This is my first time here and I specifically came to this location bc it's closer than the one off medlock that I've been going to for years. So it's 10:23am as I'm typing this review and their hours on the door reflect 10am-12am, yet the door is locked and all lights are off. This was a huge inconvenience considering I live 15 min away!! New loyal customer to Cloud 9 because of the smartest and most professional guy around - Jack. I new to the world of CBD(s) and have chronic health issues that require a lot of questions before I start anything new. I have been amazed at Jack's ability to relate complex scientific information to me in a way I can understand and process. Jack is so knowledgeable and passionate about his work, he is able to recommend specific products AND how I should use them to get the most bang for my buck based on my specific needs. Jack has also been able to honestly evaluate products I've tried from other sources to compare and contrast them to the products he sells at Cloud 9. Jack is the king of the "soft sell" and I do not feel pressured to buy anything. He also makes sure I understand the cost and is able to tell me how to prolong product use and how to beat use products for specific needs. I am so grateful I wandered in - last night was my second visit to the store and between my first and second visit, Jack spent about 90 minutes of focused time with me answering all of my questions and making sure I understand the differences in products on the market. Jack's scientific background and eloquence enables him to break down complex information in a way I can understand and retain. He is an invaluable asset to the store and I will continue to buy from Cloud 9 instead of trying to find recommended products online because I want to support a local business and their smart hiring decision. The store is also super organized, spotless and brightly lit. The rest of the gang seem like really sweet kids who are helpful as well, but I am a special needs customer with health issues so I only want to deal with Jack. Almost forgot - the products Jack's sold to me have helped so much with my chronic pain, insomnia, nightmares, anxiety, depression and obsessive thinking. He was able to recommend a product I can use while working and another one I can use when I want to relax a little more before bedtime. read more

I'm almost 50 and my husband and I just got carded for entry by a 22 year old! A minute later someone else walks in.... no ID check. She new little of what we were in there looking for and was as helpful as a rock. There are definitely better shops out there!! Don't waste your time with this one. With small businesses hurting right now one would think a nice positive attitude would be helpful. read more

The staff is very friendly and follow covid protocols. The best person to deal with is Rob! I had an issue with my mod which I recently purchased, it kept leaking and eventually shorted out. I called and asked what to do, followed their instructions for returning through the manufacturer, that was a dead end! I was fortunate enough to speak with Rob on the matter and, he resolved the situation PERFECTLY!! Wonderful manager! Great staff I'll be a permanent customer there!! read more

Terrible customer service. When I go to get new pods and coils for my vape the guy sells me all the wrong ones. They didn't even match each other much less my vape. But because of their no return policy you are screwed out of your money. read more

Cool shop, however check the prices they are offering online from official retailers before purchasing. I recently purchased the Crafty Vaporizer which is made by the same people as the volcano. The prices of an item made by this particular company is standard across every retailer and online retailer I've researched. They have them marked up 60 dollars and when I called and confronted them, they could only answer "oh well here in store we have it for $x ($60+ the official price). Will not be back. Very shady way this transaction went down. read more

Came in on 12/10 at 7:30pm to buy kratom and the dude behind the desk came up tp me no mask on, and then straight up sneezed on me. As in, this man blew snot chunks out of his nose all over his hand face and counter, and had to quickly excuse himself to go clean it off his face. I have been to a few different locations. Here, the one in Kennesaw and also the one in Sandy Springs. And I will say the same thing about them all. Great selection but I think the staff is a lil too pushy. I have been in to purchase Shisha on several occasions. And no one will just let me look asking what I'm looking for. I mean give me a minute I don't always come in with something in mind. At times I just want to see what my catch my eye. Today at the location I asked the price of the 250 mg an of Haze. The young lady says "I think it's 17.99" when she rung it up it was 19.99. Now I'm not gonna beef with anyone over a 1.00. But you could acknowledge the fact that you gave me the wrong price. read more

Ordered a toro and also a quartz banger and it takes them over a week to send me my items. Have their so called customer service outsourced so that none of your problems will ever be fixed. They started contacting me about my order saying this and that and why it has not shipped yet. Making excuses for everything then my package says it was delivered even though signature was required. They tell me it's not their problem and I won't get a refund until they locate my package? Sounds like I have been dealing with almost three weeks of fraud now. Will never order from this company again. Don't expect to ever get in contact with a manger or anyone with some power in the company. They let their outsourced sales team basically run the company. read more

I have been a long time customer of Cloud 9 since moving to Sandy Springs a few years ago. I love their large selection and their "decent" prices. However my most recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I purchased a MAV glass water pipe on a Wednesday afternoon. Once I got home and unwrapped it for me to use and filled it with water. I had noticed that it was leaking water from the stem. I looked closer and noticed a small hairline crack that water was leaking out of. I then put the glass back in the bubble wrap and went to the store first thing the next morning in hopes of getting a possible exchange. I advised the worker of my situation and she rudely said "sorry we can't do anything, you can buy something else tho". She then proceeded to grab other MAV glass pipe to say show me how that one was not cracked. As if because one was fine, they all are fine. That would be like someone buying a defective phone and saying "well mine one works, so must be you". I am very disappointed in the customer servicer the provided me. I have since let everyone of my friends in the area and they have lost several long standing customers. read more

Looks very nice in the inside. However customer service was terrible! First I was not greeted by neither of the 2 employees there. Then I started asking questions about a empty cartilage that I had and the guy rudely told me I couldn't bring it in because it's illegal not even knowing what was in it or informing me of what they had that I could use that IS LEGAL. I wanted to buy some new smoke stuff and they weren't helpful friendly or did I feel appreciated for stopping by. I had to create conversation and ask questions like they couldn't even show me around. I'm very sad at the service of a nice shop. I hope it closes down. read more

The prices are higher than other local shops but the staff that helped the day I bought the vape were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were so friendly I didn't mind the pricing and they gave me a great military discount. However, the vape stopped working within a week and when I went back to have it checked out there was an extremely rude woman who says that she's the owner. With no empathy for me having bought a $90 product from her shop and it not working within a week she told me I had to file a warranty claim with a manufacturer which could take who knows how long. She then tried to sell me a battery charger as a side fix. It would be different if she at least apologized or pretended to care but she was rude af without regard. I live down the street and based on my experience the first time I thought this would be my shop despite the higher prices, but I want give them any more money. Especially if they can't even put at least a two week guarantee on their products they sell that are also more expensive then any other shop in the area. I wouldn't recommend going here the employees are great but the owner is rude and her policies and prices are ridiculous. read more

This place has a huge selection of everything you can think of for smoking whether it's valid, hookah, cigarettes, etc. It's located next to a bunch of other stores which makes it convenient to go to. Parking is excellent l. Most importantly the employees are all very nice and professional. read more
