Now, after almost every workout (which we rarely miss anymore), we leave with at least one smoothie -- sometimes two -- and we've even eaten at the juice bar a couple of times as well. Every smoothie I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. They're always made perfectly and consistently every single time. They are a little pricey, but honestly worth it. We've tried recreating them at home and it's just not the same. The food is also really good -- very clean, fresh, flavorful, and cooked well. Our personal favorite is the tuna salad sandwich, but we usually have them turn it into a wrap. The customer service has been great too. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The juice bar itself is very clean, and the long hours make it super convenient when you're trying to stick to healthier eating habits. If you're already an LVAC member, I highly recommend checking out the juice bar. And if you're not an LVAC member yet, this is honestly another great reason to join!

Lifetime Fitness should be incredibly proud to have these two representing the Life Café. They are humble, kind, and genuinely care about making sure you're happy with your food and your experience. Even if I'm just stopping in for a cup of coffee, they take the time to say hello and make you feel welcome. In a system where great people can sometimes get overlooked, these two are true gems. The entire staff is wonderful, but Melissa and Jennifer, in particular, deserve special recognition for how they run the café and treat members with such warmth and professionalism. I come here nearly every day, and the service alone makes it worth it. It's almost comical that I'm writing such a glowing review for a place I eat at so often--but that's how good the experience is. Hence the name of this product, there were three main flavors inside; orange, grape, and strawberry. I was expecting the drink to come in a cup with ice or something like that, I don't know why, but it was given to me in a glass bottle in a snap. The service was incredibly quick that I didn't get the chance to take pictures of the inside. Then again, it wasn't busy at all. There was only one person inside with me and another person entered as soon as I was walking out the door. My opinion on this drink; it was a little on the sugary side (I try to avoid sugar in drinks most of the time) but at the same time it had a lot of vitamin C on it...more than 100% actually, according to the label on the back. It was fresh, fruity, chilled, and would be good for a full week after I bought it, but I ended up finishing it later that night. It also said that it would give you an energy boost and also supports cardiovascular health and digestion following its' consumption. The coffee shop has a chill vibe with a black and gold theme. It's cozy but still stylish. They were playing some chill music, from Lorde to R&B slow jams. Most of the booths had partitions built in between them so it feels cozy and private. You could definitely get some work done here in peace. The two baristas were incredible. The guy in front of me was asking a million unnecessary questions and the barista was still super patient and friendly. She then took my order and was so nice! They bring your drinks out to you, which is a nice touch. My pumpkin spice latte was perfection. Each sip opens with a bit of pie spice, then deepens into sweet, creamy pumpkin. I have no idea which brand syrup they use, but the actual pumpkin note was spot-on. This latte tasted like an actual slice of pie. My decaf espresso was well-balanced - not watery and not overpowering the pumpkin either. My medium iced PSL with oat milk was $7.70 + tip ($6.75 + $0.95 for oat milk), which feels about average for our area. They use Toast so you can get points with each purchase. The only suggestion I have is that they add price tags and names to the pastries. Some things were obvious, like the croissant drizzled in chocolate, but other's were not, like the pumpkin spice cookie with cream cheese frosting.
