I can't say enough about aerial yoga, let alone aerial yoga with Robyn! Such an enchanting fusion of an experience! First of all, aerial yoga has been completely life changing. I suffered from lower back pain for about half my life, and since I was introduced to aerial yoga, that has all changed. Regular yoga, helped, but not like this. I was going to group classes elsewhere, but that was getting costly... which is fine when you're getting what you're paying for. But at times i felt like group classes weren't the best pace for me, and then Covid abruptly eliminated that option for me anyway. After a little hiatus, I then found Your Higher Self. And WOW. Robyn is so gifted. I feel gifted to have stumbled upon this incredible gem! Her pricing is soooooo reasonable, especially considering you get a private one on one lesson! ( but she has several yoga trapezes available if you wanted to bring someone ). I love having the tailored session, where you get to work on what you are needing that day. It is a custom experience, not some generic flow that is the same every time (something i experienced at the pricier studios ). Not to mention, it is such a beautiful space, esthetically and energetically. The first 7 classes are dedicated to your chakras and you receive a stone/crystal that correlates with the chakra element you did that day. Robyn is so knowledgeable she is an amazing teacher. As an inexperienced yoga student, I was initially browsing the local area for any regular yoga classes; mainly expecting one of those group settings taught in a studio.
