To start, they were doing something completely different than what it was in the contract and what i paid for. The had 4 days my old fence sitting on my lawn, they parked their old truck on the grass, they didn't pull out the old post, they cut them, they installed multiple pickets splitter in half, i had nails poking out the other side in multiple places, i had to fix that myself and cut at least 50 of them. The fence is higher on one side of the house than the other, the gates are different, one is flopping around and it bangs super hard and it doesn't close right, i had to pay and install later the caps for the poles because even though I paid for that it was never done, i had to literally pick up the trash and piles of dirt from my backyard when i paid $850 to clean and haul away the old fence, Mark is ignoring my messages and will not respond. will not honor their warranty for things that are broken or weren't installed correctly, i keep finding broken Peace's of wood, the the cuts the the pickets finish are atrocious, the top trim doesn't align with the other side of the fence, i mean i can keep going on and on and I feel is my responsibility to share my experience, guys please save yourself the hassle and do not deal with this people, Mark didn't even show up here until 2 weeks after the project and had people doing whatever they wanted , i had to supervise and manage them and still i can't baby seat them because of work so the final product is very inferior to my expectations.
