After SEVEN attempts, a 1 month delivery delay, and a litany of excuses about why my scheduled…read moredelivery got cancelled (or didn't happen) -- RXO finally delivered my shipment. Therefore I'm updating my review to reflect the efforts from RXO's "social media team". They were able to intervene and finally get my Beautyrest bed frame delivered (but it did take 2 more attempts). I'd give their "social media" / "escalations" team 4 or 5 stars for their efforts -- but this situation should have never gotten to this point and it ultimately took 7 attempts before I got my delivery. To make matters worse, the delivery technicians were planning to just drop my shipment at my door and leave. They claim they weren't told it was a "white glove" delivery, and they had to borrow my tools to assemble the adjustable bed frame. The delivery techs were very professional & polite, but it was clear they weren't happy about not being informed it was a "white glove" delivery.

Delivery drivers are unprofessional, disrespectful and just plain rude! If a negative value of…read morestars were available, I would grab that in a heartbeat. I have never experioenced such horribly rude & disresapectful behavior in ANY of my travels. To start, the driver damaged my property by missing the driveway when attempting the back in. Then they never ackowledged the damage. This company hires warm bodies from outside the US. With today's atmosphere, you add up the truth. If you have a delivery scheduled by RXO, know that their 1.5 stars rating is extremely liberal.

I truly enjoy shopping at The Salvation Army and do so almost weekly, just not at this location! I…read morehave been here before, but the pricing is completely out of control here! I have literally seen items that are priced more than what that item costs brand new! I know the items are donated, must be sorted and what have you, but the pricing is very very high!!! It used to be better with pricing but now it is just far too expensive. The other Salvation Army locations that I go to (very close by) are, thankfully, affordable and I shop at those locations. Perhaps the manager will actually attempt to lower the prices to be a better price, but I highly doubt it! I saw a pair of jeans there (GAP) for $14.99, that same day, I went to a different SA location and that place had GAP jeans, same style, for $6.99!!!! Just avoid this pricey location and go to other SA locations!!

AWFUL!! I used to go here a few months ago, haven't been in a while so I popped in last week. There…read moreis not a single item under 10$ and barely any clothes stocked. The goodwill/salvation army stores are currently so disappointing. Theres so many people in need of clothes, blankets, and furniture that Salvation Army used to be able to provide, now they are also too expensive. And they don't pay a dime for it!! If you can, try and go to small business consignment, or even east coast thrift(Spencer) or Deja New (Leicester) As they actually get their items ethically and don't jack up the price a ton. Deja New is also a non-profit.
