Wow, this was truly an amazing experience. I HATE traditional gyms and I really hate exercise so i have to disguise my work outs with doing something fun and/ Or educational. Crash academy was both and it was a really really good work out. Tracie is a gem. She is sweet and encouraging and a very good instructor. I took the beginners level one pole fitness class, as I've never even attempted this before. Tracie made me feel comfortable right away, and eased me into moves I found difficult, but doable. It was dip fun that before I knew it I was sweating up a storm and had a few new pole tricks up my sleeve. I used to love coming to open pole here. At the beginning I was treated pretty okay, I never bothered anyone, I would just go in and mind my business and work in the studio. Until one day an employee by the name of Ashley (such a typical rude employee name) decided she was having a bad morning & wanted to take out her ugly attitude on me! I walked in to check in, I understand i was 20 minutes late, I understand she would've been doing her job if she approached me the right way but she didn't. MIND YOU, it's open pole meaning..if you book it you're on your own! There's no instructor, no class to disturb! Ashley started off telling me about the time & how I was disturbing "the class" LOL! She had an extremely bad attitude & I don't care where I am at, no human is going to disrespect me for no reason especially if I've never given you a reason to be such a bitch! The manager then comes out & attacks ME as if I started attacking her employee!!!!! I was truly shocked & disappointed with this business I overall will NEVER send my 100k followers here & I will NEVER support a business like this who is okay with their employees being so ugly to REPEAT CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT CAUSE PROBLEMS!!!!!!! Also to mention! When the manager threatened me & said "you can either go to the class or leave" (that's what I got told for HER EMPLOYEE BEING RUDE! Lol) I decided to go into the class where there was 1 lady & she was BEYOND CLUELESS! She was under the assumption that there's was going to be an instructor, she was asking ME QUESTIONS ON HOW TO TEACH HER!!! People that know me know I hate the gym. I hate workouts that feel like a workout, which is why I am a yogi. I don't work out, I work IN. But to keep life fresh and fun, I'm always looking for new things to challenge my mind and body. I first tried out this place thanks to a YEE, and I have been back for about 6 classes since! I usually feel pretty strong and confident in all my yoga classes, but this is pole hunny!! There's more pulling than pushing like in yoga, and a TON of core as I had imagined. But don't be scared to come if you feel like you're not strong enough or flexible enough. You get strong and flexible by doing this. And you'll have tons of fun and even go upside down, yes even in a Level 1 class! Tracie is the lead instructor, and the girl is a freaking BEAST! Not only is she super strong and graceful, but a very good teacher; plus she's friendly, and easy to connect with. I don't understand how she can teach as many classes a day as she does. She demos everything and does the entire warm up and conditioning exercises with us. The studio is located in the back of the gift shop of Deja Vu, weird but then again not. It makes sense. I don't really mind it, and an adult store is literally the last place you'd find me....well maybe not anymore. (I mean bc of this studio!) The space itself is a long rectangle with the poles staggered, plenty of room for each student. I like the setup and it works if you want to video yourself practicing. No one behind you. There's lockers provided, but you can bring your stuff inside the room as well; either option is fine. And you can bring your own stuff--knee pads, mats, socks, etc, or they will be provided for you. Parking up front can be a little tight if you have a large car like I do, and there aren't many spaces, but you can also park in back and enter from the back door as well. read more

