Bought a battery pen and tried it right as I walked out the door and noticed that I was sold a broken pen and the guy working refused to exchange it for one that worked because the "Owner" does not allow it. Horrible corporate customer service! No one ever replies to emails and there is no contact number listed for us to call. Their rewards system is a joke and the employees in stores (we've been to a couple around town) are less than helpful. They seem to have a very limited knowledge, only and to speak on the few things they use personally, whereas other vape shops we've been to have employees who research things themselves and talk to other customers to get a more rounded knowledge set. There are so many other better options around town, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they can actually guide you on things. read more

I've recently started shopping here a month ago, i come in just about everyday The store is very organized and has such a wide selection. The employees are super nice, efficient and always know what they're talking about. They have a rewards program too so i'm always getting discounted. A friend bought me a vape for Valentine's day. It leaked and then the firing pin stopped working. I take it there a day later and I was told "No exchanges no refunds you are going to have to deal with it and contact the company" (SMOKTECH Vape 22) The thing is the person knew this item had issues with the firing pin, he pulled it up on the computer. You are selling faulty vapes and you won't exchange them for another one or compensate? It worked one whole day. Wow. I would have been an exellent customer but you don't stand behind your products. I bought a vape here and they didn't offer to show me how to use or set it up. I couldn't get the top off to get the e liquid inside the tank so I could use it and the girl said she wasn't allowed to help me or even touch it. Pretty bad policies and the help is non existent. Horrible customer service. The woman at the Roswell store accidentally double charged me. After numerous emails, personally going back to the store twice and several phone calls, this issue has not been resolved. I was left with no other remedy except to file a dispute with my bank and wait for the charge to be reversed. There's one really sweet guy there, but everyone else has been so unhelpful & unfriendly. It's annoying they're unwilling to order anything they run out of, They gave me the runaround about reordering the strength juice I use when they ran out but the last time I called to check if they finally had ( it's Venmo like close to 2 months) the guy said "I mean I could ask my boss could order some for you but, like he never gets around to stuff like that."
