From the moment we walked in, they treated us with professionalism, empathy, and respect. Not only did they handle the repairs on her Nissan Altima flawlessly, but they also took the time to guide her through the insurance process, which made a world of difference. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every step, and they even took great care in detailing our Lexus. It's rare to find a business that values your time and trust as much as they do. We're incredibly grateful for their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smart Prep to anyone needing honest, high-quality auto body service.

There's a one-star review regarding the paint drip and finger prints, but I'm here to say that you do not need to worry about that. Arnaldo was on time and prompt with scheduled appointments, and he also came back 4 days later to polish his work free of charge. Overall, I would 100% recommend Prestige Auto Recon. Arnaldo is honest, authentic and provides quality work.

You get what you pay for here. Sloppy work, but cheap. I wanted to love the results, but the…read morequality of the repair, unfortunately, matched the low price. After getting a few quotes to fix some damage on my rocker panel, Arnoldo's bid came in significantly lower than the competitors. Because it's an area underneath the doors and not a highly visible, critical piece of the body, I decided to take the gamble. I can't say I'm entirely surprised that the work turned out subpar. There are noticeable runs in the paint, a few small scratches were left completely unresolved, a smudge of paint on my door, and overspray of the clear coat all over my tires. If you are looking for a flawless, professional restoration, look elsewhere and pay the market rate. But could work if you just need a cheap, quick fix on a hidden area where perfection doesn't matter.
