ZERO STARS I have had 3 separate issues with RXO, including the one I am dealing with right now. 5 years ago there were continued delays delivering my peloton bike. 3 years ago I had issues with them not delivering my treadmill and when I finally got it scheduled they sent 1 guy for a several hundred pound tread, that needed to go to the basement. Since I had to reschedule it several times and couldn't keep missing work, my 75 year old mother came over and was the only person at my house. The driver had to come back later in the day when my husband was home to get it into the house. I can not imagine what I would have done if I didn't have someone to help. Now today they have my Ikea package and missed the original delivery date giving me one excuse and the Ikea rep another! I have called the last three days and still can not get a consistent answer from them as they tell me one thing then I call Ikea to confirm and they tell them something different. If I had known Ikea uses RXO I would have driven the 3 hours to the nearest store 2 weeks ago to make my purchase. The ONLY consistent with this company is they are terrible at both customer service and communication. I was supposed to get a call back "right away" several hours ago to attempt to resolve my delivery delay and have not heard anything. It is really disappointing this company does not value customer service as evidenced by the pages of 1 star reviews as well as my personal experiences with them. Most deliveries require someone to be home and many of us do not have the luxury of missing work for a delivery that does not show up as scheduled. I feel this is so disrespectful. read more

RXO is the worst company and stole my brand new dryer! If I could give 0 stars I would. When they first delivered my dryer, they refused to install it saying they had a broken tool and were unable. After waiting weeks they finally returned to install only to see the dryer was dropped by the previous guys. So they took the dryer back with them and now say they didn't. They say they have no record of this even though I talked to their manager while they were here confirming everything. Samsung refuses to help and RXO is washing their hands of the whole thing. Now I have no dryer and am out $900!!! read more

My dryer and washer delivered last week (24 of December). Delivery men could not install it because of a missing piece for connection. Since that time I talked with the customer service of Rxo twice but I could not get my dryer installed. Whenever I call the person on the line, he/she says they will return me back and give information about "when it will be installed" But nobody returns me. I don't know how to solve the problem. I was waiting on RXO to receive a washer and a dryer from LG to deliver to me. The washer was received by the RXO warehouse first, and I was told that it could not be delivered to me until the dryer was also received by the warehouse. When the dryer got to RXO, I scheduled a delivery. RXO only delivered the dryer, and not the washer (after they had told me that one item could not be delivered without the other). Prior to the delivery, I had spent a combined hour on the phone with them, and the delivery was still incorrect. I have not had a great experience, and I would not use them again given the option. read more

I was delivered the wrong mattress, due to no fault of the delivery men. It wasn't noticed until they were gone, and once I contacted RXO, the delivery man came back and got the wrong mattress. They then had to drive two hours to the warehouse to get my mattress and then back to my house again. But they still made sure I got it the same day, and were friendly and professional. read more

My LG order has been sitting at the pickup location since December 6th, waiting to be delivered to me, and offered no delivery date until December 31st. Then, the day before delivery, they canceled and are only offering January 28th as the next possible delivery date option. I am also skeptical of that date because of my poor experience so far. Expecting to wait almost 2 months for my order is unprofessional and unreasonable, especially with the uncertainty that they will even deliver on that promised date. This is the 2nd scheduled delivery day to come and go. We rearrange our lives and home to only be continually disappointed. I would tell my husband to cancel but then we would have to pay a restocking fee if they would even allow a cancelation since the fridge has been sitting at your facility a few days already. I was notified late last week that my order was ready to be scheduled for delivery. The earliest I could do that was the coming Monday. I cleared my schedule, waited for the "delivery window" to be scheduled, and all I got was them rescheduling my delivery with no explanation. I rescheduled for the next nearest day, which was Wednesday. Here we are on that Wednesday, no delivery window set, and I call the customer service line to find out that they are canceling my delivery again, and still no explanation. I asked if I could go and pick up my order, but I was told that wasn't possible and that they couldn't give me a number to call and talk to someone. The Des Moines, Iowa area hub is seriously failing on their side of fulling deliveries that companies are paying them to fulfill. People shouldn't have to deal with a series of cancellations, with no explanation, when they have jobs and kids and other responsibilities they are trying to coordinate, along with deliveries they need to be present for. I will also be letting the company I made this purchase through know that at least the local Des Moines area hub is failing on fulfilling what they are being paid for. Do better. And that includes communication with the customers waiting for their deliveries and rearranging their lives around said deliveries. Maybe I'll get my delivery one of these days, which I paid a premium price for, and I know they are being paid for fulfilling. UPDATE: 10/1/21 I have sent the email and the person replying said that my order doesn't qualify for the "white glove service", even though that is specifically mentioned on my order. Also, I have scheduled delivery to happen today, 10/1/21, yet have not gotten a delivery window, so I'm now assuming they are canceling on me again. It's a very poor way to run a business, in my opinion. Communication is practically non-existent, and this company won't even give me the option to just go pick up my item. I've also reported the poor treatment to the company I ordered from, so they know that they are not getting what they paid for and how XPO Logistics (or at least the local hub in Des Moines, Iowa) is treating their customers. read more

