While the product to be delivered was received by RXO 5 days before delivery date they rescheduled it out from Monday to Saturday. On Saturday at 10:20pm they called my cell but they immediately hung up. I then got an email saying delivery was attempted and would be rescheduled. Des Moines, IA metro delivery. A mixed bag. Everything on the DAY of delivery went smooth. Arrived within the delivery window and the delivery guys were clean, polite and efficient. The delivery scheduling aspect was totally unsat, automated and impersonal. I needed a washer and had $300 in Sams Club Gift Cards so I ordered from them on Jan 29th. Online order stated delivery NLT Feb 11th. Not good but I bit because of the Gift Cards. The washer arrived locally in 4 days but when I went to schedule a delivery day with RXO, the next available date was Feb. 27th, 4 weeks after purchase. This is BS, I'd have cancelled the purchase if not for the $300 gift cards. They stated that a delivery time would be provided later. Later turned out to be the NIGHT BEFORE! It is total BS to expect their customer to schedule an ENTIRE day of vacation, PTO, or sick leave for a deliver that isn't even confirmed AM/PM until the night before. A+ for the delivery guys, F- for RXO. Do not buy Sams Club appliances, in Des Moines, unless you can wait a month for delivery. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We purchased an item (LG Refrigerator) online and this company was assigned to deliver it. We paid for and had the invoice for Room of Choice and Hookup. The two delivery drivers came and informed me that he only had listed room of choice, but no install. He called his supervisor which then told me they were too busy that day and not only would they not install it, they also did not have time to put it in our room of choice ( which he acknowledged was part of our order). His drivers proceeded to take it out of the truck wheel it into our garage, set it down and left while I was on the phone with the company I purchased the Refrigerator from. I have called RXO multiple times. Have been told to stand by a supervisor would call me within 30 minutes. Guess what?!?! NO call. I paid for a service this company did not fulfill and no one from this company will help me. read more

Shortly after my initial review, I received communication from Thomas. He promptly sent me an email to schedule a new assembly date. Another two man crew came out today and, although they were unable to place the Tread upstairs like I had originally wanted (this was due to limited spacing on my staircase), I was able to work with Sergio and his co-worker on placing it elsewhere on the main floor. I felt a new 4 star rating was appropriate as my three initial calls to the RXO line were ineffective, but I'm ultimately happy with how this issue was handled after my review was left. read more

Our over-the-stove microwave was delivered on 3 Oct and the installers arrived on 11 Oct. The cord would not reach the outlet so we had to hire an electrician to replace it with a longer cord. The installers called their supervisor who was very kind to tell us they would return once the cord was replaced and install our microwave at no extra charge. We have repeatedly called the Omaha Hub location to determine when we could schedule the installers to complete the job. We've left several voicemails but never been able to reach anyone directly. It's frustrating to say the least. Hopefully we will hear from them soon to finish the installation. read more

My new above range microwave was delivered per schedule and adequately installed, however they forgot to leave the accompanying user manual, warranty information, or any other associated documentation. Immediately after they left, I called RXO to have them retrieve the documents when the delivery guys returned to their warehouse and mail them to me. RXO would not follow up and instead insisted I work with the retailer (Costco) for them to provide me with the user manual and other documents. A simple request of RXO to easily follow through to correct their mistake was ignored by RXO and their approach was to pass the buck. I suggest Costco find a better and more reliable delivery company. read more

I have had to contact them multiple times a week for the past three months to get my dishwasher installed and it is still not installed. First, I want to say the delivery drivers are kind. When they delivered the my order, they stated that that my order would be delivered via two separate trucks but assured me that the other truck would be delivered the same day. However, once they left, I received a confirmation from both the shipping company and IKEA that my order was delivered in full when, in fact, it was not. The drivers left a packing slip that clearly shows two of my items are missing. When I called RXO via the number provided, they state they have no idea where the package is. They refused to provide a local phone number because of "security issues". When I called IKEA, they tell me that my local RXO has the package and that it says delivered. Not sure what else to do besides post on here... I can't get anyone local to contact me and the national company knows nothing. read more

We've had 2 deliveries from IKEA through RXO over the past couple of weeks. One was delayed but still within the delivery range and the other was delivered on the first day of the spread. We had communication from them on the delay (along with giving us the new date) plus terrific updates on when the second delivery would be here. So far its been more of the same as other reviews. Truck was on its way to my house to deliver a new washer/dryer but it broke down and needed new air filter. They said the drivers were on the way to replace the air filter with a new one they purchased. This was hours ago....and they arent responding to my inquiry for a status update. That is when I came across reviews showing their trucks "breaking down" is a common theme. Either they have completely unreliable trucks or unreliable...something. Did try calling the number they texted from but its a google phone number. Update: The company reached out to me immediately after I posted this. They got me scheduled first thing the next day, and the delivery went great. The delivery team were fast and efficient, and were very careful. Was informed who the delivery service would be and immediately conted RXO so that I could schedule an afternoon appointment. I knew I lived in a small town so deliveries were not made here often. I was informed every two weeks on tuesdays. They couldn't promise an afternoon appointment but would set it up for the last one of the day. Day before they scheduled me for an 8:30 am to12:30 pm appointment. I spoke with RXO and was given the run around their only suggestion was to reschedule but as a customer I don't get to pick the date or time. I called where I made the purchase "Costco" and explained single mom (kids under 18) new to area no one would be home until I get off work and I would get off work early that day around 10am. Costco customer service contacted RXO and said she spoke with someone and they said they would try to schedule me last. I would recieve a phone call 30 mins out. That next day headed out of work back home received a phone call and they said they were at my home now I said can you wait I will be there soon. They delivery person said he could only wait 5 mins. I said please wait 10 mins I need to make a call I am 15 mins out. I was told I would be scheduled last. The deliver person stated "Well you were scheduled first. We will wait 5 mins". I called the person I spoke with at Costco, she was not in and spoke to a supervisor. As we were speaking 5 mins or so I saw the delivery truck on the hiway and said "They left." Next call was from RXO it was sceduled for a month out and no garauntee of a time. I called Costco supervisor again. She had them reschedule to two weeks out, and in the afternoon. I did recieve my mattresses at 6:00 pm and they are awesome, the two delivery guys were professional. But you can bet, I will ask who the carriers are for delivering products before order from anyone because if it's RXO I will NOT buy it and will explain to the store why. read more

