making multiple trips back to the shop, finding workmanship issues myself, and dealing with additional problems after the repair. This experience has cost me time, caused unnecessary stress, and left me with a vehicle that still isn't fully repaired. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Before leaving your vehicle anywhere, take photos beforehand and inspect everything carefully before driving away.

A very close friend of mine recently took her vehicle in for service and was charged nearly $300…read morefor the replacement of a fan belt. While I am not a certified mechanic, I have replaced fan belts myself and am well aware that the cost and complexity of such a repair do not justify that price. To make matters worse, she was also quoted an exorbitant fee for the replacement of an air filter--an extremely simple task that typically takes no more than two minutes to complete. It's disheartening to see what appears to be a clear case of opportunistic overcharging, possibly based on the assumption that a woman wouldn't question the pricing. Shame on you. Actions like this erode trust and reflect poorly on your business. While karma has a way of addressing injustices in due time, the immediate consequence is that you have lost a long-standing customer--someone who had been loyal to your establishment for years.

I'm giving 5 stars and I didn't get work done. I took my car because it was leaking coolant and…read moreoil. Long story short, apparently the amount of oil consumed is normal for my car. The coolant leak is from an auxiliary radiator. I drive a CTS-V, so its not your basic cooling system. They were honest with me and said they have never changed that system on a V and wouldn't feel comfortable doing so. They could have easily just winged it just to get my money. But, they were honest about it and didn't even charge me for diagnosing the issue since they couldn't work on it. Definitely taking my other cars here when they need something.

They are honest and, in my opinion, absolutely number one. They have always been more than fair in pricing, but even more than that, they have always been straightforward with my vehicles have never pressured me to do anything that I didn't feel was necessary. They've always been good to give me a plan for what might need attention down the road, but never tried to sell me on service I didn't need. Never once have I ever felt like I've been taken advantage of. That goes the same for my wife. I have a classic 1997 Ford F150 and about four years ago I got some brake-work done by another mechanic in town. When I got the vehicle back, the brakes were worse than before! After going back multiple times to make it right, I finally washed my hands and walked away. I went to TWO other recommended mechanics after that to tried to get the situation correctly diagnosed and resolved. Both places said nothing was wrong even after a test drive with me in the vehicle each time. I started to think that it was just the fact that my truck was older. But after going to honest-1 for other things like oil changes and some engine work, I told them about my brakes situation. They took a look and found the problem in no time. And in just a few hours, they had me back on the road and now my brakes work beautifully!! Smooth and controlled! Just like they're supposed to be. Anthony and the team at Honest-1 are phenomenal. This all started with me getting a code for an open thermostat. It wasn't major as I was able to…read moredrive to New Orleans and back without any problems but when I returned, I decided to change the thermostat myself. I obtained the thermostat and set up to do it one morning and I was able to take it off pretty easily but once I put it back on, it started leaking and wouldn't stop. I tried removing it again and re-tighten it, but didn't make it any better so I decided to have it towed to the shop after getting a recommendation of this place from a close friend of mine. Mike was the person I spoke with and once I had it towed there within an hour or so he called me and told me what the problem was. Apparently the thermostat housing being plastic I ended up cracking it because I tightened it too tight and they took care of the problem pretty quickly and within an hour or so they called me and told me my truck was ready. Once I arrived, Mike wasn't there, but the two techs that helped me were very thorough and explaining to what happened, they even showed me the piece that was broken. Lots of shops don't do this so immediately they became a place that I could trust in the future. I'll probably use them again instead of doing self repairs myself.

Mechanic even admitted to me he did not write in the system which cylinders he had worked on in the car so he didn't know. To summarize, her car is still misfiring on cylinders they worked on and they did not bother checking because "I didn't check the back 3 cylinders because they're harder to get to"- what the mechanic told her.