This company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with trying to get something delivered. We're on reschedule number four still with no products in hand. What's the point in reassuring a customer that their item might not have fit on the truck one week but it'll be high priority the next and guaranteed delivery and then still not deliver. There's really no recourse that you have as a customer because you're at the will of the delivery company. To make matters worse, I have items from two separate companies just sitting in their warehouse and they're essentially powerless to help as well. I would avoid this company at all costs. read more

TLDR : This company has a good lawyer writing contracts with Big Brands for cheap, while leaving much to be desired in customer service and punctuality. Story time. My wife orders a sectional couch from Costco May 8. Costco hands off "the package" to "XPO Logistics" on the 12th of May. First contact made from "XPO Logistics Last Mile" was made on the 28th of May to schedule a delivery date. The date that they decided to throw into the air was June 30th(today). Here is where it gets interesting. I received no phone call yesterday to confirm delivery, so I have my wife call the number on the tracking site. Guess what, It's a CALL CENTER. No one there can give me a number to call to find out what is going on with my couch. I am by no means a "Kevin"(male Karen) with a let me speak to your manager haircut, but this company will turn a priest into a sinner. No one there can give me a manager. What they could give me was a number to call that they have that goes directly to someone's voicemail, "The agent is unavailable please leave a message.". I spend 3 hours going back and forth between their "special team" and regular agents. Their special team sends "E-mails" to the "facility" trying to get them to "expedited" or "elevate" the priority of my delivery. While telling me that they are unable to get in touch with anyone at the "facility" (they call the same number that they gave me). While on the phone with their "customer support"(if you can call it that) my order was mysteriously updated and scheduled for the 14th of July (I'm doubtful that it will be delivered then because they also tried to tell me the earliest date that they could deliver it was August 4th). I decide I am better off calling Costco Customer support (finally someone with an American accent) and they are extremely helpful. They call the same number that I have been calling all morning and give then a stern talking to, then come back to me and tell me that it's in "XPO's" hands at this point, and they date that they gave me is all they can do. The helpful part of this was when the Costco agent told me to meet them "outside" which I plan on doing and if there is a problem with the delivery to not accept it into the house. If there is a problem with the sectional, I would be facing the same problem of waiting weeks/months for them to pick it up for return. I will be updating this review if any actions are made to right this situation, or further wrongs. It seems to be that they now have my couch hostage and if I get it, I get it. If I don't oh well. I look forward to hearing from Bryan B. Business Owner with what looks like an automated response and Reference number, as this might actually lead to me speaking with someone who can put to rest the case of the Couch Cartel. read more

WORST experience ever!!!! I ordered a Peloton bike the last week in May. The first delivery date was supposed to be July 6th....no call and no show. Got an email it was rescheduled for July 13th, same thing, no call and no show. when I called, they said it had been rescheduled for July 18th. Again, this morning, I was supposed to get the bike delivered and guess what, they called saying they couldn't make it. Now they scheduled for the 22nd, this Friday, I cannot get ahold of anyone other than the usual people who answer all the calls. They gave me a number that didn't work. I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung on June 13 to be delivered on July 16. I received numerous notifications from Samsung that it was going to be delivered on time. I also received an email from XPO Logistics on July 14 telling me that the refrigerator would be delivered on July 16 as scheduled and to expect a call the day before to set up a delivery window. I didn't receive a call so I called them the morning of July 16 to find out delivery time. They informed me that the truck was full and the soonest the refrigerator could be delivered would be August 18. More than a month later with the refrigerator at their Hub which is 7.6 miles from my home. I'm now trying to cancel the order and have called Samsung 5 times and I'm on hold now for over an hour on the 6th call. Unbelievable!!!!! read more

Ordered a refrigerator from LG and paid for an install and removal of the old unit. They arrived and informed us that they would not install it for liability reasons "Removing the doors" took it out of the box and dented the side of it in three places moving it into our garage. We contacted customer support. They said they had three complaints about their service in two weeks, and they still have jobs? Since then we have been ghosted by them. And now have a damaged refrigerator. They brought no delivery paperwork, had us sign nothing. This company is dishonest, and shady. read more

