As the day progressed, the tracker eventually said that I needed to reach out to customer service, so I then spent an hour talking to customer service to learn from Ikea that Rxo never picked up the items from their warehouse despite the items being ready since 5/31. My order got rescheduled to 6/6, and when I checked the tracker for the newly rescheduled delivery time, it once again said that it needed to be rescheduled. The lack of communication and the fact that I was the one who needed to call and be put on hold every time Rxo messed up the delivery was ridiculously unprofessional. I ended up having to rent a car and pick up the items from Ikea myself because Rxo was so unresponsive and unprofessional with their service. I would absolutely avoid this service if you can!
