Do you sell shoes and knee pads?

We do not currently sell shows, however we do have kneepads for sale and can make great suggestions on where to find your first pair of shoes!

I walked in on a Saturday morning and wasn't able to find anyone to assist. Another patron came in to tell me that I had to walk to the back to possible speak with someone. The atmosphere wasn't very welcoming from the "staff" there that day. I wasn't able to purchase the gift card for my daughter as it seemed the one young lady trying to help me, had no idea how to get one! She had to call someone else to discuss as I waited for 10 minutes. Not to mention the one lady attempting to assist me did not seem to speak English well. Perhaps I went on an "off day" but in either case, I asked my daughter to find another more welcoming facility due to my experience. I couldn't in good conscience direct my daughter to this place if I felt put off. She's young and pretty reserved so I'm sure she too would've felt the disconnect in communication.

As a total newbie at pole dancing, I've been all over the valley sampling different studios - and…read morethis one is my favorite. I started with the intro classes and I've moved into the regular ones, now. I like how they offer TRUE intro classes, unlike other studios, so if you've never even touched a pole you won't be intimidated. The classes are small so you get more one-on-one attention. This is good if you want the focus, like me, but it also means you can't slack off as easily. They offer lots of different classes, including a Dance & Pole that I really enjoy that combines regular dance moves and pole moves. They have a really good open gym option where you can pay $5 before/after you take a class and have access (otherwise it's $15). I actually have a membership and have unlimited open gym tacked on to it. Either way, open gym is a really good way to practice what you've learned. Because if you're someone like me, you need to do it 20 times before you get it. This place has all sorts of classes if you're not into pole - like various aerial classes. I've only taken a couple of these, as my focus is mainly pole. I do wish they had more pole and dancing classes, but I do enjoy the schedule for the most part. Also, when registering for a class, make SURE you register at least 12 hours in advance, or the class gets cancelled. I learned this one the hard way a couple times. On a random note, this studio owner's dogs are here a lot too. They keep them in the office during classes, but don't be alarmed if you hear barking. They're good about keeping them away if you're not a dog person.

She encouraged everyone to participate and even went around to help one-on-one if you wanted it. She also encouraged just finding your own style and freestyling if you weren't comfortable with the moves. I was excited and surprised to find out we were also learning a lap dance routine aside from the pole! A fun series of moves you can take home with you ;) With the purchase of the ticket, you also get a free drink coupon that can be used before or after the class. Be sure to get in line at least 45 min before your class starts since there can be a lot of people in line for the Box Office to buy tickets to other shows, etc. They don't allow photo or video during the actual class to protect anyone who doesn't want to end up on FB which I think is nice, but don't worry! You'll have time after the class to take video and photos once everyone who doesn't want to be in them clears out. I was specifically told to wear gym clothes and closed toed shoes (heels OK, as long as they're closed toed). I definitely recommend longer leggings to help with the sliding of the poll. You WILL end up with bruises regardless!! Some girls ended up coming in open toed heels but had no issues. I took off one star solely because they sell more tickets than they have poles, so a few people had to share. This limits getting the most out of the class if you're trying to switch off and take equal turns, your time to practice and just freestyle is kind of cut in half.

**worth it if you use the Yelp deal OR Groupon ($24)**…read more Whew!! Serious work out and I'd tried pole dancing multiple times. You'll come away learning 3 basic moves ( Fireman is one of them), an idea of how to do a chair dance, AND a fancy schmancy stripper license with a name of your choice :-) Feel free to bring a friend or 2, they have about 16 poles available and a changing room if you wanna try heels on or whatever. Note/ suggestions: would be nice if the dance room was brighter with wall to wall mirrors. I also like classes where I learn an actual dance routine :-) also finding the location is difficult , enter the main mall from the garage and pick your tickets up at the V theater. The wait is long so come early!!!
