I'm not sure if there are words to describe how impressed I am with XO Design Co., but I'll do my best. I used XO as both my floral/decor vendor and day-of coordinator for my wedding. They blew me away in both respects. Florals: I first met Nichole about a year and a half before my wedding. She agreed to meet me at a coffee shop near my home, and we went through my floral vision, etc. She sent me a summary of what we discussed, as well as a summary of costs. She was cheerful throughout the process, and even though my wedding was so far away, she made it a priority. I changed my vision several times, and each time, Nichole was patient and walked through various ideas with me. We actually met a second time to revamp my decor. The decor at my wedding exceeded all of my expectations. I told Nichole that I wanted to do muted blush with amber accents and lots of greenery, and she nailed it. She gave special attention to decorating the staircase at my venue, which I told her was the most important decor element to me! She even added leftover florals to my cake complimentary. All of my guests were in awe of her attention to detail. She really captured my vision and understood it better than I did myself. Planning: Since I noticed that Nichole was so easy to work with for floral/decor, I decided to hire her as my day-of coordinator. That was one of the best decisions that I could have made. She spent so much time going over every little detail, including making sure that the uplighting in my venue didn't negatively affect my photos. She picked up lunches for my bridal party that I ordered before the wedding and an ice cream cake. Someone took the wrong lunch, and she and Ashley ran out and grabbed another one for him. At one point, someone stepped on my MOH's toe which started bleeding everywhere, and Ashley quickly handled the situation. My day was completely stress-free because they were so on top of everything. They packed up everything for me at the end of the night in such an organized fashion. I'm genuinely going to miss working with them! So overall, the XO team is great. Their costs are reasonable, but most importantly, they are friendly, organized, and easy to work with. read more

I am still in awe and absolutely blown away by the work Nichole and her team at Xo Design put together for our wedding! From the initial meeting I had with Nichole to discuss my fiancé and I's wedding, I knew we had to work with her- there was no doubt in my mind! She already had so many ideas come to life in our first meeting, and from Day 1, through our wedding day, and beyond she has been such a JOY to work with! She was there for me through all the questions I had (big or small), was a text/phone call away whenever I needed to ask her something, professional, joyful, incredibly talented, kindhearted- the list goes on! There is one story that sticks out that speaks volumes about Nichole and the Xo team that I will never forget, it shows just how genuine they all are. On the instagram account for Xo, they had posted a photo and had said, "comment your favorite flower below". I wrote my favorite floral in the caption and posted it and on my wedding day the team showed up to deliver my bouquet and my bridesmaids, and in the bouquet were TULIPS! They said how they saw my comment on their instagram and wanted to incorporate my favorite flower in the bouquets- I mean COME ON! How special?! That to me will always be something I remember about Xo, they care SO MUCH and pay attention to every last detail-even when you don't think they are looking Nichole and her team will without a doubt bring your floral and decor dreams to life! Absolute visionaries! Everyone at Xo Design went above and beyond in order to help bring my fiancé and I's wedding day to life. Nichole and her team will ALWAYS have a place in my heart- not only were they amazing to work with, but overall SUCH great people. Choosing Nichole at Xo Design Co. as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! If you're on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, just take our advice and DO IT - and hire Xo Design Co. The thought of having a day-of coordinator never crossed our minds. We were very skeptical. We thought ok, we can totally do this on our own. Well, the closer to got to our big day, we realized we needed someone we trusted to help execute the day-of details b/c there were so many running pieces. We didn't want to place stress on ourselves the day-of and hinder us from enjoying our wedding day. The last thing we wanted was to appoint our friends and family to assist with any day-of elements b/c we wanted our loved ones to enjoy the day as guests, stress-free. Insert Nichole and her team! They kept everything running smoothly the day-of. Nichole also led/ran the rehearsal the night before, which was extremely helpful. She wrangled a TON of family and got everyone to listen and follow directions in record time. She handled everything from start to finish. As someone who has a hard time not being in control, I was really worried that things wouldn't get done or there would be issues. And, everything ran smoothly ALL day! Our main reasoning for choosing Nichole besides the fact that she is so sweet and kind, was knowing she had a design background. Her company is a design company so she has a great eye for decor, set design, etc. I trusted her 100% to set up our tables which all required a special setup with props, decor, etc. Nicole and her team checked in on us frequently throughout the night and made sure we were eating, drinking water and asked if we needed anything - HANDS DOWN, the most