We had a washer and dryer delivered by XPO. Had to go into the basement and the stairway was a little tighter than expected. But these guys were careful and diligent, bring in the units and removing the old units without any damage or issues. Install was exceptional. Very clean. And they were nice guys as well. read more

My delivery of my treadmill was made by 9:00 AM in the morning, no waiting around all day! Freed up the rest of day. The 2 delivery guys were courteous, friendly and careful when bringing it into our home even though it was a very large, very heavy box. Would highly recommend. read more

The 2 man delivery crew arrived on time and took great care to unload my new mattress and box spring without damaging them or anything in my home as they placed it exactly where I requested. They also moved my old mattress and box spring with the same care downstairs so it could still be used and then removed an old mattress and box spring downstairs. HORRIBLE, we ordered a Peloton and they used this joke of a company. Delivery time was 11:30-230 today coming from Des Moines to Storm Lake Iowa. No call no show. we Call the company and they say it could be delivered as late as 10PM! But after looking at these other reviews I'm assuming we won't see it anytime soon. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! ** next day** they claims the roads were "unsafe" they sent me a video form the driver who was videoing him driving in someone's FARM DRIVEWAY where it was slick. you could clearly see the highway in front of the driver and it was dry. they have no idea who is doing what and when. horrible customer service. now we have to wait ANOTHER WEEK because they only come to our area on Fridays. and looking at the other reviews I'm not holding my breath that'll it'll show up read more

Every time I do get ahold of someone they tell me our bike wouldn't fit on the truck. These people are the scum of the scum taking peoples money and no delivering as they promise. This is hands down the worst delivery company we've ever had. They screwed up install during the delivery and in return made it extremely difficult to get someone to bring a new item out. We have been sitting with a treadmill that doesn't work for 3 weeks now and STILL have gotten nowhere with delivery of the replacement part. They have scheduled us for delivery 3 times now and then don't show up. No call given either. I have called them each time wondering where they are and I get excuses like "oh there was a driver issue, we have overbooked our deliveries." This company has untrained employees delivering and installing products, is unresponsive, and lacks any sort of organization as a company. Terrible!!! read more

The delivery was quick from when I placed the order. They delivered our new LG fridge on time and during the time slot that was texted to me. The guy called me about 30 min out. The 2 of them got the appliance into the house safely and professionally, cleaning up after themselves. They were friendly and professional. My only complaint is that I paid for installation and I had to prompt them a few times to do certain things. Like they didn't install the handles. And they didn't test the water dispenser. And finally, there was a small leak in the back that they didn't test for. We were able to tighten the bolt and then it was fine, but just a little more attention to detail and not rushing so much would have been a 5 star review. Very happy overall! Thanks read more

We are still waiting for a washer and dryer that they were supposed to deliver a month ago..... they can't find it. The tell us one day that the delivery has been cancelled and the next day that the item hasn't arrived. We schedule a delivery, they cancel it at 10 the night before. Then the next day they dont have it at the dock. On top of it LG won't refund us our money until the recovery the washer and dryer.... which we have never seen. Would never ever ever use this company. Run the other way, or drive across the country pick it up yourself and drive back. You'll get it quicker. read more

I ordered a new Samsung washer and dryer. XPO Logistics is the company that they selected to do the installation. I received confirmation that the appliances were going to deliver on 8/7, but they never showed up. The order got rescheduled for 8/10, but they didn't show up. Now, on 8/11 the tracker shows it is out for delivery, but when I called I get someone in the Philippines who tells me that someone will call me within 4 hours. I reached out on 8/10 and their customer service said the same thing, so I know better than to receive a call back. Samsung has escalated this issue twice, but still no one has contacted me. I uninstalled our old washer and dryer to repair the floor based on the timeline I had for our confirmed delivery date. Now, I have a family of 5 that hasn't had a washer or dryer for over a week without any idea of when the order might actually deliver. I posted this same review on Google, and the owner of their Google reviews responded to this review before any response has been made through any other normal channel. The request was that I email another email to get help. The crazy thing is that I have already emailed them at that email and they haven't responded! They care more about their social media image than actually providing customer service. Don't buy from Samsung Appliances because you will have the worst customer service ever from XPO Logistics. read more

No call no show for my delivery after items were lost in the warehouse for weeks. How can you lose a washer? All they say is "we'll call to reschedule" while ignoring most of my messages. The call center is a joke, as they can't help you. But they seem to want to try, although the problem is the drivers.
