So we planned it for this year, but the planner stopped responding to me 5 days before the party. In a pinch, I called Slumber Dreams and Gerrie worked her magic to make it happen on short notice. The decor was gorgeous, she brought everything we needed, including gift bags, cupcakes, donuts for the morning, etc. And she was absolutely lovely. Would absolutely recommend her and will hire her again for party planning. She has a special gift of making experiences magical. Thank you Gerrie for saving the day!

We had the vendors but not a clue about the details of how the event should go. That's when we found Kerri. We actually met her through another vendor and got to talking about all sorts of wedding things. During that conversation, it became pretty obvious she knew A LOT about weddings. We asked her at pretty much the last minute to be our day of coordinator and really helped pull everything together. She went above and beyond! She helped organize the vendors so that everything went smoothly. She knew our vision and helped everyone execute it. Admittedly, we weren't the most communicative. We literally had a box of greens and random decorative elements dropped off without telling her ANYTHING. What she managed with those random elements was better than we has envisioned. And while we had people set to help us out, the beautiful floral arrangements we had picked up still hadn't been hung on our arch 30 minutes before the ceremony. Kerri found all the tools she needed and went out in the blazing heat and made it happen. She's an MVP. I knew with her running the show everything would go smooth. Thanks to her, I can honestly say I didn't stress one bit on my wedding day. If you really want your wedding day to be one of the best days of your life, do yourself a favor and hire her.

I wish 0 stars was as option... Unfortunately, our…read moreexperience with this wedding coordinator was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. She was hired to coordinate my sisters wedding. As the bride's sister, I arrived at the venue early, and thank goodness I did. Much of the décor had not been set up according to the bride's clearly communicated wishes. Instead of spending those special moments enjoying the morning with my sister before her wedding, I found myself moving heavy décor and rearranging the setup in my bridesmaid dress on a hot day just to make the venue look the way the bride had envisioned. Throughout the day, she was consistently unprofessional, rude, impatient, inconsiderate, and dismissive. She was disrespectful to the bridal party, spoke rudely to our mother despite knowing she has health issues, and had negative interactions with our family and guests. Several guests commented on how unpleasant their encounters with her were, and many didn't even realize she was the wedding coordinator because of how unprofessional she conducted herself. What was especially shocking was that she openly criticized aspects of the wedding instead of focusing on making the day run smoothly. A wedding coordinator's job is to reduce stress, solve problems, and support the couple. Instead, she created unnecessary stress on what should have been one of the happiest days of my sister's life. I also work day-of assisting for wedding coordinators, so I understand the expectations of this role. Every wedding has unexpected challenges, but professionalism, communication, and customer service should never be optional. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below even the most basic standards. I would strongly caution any couple considering hiring this coordinator. Your wedding day is too important to entrust to someone who is disrespectful, disorganized, and unwilling to treat clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism.

However, about 4 weeks before the wedding, I started getting really nervous that details were falling through the cracks and being really busy at work, I just didn't have the time to keep it all together. I started looking for a coordinator and found Linh from iEmaginate Events on Yelp, and I am so glad I did. Linh immediately sprung into action collecting all my vendor info and contracts. She asked lots of questions, many of which we hadn't even asked ourselves. She was flexible in scheduling meetings with us and available around the clock by phone and email. Linh made our wedding day completely stress-free. I 100% recommend to couples to hire a coordinator and you cannot do better with Linh. She listened to our preferences and urged us to push back on vendors to make sure our vision for the wedding happened. There are a couple things Linh did that really surpassed our expectations. First, we were still negotiating on our floral arrangements with our caterer (who does event services). As expected, we went over budget and were looking for ways to save, and I just wasn't happy with how we'd have to cut corners with the floral. Linh immediately contacted her own florist (Huyen Floral) to get another quote to compare. Her florist was amazing - delivered exactly what we wanted for a better price - and only two weeks before the wedding! What a good decision. The second thing that really stood out to us was related to our dessert. We were bringing Dunkin Donuts Munchkins (donut holes) for dessert and wanted most of them displayed on spears with the remaining on platters. The caterer originally said they could spear the donut holes but at the last minute said they wouldn't have time. Linh stepped up and said she would spear them herself! And they looked great! Linh was a joy to work with, and she really helped make our dream wedding happen. It was super smooth, beautifully set up, everyone had fun, and the bride and groom were stress free. Thank you, Linh! I highly recommend to other couples.

Even though we thought we had most things planned, and we hired her only two months before our wedding, she provided so many valuable ideas and helped us with so many things that we did not know we left out.