thoughtful gesture ever. I think we were the most hydrated couple on their wedding day. . That all said, we are so grateful to Nichole and Xo for making our day so special and stress-free for us, our family and bridal party. Xo Designs Co. was referred to me by a coworker who knew the owner personally. I was not intending on using a wedding planner as I had over a year to plan my wedding so thought I would have plenty of time to iron out details without needing to invest in the extra help. Nonetheless, I decided to meet with Nichole to learn more about her and her offered services. And, I am so very happy that I did! From the very first time we met, I felt Nichole was a breath of fresh air. Not only is she highly knowledgeable about the industry but she is genuinely one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Right away through casual conversation I realized how much I didn't know about wedding planning and that having someone there to handle the extra details might be beneficial. Ultimately, I employed Nichole as my 'day of' planner. But, I can tell you, she did above and beyond the duties of 'day of'. Nichole, Nikki and their whole team at XO Design were absolutely FANTASTIC! I don't even know where to begin! I used XO Design for my decor and day of coordination. From the get go, Nichole saw my vision completely and had the perfect suggestions to make it even better than I could imagine. She was super easy to work with and so nice and excited the whole time! She is super knowledgeable and even if you don't know much about flowers, she'll work with you to make everything over the top perfect! She was there during my rehearsal and on the day of, even ordering food for the bridal party as they were getting ready so I didn't have to worry about a thing. From the moment that I was introduced to Nichole by my SIL, I absolutely knew without a doubt that she had to design our wedding!! The second I became engaged I had a vision of what our wedding would be... and Nichole made sure the day was everything that I had envisioned and so much more!! Floral and Decor Dreams Come True I found Xo Design Co and Nichole via Wedding Wire and Instagram. We quickly made plans to meet to discuss floral/decor and planning/coordination. I didn't have a very focused vision of what I wanted but after one meeting with Nichole, we had it all figured out. She showed me lots of pictures, we talked about my home decor, clothing style and life in general--and totally bonded. She was able to quickly identify my style and pair that with the feeling I wanted our wedding day to have. I provided a very loose idea of a budget and Nichole never once pushed me outside my comfort zone. We also hired her and the team to handle day-of-coordination. I didn't want to do anything other than enjoy the day of my wedding so this was an excellent choice--I barely lifted a finger day-of! The flowers and decor were absolutely stunning and unique. I never planned on having/needing a planner and looking back I cannot explain how happy I am that I came to my senses and hired Nichole and her team at XO. I originally wasn't sure if having a day/month of planner was worth the money but I now realize I couldn't have done it without one. From our very first meeting, Nichole made me feel like a long-time friend (we spent the first hour chatting about life and traveling!) and helped answer so many questions I didn't even know I had. Nichole was a GODSEND. We booked our florist just three months out and she did a phenomenal job helping us pick beautiful flowers while still keeping within a reasonable budget. I brought her pinterest photos of my vision and she helped coordinate it all into one beautiful bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet and many boutonnieres. I switched corsage wristlet types, bouquet wrap colors many times over and she was spot on with updating my profile. I was very afraid that all the colors in the wedding were going to clash ans she put me at ease with all the decisions I had made regarding decor and she was right - everything looked divine. I am so happy with our decision to work with her, but most importantly, I am glad I had Nichole in my corner every step of the way. She arrived early for our delivery at the hotel of personals and set up the chapel and the reception area. She even stayed during the ceremony to move the ceremony flowers into the reception hall for double use. AND she captured our dove release on her phone and created a boomerang video which was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had an eye for design. Nicole was amazing!! I knew very little about flowers and what I wanted for my wedding going into my consultation with Nicole, but she made me feel so comfortable and confident with my decision to choose her for my floral design. She knew so much about different elements to include in my bouquets and centerpieces and would show me pictures as well to help me visualize ideas. She was so quick to respond to my text messages and emails and even designed some floral hair pieces on short notice. She was very conscious of my budget as well which we really appreciated. Her designs were stunning! My colors were blush/pink and cream with a rustic chic feel and my flowers were more beautiful then I could have ever even imagined. I feel like my wedding theme is common and a lot of designs can be similar but Nicole created beautiful arrangements and bouquets that were unique from everything else that I have seen before in portfolios and websites. Nichole is AMAZING! From the minute I sat down with her, I felt like we had been friends for years.
