I'm so glad I found Your Higher Self! I was looking online for a trapeze type workout and stumbled across the page and looked at photos and the amazing reviews so wanted to try it out. I loved that there was a free 30 min introduction class and when I went I was greeted with a cute personalized sign and her set up was so nice/zen. The owner Robyn had such a chill and welcoming vibe to her and explained/demonstrated everything. From there I did the 7 chakra yoga package which was solo 1 hour classes including crystals after each class and even some reiki post workout! I always looked forward to going and my pup too who got to play at Roscoe's Retreat- (Robyn's husband's dog business, highly recommend!) My pup and I would both get a workout in and be beat afterwards. I can without a doubt say Your Higher Self definitely made me feel more confident/calm (and sore) lol. I would highly recommend going and am telling friends we should go for a group workout. Try it, you wont regret it! read more

I had the most magical and healing trapeze experience. something that went far beyond just aerial yoga. This private session wasn't only about movement; it was a full mind, body, soul, and spirit journey. From the moment we began, there was a deep sense of freedom, play, and release that felt both grounding and uplifting. It was equal parts empowering and nourishing, a chance to let go, connect with myself, and share laughter and trust with close friends. The energy created in the space was safe, supportive, and truly unforgettable. I can't recommend this enough, especially if you're looking for more than just a workout, but a transformational experience that brings joy, lightness, and healing on every level. Doing this privately with people you love makes it even more special. Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! read more

Your Higher Self - Aerial yoga - Yoga Near Me

I can't say enough about aerial yoga, let alone aerial yoga with Robyn! Such an enchanting fusion of an experience! First of all, aerial yoga has been completely life changing. I suffered from lower back pain for about half my life, and since I was introduced to aerial yoga, that has all changed. Regular yoga, helped, but not like this. I was going to group classes elsewhere, but that was getting costly... which is fine when you're getting what you're paying for. But at times i felt like group classes weren't the best pace for me, and then Covid abruptly eliminated that option for me anyway. After a little hiatus, I then found Your Higher Self. And WOW. Robyn is so gifted. I feel gifted to have stumbled upon this incredible gem! Her pricing is soooooo reasonable, especially considering you get a private one on one lesson! ( but she has several yoga trapezes available if you wanted to bring someone ). I love having the tailored session, where you get to work on what you are needing that day. It is a custom experience, not some generic flow that is the same every time (something i experienced at the pricier studios ). Not to mention, it is such a beautiful space, esthetically and energetically. I feel so genuinely happy when I'm there, maybe it's the endorphins, maybe it's Robyn, but whatever it is, I feel amazing when i leave, except for the feeling of withdrawal! Lol, because i can never wait to go back! This studio has far exceeded my expectations, everything, all around, 10 stars! Robyn is so knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what she does. It really shines through her craft, and i feel so honored for my physical and mental health to benefit from her healing. Endless thanks!!! read more

I once posted on my social media that this is my favorite place to be. Not only are you physically working out your body but also mentally and spiritually. The first 7 classes are dedicated to your chakras and you receive a stone/crystal that correlates with the chakra element you did that day. Robyn is so knowledgeable she is an amazing teacher. I feel inspired to teach because of her. you learn and get tools to use in your everyday life with ariel yoga! I was referred by a friend and brought to class, naturally I had trouble working the trapeze and Robyn is so kind and patient with her students she helped me become the Trapqueen i am today ‍ Always accommodating us with our schedules and timing! I am 4 months in and have also referred a friend to come join a class because Robyn does group classes! In the photos you'll see me and and my friends hanging out ‍ ‍ as well as me going over what I learned in class about the chakras and elements. I also recommend bringing a pair of grip yoga gloves for the first handful of times that I came to class Robyn let me use the pair of gloves she keeps their for her students! (we love robyn) Do Not Be Afraid. taking this class has been a huge stress reliever and it's very rewarding and most of all FUN! read more

Robyn's a great instructor who adjusts according to your ability. I have learned a lot about how to hold myself better in specific poses and see how far I have come with each class. I'm so grateful that I was able to stumble upon this class! As an inexperienced yoga student, I was initially browsing the local area for any regular yoga classes; mainly expecting one of those group settings taught in a studio. Instead, I found Your Higher Self! "Aerial yoga?" I thought to myself. Sounds pretty crazy, especially for a beginner! Why not, I concluded. I messaged Robyn and she gladly accepted me under her wing and assured that she welcomes beginners! I would have never even guessed what was to come of this class, but it exceeded my expectations and was so much more than I was looking for! This doesn't feel like any other normal yoga class, this felt like a spiritual home I would go to decompress and hang out with a friend. Not only does each class consist of the physical aerial yoga, but Robyn also teaches me about each chakra in the body, affirmations, and meditation. After learning about each chakra, Robyn then awards me with the crystal associated with each Chakra! Not only are we practicing mindfulness, but aerial yoga has also been physically challenging and I can 100% feel an increase in strength and control! It has been such a great experience and now I can't even imagine NOT having Robyn's class be a part of my normal routine read more
