Not ten minutes after I got off the phone did I get a call back from the office, saying that the massage therapist had a conflict and would I be able to reschedule my massage to 2pm? A little irked since my day was now thrown out of whack, I agreed, figuring that at least I'd get a little relief from my terrible back pain. Again I confirmed that the new time was 2pm. Just 5 minutes ago I received another phone call from said office telling me that now the therapist would not be able to come in at all and I'd need to reschedule my appointment for another day. That was enough for me. I even asked if they had someone else available and said that this was the only therapist scheduled...Well what, are you closing your whole business for the day then? Unfortunately they have lost my business for good now. I was hoping to establish a relationship with that office due to the good reviews here and the convenience of the location. If you can't keep your story strait and you want to give me the run around, you aren't getting a second chance. If this office truly only has one therapist a day, the receptionists should make sure that they know that one person's schedule to the letter to better facilitate clients.
