After SEVEN attempts, a 1 month delivery delay, and a litany of excuses about why my scheduled delivery got cancelled (or didn't happen) -- RXO finally delivered my shipment. Therefore I'm updating my review to reflect the efforts from RXO's "social media team". They were able to intervene and finally get my Beautyrest bed frame delivered (but it did take 2 more attempts). I'd give their "social media" / "escalations" team 4 or 5 stars for their efforts -- but this situation should have never gotten to this point and it ultimately took 7 attempts before I got my delivery. To make matters worse, the delivery technicians were planning to just drop my shipment at my door and leave. They claim they weren't told it was a "white glove" delivery, and they had to borrow my tools to assemble the adjustable bed frame. Delivery drivers are unprofessional, disrespectful and just plain rude! If a negative value of stars were available, I would grab that in a heartbeat. I have never experioenced such horribly rude & disresapectful behavior in ANY of my travels. To start, the driver damaged my property by missing the driveway when attempting the back in. Then they never ackowledged the damage. This company hires warm bodies from outside the US. With today's atmosphere, you add up the truth. If you have a delivery scheduled by RXO, know that their 1.5 stars rating is extremely liberal. read more

If I could give Rxo zero stars, I would. I was supposed to receive a package from Ikea on 6/2, and up until the morning of the delivery, the tracker stated that it would be delivered between the 10AM-2PM window. As the day progressed, the tracker eventually said that I needed to reach out to customer service, so I then spent an hour talking to customer service to learn from Ikea that Rxo never picked up the items from their warehouse despite the items being ready since 5/31. My order got rescheduled to 6/6, and when I checked the tracker for the newly rescheduled delivery time, it once again said that it needed to be rescheduled. The lack of communication and the fact that I was the one who needed to call and be put on hold every time Rxo messed up the delivery was ridiculously unprofessional. I ended up having to rent a car and pick up the items from Ikea myself because Rxo was so unresponsive and unprofessional with their service. Our RXO delivery driver caused property damage during a delivery in July 2025. The company acknowledged the issue but later denied ever receiving our claim, despite proof. No resolution was ever offered, and we've since filed complaints with the BBB and FMCSA. read more

after calling them 10+ times, leaving this yelp review and posting on instagram every other day for over a week they finally scheduled a tech for today 12/21. I was so happy and relieved this was all going to FINALLY be over. Guess what? THEY SENT YET ANOTHER TECH WHO IS NOT LICENSED TO WORK WITH A GAS OVEN. we were promised a delivery three days ago of IKEA products. Stayed home, had people at home to help, and then, even though we have received several other deliveries from other companies, this company never contacted us and didn't show up and claimed it was due to, "the weather " the same weather, of course that the other people who delivered encountered. Then IKEA promised that the delivery would be made today between nine and noon, and no one showed up. Again did not call to let us know. We called IKEA, they told us the delivery would be made today at 4 pm., and again no one showed up. Now we are told that the delivery will arrive on the 20th of January, and I feel that my only recourse will be to call my bank in the morning and cancel payment for the entire order and re-order company read more

Horrible customer service. Didn't install the new dryer vent tube despite us asking three times. They took the part with them. After a week they sent an invite for a day to correct the issue. Day of the called and cancelled, they had no idea what was going on, they said the tech didn't have any tools or a dolly and they don't know where my part is. Then they hung up on me. Ordered appliances from manufacturers website and was promised a delivery date of xxxx. RXO said manufacturer doesn't schedule and gave me a delivery date two weeks past promised date. Customer service is extremely poor; offshore support reading from a script in barely understand-able diction. If I'm ever told a delivery would involve this company, I'd cancel the purchase and move on. Update: within 15 minutes someone from the "social media response team" asked me for additional information as they could not identify my shipment based on my review. (Ummm....why would I post identifying info such as order no. etc). They ask me for order numbers or anything that proves that the manufacturer promised me a different date. They acknowledged the manufacturer falsely promises delivery dates. So it appears the customer is the collateral damage here. RXO absolves themselves of the issue and asks the customer to prove your complaint. I was promised a notification between 4 & 5pm by offshore customer support and here it is 8:45pm; crickets. Not a word. Stay away from RXO if you can. They either don't have the infrastructure to handle the workload asked of them or the staffing they have is having challenges with simple delivery scheduling. Ordered a refrigerator through LG on Sep 17, with delivery scheduled for Sep 24. It is now 6 days past the delivery date, and RXO's tracking website states they have not received the delivery, when LG states it was delivered to their warehouse 6 days ago. I am now on my 4th call with LG, who has sent a "dock check" request that has gone unanswered for almost a week. It seems that RXO only cares about getting money from LG and other companies, and does not actually care about the end customer. I strongly suggest that you stay away from this delivery company at all cost to avoid delays in your shipments. read more

Terrible. My delivery has been rescheduled a total of five times (and counting) with the main reason being that the "truck broke down." My qualm with that is why hasn't the apparently only truck this company uses for all their deliveries been fixed yet? The agents are incredibly unhelpful, I spoke with three different ones (Ian, Princess B., and Miguel) and each of them have scripts designed to talk to you in circles. The unfortunate thing is that LG uses this shipping company for all their shipments so if you want to avoid RXO (formerly XPO), avoid buying directly from LG's website. read more

RXO was theoretically supposed to deliver and install a washer/dryer and haul away the old unit. They blew past the first delivery date without notice, then canceled the second and third dates at 8:30PM the night beforehand. At the fourth delivery date, they managed to deliver the new unit but not install it. On the fifth delivery date, they installed the new unit but did not haul away the old unit. It has now been over two weeks since that date and I have received no word from RXO about the old washer dryer that is just sitting in the yard. I cannot overstate how incompetent this company is; if you want something delivered, I would suggest literally any other delivery company. read more