After several attempts to even book a class I finally was able to 10 before the class (as I'm pulling in to the parking lot) I get a text saying the class was cancelled I DO NOT LIVE CLOSE! The manager came out to talk to us and said it was due to someone having Covid but the store the studio is in was still open... she also said she wouldn't count it as a missed class and we would get a full refund how ever we paid with her or a Groupon... then once we left and got home I still hadn't got a refund so I asked as I'm now over the whole place! Came on a trip with some friends for my friends 21st, which obviously meant go to the strip and take a pole dancing class! This place was more than I could have asked for. It's located I rose deja vu boutique, which is a sex/lingerie store. Perfect to get the vibe going if you ask me. Crash was super cute, bubbly and extremely talented as well as gorgeous! She made us all feel comfortable and welcomed. I loved the way the studio was laid out. Very private and small. We were all worried (yet excited) that we wouldn't be able to do anything cool since we are all such beginners, but She really created a great routine that was easy enough to pick up at such a beginner level, yet not too easy it was boring. We did a little warmup which was actually kind of difficult and then we eased into a choreographed routine which I loved! The song choice was on point and the routine itself was simple yet sophisticated and sexy! I have a pole I wanna set up at home somehow and I am so excited to have a routine to work! Definitely not like S Factor! It's located off the strip in a really sketch area next to an old strip club and inside of a shop that sells sex toys. I almost changed my mind and drove away when I saw this place. Not really sure what was going on in here, and it didn't seem like anyone else did either. I came for the free yelp stretching class offered, but didn't know that I needed to sign up and download an app first- the text yelp sent me didn't mention any of this, and I didn't see this on their website either on the class schedule. I came right on time for the stretching class (1 min early actually). The guy at the counter let me know that I needed to sign up on the site first so I did this on my phone, then another girl came and tried to help me and told me that I needed to first download their app, so I then also did that but then she didn't know how to apply the yelp deal, so she went in the back to get a manager. The manager first said the yelp deal was for the second time class and I pointed out it said the first class, and then she said the internet wasn't working in the front and she would have to go in the back and do something on the computer back there. A few min later she came back and told me that she took the a late fee off of my new profile? (Not sure exactly why I would have a late fee when I was just coming in for my first time to try a free class) and the next time I come I would get the free class, and the stretching class had started 10 min ago after all of this transpired, and they don't let anyone in late. So after after driving all the way to the strip and after all of that I ended up not being able to even try the class lol. Everyone was friendly enough and was trying to help, just seemed really unorganized. If you're going for the first time I recommend getting there about 15, 20 min early! read more

I got a free class so decided why not, I'll try out a new studio. It's cheaper than my old one so maybe it'll be a good change. I'm not sure what the regular instructors are like, but the girl that was subbing was horrible. Barely stretched us out. One girl actually got hurt during the class, and the sub just kept saying "Oh I feel so bad" rather than telling the girl to sit it out, stretch, anything helpful? I ended up getting hurt as well, which I also claim is because she barely stretched us out. For example, after the course her cool down was literally 10 seconds of ankle rolls. That's all. It was an hour long heels class with floor work and some pole work. It's been weeks, and I have not been able to lay on my back from the pain since then. I regret taking "advantage" of this class, feels like I was taken advantage of as her first teaching experiment. Now I have to figure out what happened to my neck and back, and recover before I can go back to my old studio and hopefully be able to get to the point I was with dancing before this place. I don't want to mention the subs name on here because she looked young, might be starting her teaching career, probably has a lot to learn. I'm sure she'll know if she reads this and hopefully will note to slow down and stretch out her clients before AND after, maybe check in between moves more frequently to make sure everyone is comfortable with the variations. Either way though the studio should make sure the subs/instructors know what they're doing before throwing them into a full teaching position. read more

Merrie was a great instructor. However, the employees are so unprofessional with no concept of customer service. I requested to speak with a manager one time to dispute a charge for a missed class that I didn't schedule and pay for a class I did miss. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude. My only response to her was are you willing to lose a customer over a $5 fee, technology is not perfect. She shrugged her shoulders like a child. I informed her that I would continue this month out and take classes elsewhere. That day I continued with the 2 other classes I had scheduled, 3 total. I asked the instructor, Merrie, to escort me to the bathroom; it's in the strip club and you have to be escorted by an employee from the store/class. I explained the situation that happened. The next morning I get a call from a General Manager stating that I can no longer attend class because I was rude. I let her know at No Point was I ever rude to anyone. If the employees are rude what could I expect from the General Manager, yes she was very ignorant. Remember you're in Vegas there are Pole Classes everywhere with more qualified instructors with better customer service. Most importantly you will spend more than 25 minutes on the Pole or Hoops in an hour class. I knew there was a reason I didn't continue classes here in 2019. Again, Merrie was a good instructor. Everyone else has horrible attitudes. read more

