Easy to work with, knows his stuff, and he's taken care of me on multiple occasions. Most recently I came to get my trucks windows tinted, and everything came out great. The appointment time was spot on as well as the turn around time. The tint came out looking great, and he answered any questions I had prior to dropping it off. He even added a windshield brow for me. I went with a ceramic tint which I believe was their 2nd best package. But when I got there, I was told that the $300 was only for the glass--labor and other charges were extra. Okay, not great, but I was still willing to listen. Then they hit me with a total of nearly $900. I almost choked. When I asked why, they started listing all these surprise charges like a "glass recycling fee," "static recalibration," and other vague add-ons. At that point, I walked out. I ended up getting a second quote from another company who actually came to my job, did the full replacement, and charged me a realistic $279--total. No weird glass recycling fees or surprise add-ons. It's disappointing to see some businesses try to take advantage of hardworking people like this. Lesson learned. Just sharing my experience so others don't waste their time or money.