I ordered a Samsung washing machine with a delivery date of Dec 15th. When i called to set up a time for delivery i was told if would have to wait until January and was asked if this was OK. I stated no, and asked why Dec 15th no longer worked. The girl i was speaking with then apologized for overlooking something and told me i was scheduled for the 15th. At the end of the call she then did the 14th, i confirmed the 14th with her and after the call ended i received a text confirmation for the 15th. I planned to just be home either day. I kept checking for updates for a time window for delivery and never received one. This morning (the 15th) i receive a voicemail from someone i can't understand. The only thing i could get was that my delivery needed to be rescheduled but couldn't understand why. I tried to call back but just sat on hold and no one ever answered. I then pulled up reviews for this company and surprise surprise this seems to be something that happens a lot. I will update my review if someone makes this right but as of right now this company has been nothing but frustrating to work with. Work was missed to stay home for the delivery that was supposed to come today. *UPDATE* Very soon after posting this review I received a call from the company. From that point forward I received the BEST customer service. My machine was installed the next morning, communication was on point and the professionalism was outstanding. For these reasons I changed from a 1 star to 4 star. If only that level of customer service was given from the first point of contact with the company. I don't know how to rate it. My piece of furniture came and the young men were very nice. But I really had expected them to set it up. When they asked if right here was okay on the floor of the living room for the box I said, okay, because that seemed to be the option. No call. Next day I find out they rescheduled for January 16th, A MONTH AWAY, apparently if they screw up your delivery they move you to the end of the line. That is so stupid. Ordered a Refrigerator, Stove and Microwave from LG and was delivered to RXO on Nov 19, 2024. Original install date was set for Saturday Nov 30 between 7am and 7pm. On Nov 29th they emailed and texted a new time for Nov 30 between 9:30 to 1:30. We contacted RXO after 2pm to see when we may expect to see the driver. They had no excuse as to why we received no call or text but the date has just changed to Dec 17th. We had already cleared our the refrigerator, removed the stove and microwave to accommodate the new equipment. purchased a washer from Sam's weeks ago scheduled the delivery for a spacific day last min they change it to a day I won't be in town without my input, when I called they assured me I could change it to a different day that could work with my schedule again. they said they had an open spot, and again I'm left last min trying to fix this issue because they send me a message saying they can't deliver on the date. to think scheduling something nearly 2 weeks in advance for something you buy over 2 weeks ago only to be told I can't get it potentially for another 2 fucking weeks is about as stupid as it gets. the sad fact is I work in trucking I have done this kind of delivery service before and honestly it's just because I live a distance away and you don't know how to make it work logically with other drops so you keep pushing it. I promise if I schedule it for the date 2 weeks out that I couldn't even be home for regardless you would again cancel it and push it off. i know rxo likes to look at this stuff so find this and fix this i want my stuff i didn't spend $800.00 so you could use it as a shelf. Here is my experience: 6/24/2020 Dishwasher delivered late in June 2020, scheduled window was missed Dishwasher install purchased and unable to complete properly due to missing parts in which the installer admitted to throwing away Dishwasher installed with non-compliant parts according to Samsung Cabinet damaged and countertop was forcibly separated from cabinets 6/25/2020 Claim submitted via Samsung for help 6/25/2020 - 11/24/2020 Over 25 calls and countless emails to both Samsung and XPO about my damage 11/25/2020 Finally an email from XPO claims! 11/26/2020-12/29/2020 5+ calls into XPO customer service with no response regarding my claim, each and every time they said they would call me back in 24-48 hours - how is this even a customer service line!? 7+ emails sent to claims department and no response To say the least, I will NEVER IN MY LIFE purchase from a company that leverages XPO! Probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life. I was scheduled for delivery/pickup on 3 different occasions. All of which they would call me each morning of and tell me "their truck broke down". The 4th time they didn't even bother calling to let me know they weren't coming the scheduled date despite me getting a text that morning saying they were coming, they just didn't show and rescheduled a week later. **UPDATE** Stove was delivered on Wednesday. The company has employees that are not following Covid measures; one of the employees refused to wear a mask citing a "medical condition." We are in the midst of a pandemic and a person refusing to wear a mask for the health of people in their own home is insane. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. **Original Review** Terrible company. Stove was supposed to be delivered today. Never received a 4-hour window for delivery. When I called the company, they said that today's delivery was cancelled and the next available date for delivery was Wednesday. They also won't let you speak directly with anyone from the Omaha office. I am contacting Costco to recommend they terminate their contract with this company.
