I chose this service because of the wonderful reviews I had seen so far, but I would not recommend this moving services based on our horrible experience using these guys. The job was completed at the end of the day, but the way it was done was not professional. We had agreed to 4 guys with a larger truck on a particular time and date. However, the day of the move, the owner said that he is running behind on other jobs and he will send 2 guys with a smaller truck to get the job 'started.' We agreed and were expecting the rest of the guys to come within the hour. Once the smaller truck was full (which took 2 hours), the owner said (after calling him multiple times) the remaining guys with a larger truck would arrive "shortly", which was defined as 20 minutes when we pressed for a time. That "shortly" became more than 1.5 hours (so this is almost 4 hours after our original agreed time). During this entire time we were waiting, we were never given an exact time when the guys would show up (there is always traffic, but communicating clearly what is happening would have been useful - and NO ONE did), the owner stopped picking up the phone so we as the customer did not know what was happening - we were just sitting there, with half our stuff packed and loaded with no idea of when anyone would show up or when the already full truck would go unload. When the guys finally showed up, they had a truck that was already half-full (which was NOT communicated to us), so there was no way we could move. Since it was already dark, we had to agree for the move to be completed the following day because we had no other choice. They came the next day to finish the job, which they did, thankfully. However, during this time, one of the workers were not professional, would complain when asked to move certain things and continuously used profanity even when asked to stop. We do understand that things do not always go as planned, but there was a serious breakdown of communication for our job which let to things being very delayed. In terms of positive: none of our stuff was broken - the guys really did pack the things properly. And some of the guys were really really hard working and did a great job in organizing and moving things efficiently. Overall, this was a very stressful experience and I will definitely use a different service for any future moves. read more

This was by far the best moving service I've ever received. I've moved extensively (military moves) and I've worked with various moving companies or my moves. From the very beginning, Eynel was completely honest, very detailed, and super easy to work with. I was honest with him & told him that I was a bit leery having his company relocate my belongings (it was an interstate, long-distance move) due to various negative reviews I had read. He told me he completely understood the fact that I was a bit hesitant but he assured me that I could trust his company to complete my move effectively. I decided to put my trust in him & all I can say is I wish I would have used his company for all my other moves. I really wish I would have known about them years ago! Not only did Eynel give me an excellent price (my move was about a 4-5 hr drive), he was beyond flexible with a last-minute situation that was completely out of my control. He was able to reschedule my move literally at the last minute and he even provided me with different solutions that could help me with my situation that arose. Mind you, my situation had absolutely nothing to do with Eynel & his company, yet he still made sure that my belongings were handled with care & delivered on-time. The actual movers were BEYOND professional, went above & beyond with packing up my belongings & unpacking them. They put my furniture together and placed the furniture exactly where I asked them to. They even cleaned up all the debris from my driveway when they were done .. no trash, no tape, no boxes, nothing. Just a clean driveway as if I didn't just have them move me in. I don't know .. it just felt more like family helping me move instead of me hiring a moving company. That's how comfortable I felt with my entire ordeal with Eynel & his team. I will never move again if Eynel & his crew are not there by my side. Love these guys! read more

Add to this that I live in New Jersey and was responsible for moving my 95 year old mom from her spacious 2 bedroom condo to a small one bedroom apt. in Assisted Living in Miami, and you have the makings of a nightmare. Enter Joseline of Xpress Renovations, the only person of the 5 moving companies that I contacted who was incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns, and worked to make everything as smooth as possible for me. When I flew into Miami, Joseline had all the pieces of my move already coordinated perfectly for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Also amazing and impressive was the Xpress Renovations crew that helped me make the actual move, headed by their top notch guy named Andrew. Andrew and his crew were beyond awesome. They had integrity. They were competent and efficient with the time. And most important, they got the job done for me without a glitch, with everything arriving at my mom's new apt. in perfect condition. NEVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! After taking a quote from Joseline and closing the deal and sending the deposit, I confirmed with her more than 4x during the week so that the team was on-site at 9 AM to start the move. After 1: 30h late and several times trying to contact, I found out that they supposedly had unforeseen circumstances but no one called to let me know. Then I was told that the team would arrive between 11 and 1 pm, but they never arrived. They just DO NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER !!! Joseline no longer answered my calls because she knows how much shit she did and Andy (front desk) told me that no company owner or guardian would like to talk to me about the case. I canceled the change request that would never be done and now I have to find someone to get the job done. I think it's good for you to think carefully before hiring this team. I will look for my lawyers because I had additional expenses with this waste of time. read more

My family and I had to move from our apartment to a town house. I had experience with another moving company and was not happy I had damaged furniture and scuffed walls and doors at a new place. Didn't worry to shrink wrap or cover with blankets and was very upset with their service. I decided to contact Eynel and his team at Xpress Relocations, they were nice in helping with the move. They took care of all of our belongings and made sure to wrap them with blankets and shrink wrap. His team made our move a bliss, quick and responsive. They made sure not to scuff our walls or damaged our furniture. Made sure to take care of the boxes marked fragile and placed them gently on the ground. Definitely recommend them for your next move. This company is the best for moving! I have moved cople of times with different moving company and had terrible experiences. There was always trick to charge you more like my last moving company brought very tall boxes($ 15/each/rent) to put all my stuffs even though it was packed by boxes and charged me extra 10 minutes for hour rate. Xpress relocations is very honest and responsible. Eynel responds your any question/concern quick. On moving day, the movers showed up on time and they were so diligent,nice. I forgot their names. Outstanding service by this company! Their movers are professionals, very efficient, and just great at what they do. I had to move out in a rush and they made it possible. My furniture was well taken care of. They value your time, listen to your concerns, and are willing to work with you in hard times like these. Covid was not a concern since the movers had masks. Special thanks to one of their managers Eynel Sequeira, which helped me out so much, he was always available, quick and communicative. Excellent human beings. Eynel had constant contact with me leading up and was very quick to answer and give me reassurance every time I asked as it was my mother that was moving and I wanted it to be as easy as possible. DO NOT USE THEM... I LOST A LISTING BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE I ordered a sign and 5 weeks later it was still not installed. Left many messages with no callbacks. Once someone finally called me back I was told they had no idea when they would get it. My pain in but the client was so pissed about the excuses that were in part why they canceled me. Originally we wanted to move ourselves, the night before our move we got a call from the truck rental stating they didn't have a truck for us. The next morning I called xpress relocations and Jamie was able to help us right away. She was able to squeeze us in on a next day move. The movers came in mask and with blankets and boxes to help us move. Every other company we called couldn't help us. Xpress really had our back. They guys work hard and get the job done.