Had the best time at the class. We went with the Queen package that included a ride to and from the place which is right off the strip. They keep you updated on everything right to the day of the class. We had an amazing instructor as well. Now I'm no pole expert now, but now I'm going to look into pole classes in my area. Got a Groupon after taking a class here to see if I would have fun taking more. The owner doesn't respond to calls or texts. Found out from another student she doesn't honor the classes. Had to contact Groupon for a refund because I couldn't get in contact for any classes. I really enjoyed the class I paid for through the mind/body app. The girls were friendly and it was fun. But I have lost respect for this place after losing my money. I wouldn't have bought the Groupon if the owner had answered and been straightforward. I only got this answer from a student who spends time with her and has heard her complaints. I would definitely recommend a place where the owner is upfront and actually answers the phone. Update: Was told to contact Deja Vu, who gives me the owners number and tells me I need to speak with her. She does not respond or answer to calls or texts. This yelp response just proves how shady this place is. Even worse on the matter the store is offering me free classes when the owner doesn't respond to the phone to set these class sessions up. The owner, Tracie, is not only highly skilled and experienced in pole but is an amazing teacher as well. She has created an environment where every body can feel included and confident. As a male I was a bit apprehensive at first about taking classes but Tracie and her band of instructors have been so welcoming to me and everyone else that comes through their doors. I've been attending just under a month I have picked up several new skills and tricks and continue to get stronger with each class. It's never dull and I never feel like I've "worked out" though I continue to shed lbs on my weight loss journey. I promise it doesn't matter your current fitness level, strength level or your body type. There's no need to be shy and you will improve! There's so many options for classes which I love. You can take pole one day, belly dancing the next, and a dance cardio class the next. Pricing is extremely reasonable and locals get their first one free. Crash Academy had morning classes which was extremely helpful and rare which I really liked since I was only visiting Vegas. The studio is located in an adult store. It's a small area with enough poles for 10 people. The poles were 50mm and they spin!!! :) Having it in an adult store sounds to me clever because then you have clothes that are uber cute and/or sexy for pole. As a visitor, I had to use uber to take me to the studio there and back to my hotel which ends up being a bit pricey. So I was a bit sad that I couldn't continue going to Tracie's classes. At first I had reservations about pole dancing, but I had a ticket that said free class, so I decided to try it. Their instructor (who is the best!) Tracie is absolutely amazing, she is so sweet, and nice any worries that I had about anything were soon gone. That was about 2 months ago, now it's my fav thing to leave my house for lol. I highly DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. We paid for our classes ahead of time, the first time we tried to schedule they said the classes were closed for a while do to FLOODING she said the studio was flooded. The next time we were on our way to the appointment as we pulled into the parking lot they text us and said "your class was canceled" AS WE PULLED IN. So when we walked in and asked why. (Please keep in mind the studio part where they do classes is in the back of a HUGE store) they said they just found out someone in a past class tested positive for COVID and they now have to close classes to sanitate. The MANAGER said this to me as their were a shit ton of people in the store shopping around. The same store that the infected student had to walk through in order to contaminate the studio rooms make it make sense. This was the third time we tried to make an appointment. We will never come back. If you want a GREAT experience. Go to Sunny's pole dance classes. We have been going there for a while and NEVER had a bad experience. They are very accommodating. If their times don't work for you they can MAKE a time good for you. This deja vu place should be closed down for good. Horrible. read more

I decided to try out going to different gyms this year. I know we're only day 5 into 2021, but his gym definitely deserves a good review! It's located on the strip in the back of a sex shop. Once you get over that factor it's really fun! The gym isn't very big which is fine because the classes are relatively small. I got a work out, but it wasn't an intense work out. The pole dancing glasses are a gentle work out, which was nice! It was easy and fun! You could definably take 2 classes back to back without feeling like you're dying. 10/10, would recommend! read more

Now I am able to Climb a pole and my upper body is getting so much stronger, which was my goal. So my first class was about 2 1/2 months ago. After my first session I immediately signed up for a membership. I felt very comfortable at this dance studio. The instructor is Very patient and makes you feel right at home. The classes are always fun, the music is great and you'll never get bored. She always finds a way to challenge you when you don't realize your own strength. I am OBSESSED with Crash Academy. Tracie, the owner and head instructor, makes you feel like you've been pole dancing for years and like you can do things you never thought you'd be able to. There are other amazing instructors as well and the studio also offers Lyra hoop classes and silk classes. I had a surgery on my entire spine when I was 17 and never ever imagined I could do half the things I'm able to do in these classes. The human body truly is capable of so many amazing things, and Crash Academy helps you show yourself what you can really do.... not to mention the abs and strength you build are a nice reward. When I called the receptionist wasn't knowledgeable of the classes and couldn't answer my questions. Once I arrived the studio was located in the back of an adult store. I still wanted to give it a shot. Once class started the instructor was not welcoming at all, was unpleasant and had no flow to her instruction. I asked if this was beginner friendly and she said yes however the moves were advance. It was so bad 15Mins in a student left the class but I decided to continue.
