Two repairs here at 2 different times. Both excellent. The first was I finally carried the car to them as I had backed into a car. It went through 3 Allstate recommended shops including a Mercedes Certified repair center with dismal results including paint not buffed out, trunk did not fit right and last one let me have the car with the trunk not opening. Jason was excellent. They took the car, repaired it and returned it to me like it should be. The second time was from a road hazard that gouged out underneath the bumper and rocker panel. I took it straight to Jason because I knew he would repair it like it should be. I also knew Allstate would not cover the cost of the repair there, but I wanted it right and was willing to pay any costs Allstate denied out of my own pocket {$1300}. Embarrassing but true story. I had an appointment and came early but still had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time. I had what I thought were rock chips on the hood of my car. I wanted someone to touch up the paint. I took it there. They gave me an estimate for wet sanding the hood as well as a quote for protection film. They did make a quick comment "it looks like bird poop" (which it was) and "your paint is pretty strong" but they didn't offer to try to clean it. Maybe because I hadn't signed a contract. I ended up going home when I had the time and used bug and tar remover. Now you could wonder why they didn't do that for me in 5 minutes, and create a new loyal customer? But they didn't. I might still go back for the protection film but it's about $1,000 dollars. read more

Absolutely top class repair and customer service. A few months ago I was stationary in a parking lot when a jeep reversed into the trunk of my Lexus GS. The trunk was warped, light was smashed and the fender damaged. My car was returned less than two working weeks later as good as it was when it rolled out the showroom in 2016. My insurance company recommended working with Xtreme as they do super work and easy to deal with. How right they were! Xtreme notably has certifications for the higher end vehicles such as Mercedes and BMW so I felt pretty confident in their ability to do the job. The office and showroom are immaculate and Vanessa on the front desk is very welcoming. Communication with me during the repair process was perfect and the car also received a lovely valet and ceramic coating upon return. . ZERO STARS, UNPROFESSIONAL....This body shop fixed my car. Forgot to put some parts back on the the grill of my car. Told Vanessa and JASON on June 13 that I will want all my parts back. Comes July 7th Told them I want my bumper back. It's now July 10 and they told me they threw away my parts. So MY BUMPER THAT I BEEN ASKING FOR IS NOW "thrown" AWAY. Then JASON told me that there's fine print in the paper work that states if I want my parts back I would have to check the box off. Well I NEVER WAS MADE TO SIGN ANYTHING. They don't have any paper work with MY SIGNATURE ON IT. I was never sent anything just the bill of the body shops. And when I told that to JASON HE STARTED TO THREATENED MY JOB! Telling me that he will call the owner of my job and tell him that I was acting out, yet all I was asking for was my bumper back, because supposedly he knows the owner of my work place I guess he thinks he can THREATEN me like that? That's extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately it was the only body shop available at the moment for my car. I would have waited more and took my car to an Audi certified repair shop. The worst experience I have ever experienced at a body shop From the beginning to the end. There's other very good body shops around the area. Do your self a favor and stay away from these guys. At first the bill was 6k but when they get your car they will say that other things need fixing so it came out being 18k They will try to talk to you in circles hoping that you wouldn't understand. But I understood everything. I thought this body shop would be amazing by the reviews. But I'll never go back there again. I had a great experience getting my car repaired. Geico does not put oem parts back on a vehicle per their coverage policy. I was not okay with that as I was involved in a hit and run and my vehicle is 3 months old. I took my Ford Expedition in to Xtreme to receive the Deluxe Wash, Clay Bar & Wax. After 3 hours of work, it looked only somewhat clean. There were wax runs in the door jambs, trash in the floorboard, muddy swirl marks on the mirrors, only three of the four wheels had been dressed, the roof didn't look touched, the engine bay looked dirty, and the hood looked like it had been waxed without any real wash. While I paid for a wash, clay bar, and hand wax, it looked more like a watered down liquid wax, minimal wash, and a complete lack of detail. There were two spots on the car that I wanted to mention to the technician but I was told I couldn't speak with him and I was not permitted to watch the work done. I was certainly unhappy with the end product, and the price was far from reasonable considering the quality I received. I came to Xtreme because I wanted attention to detail and quality. I was genuinely hoping that a body shop would be able to provide care that was beyond my own capabilities...but honestly, there are drive-through car washes that are more thorough than this. If you are in the market to have your car washed or waxed, save your money and find a different shop. read more

I had an accident with my almost brand new 4 runner. After reading many reviews I chose Xtreme Auto. First off, the staff is amazing and super helpful and friendly. They explained everything to me in great detail even before I brought my car into them. The owner, Jason, is very involved in his business and oversees everything that comes into his shop. I knew what to expect, how long it would take (it was long but they were up front about why, the insurance company had grossly underestimated the cost of repairs so they explained they likely would have to go back and forth with them to get my car fixed the right way), and exactly what was being replaced or repaired.
