I have been amazed at Jack's ability to relate complex scientific information to me in a way I can understand and process. Jack is so knowledgeable and passionate about his work, he is able to recommend specific products AND how I should use them to get the most bang for my buck based on my specific needs. Jack has also been able to honestly evaluate products I've tried from other sources to compare and contrast them to the products he sells at Cloud 9. Jack is the king of the "soft sell" and I do not feel pressured to buy anything. He also makes sure I understand the cost and is able to tell me how to prolong product use and how to beat use products for specific needs. I am so grateful I wandered in - last night was my second visit to the store and between my first and second visit, Jack spent about 90 minutes of focused time with me answering all of my questions and making sure I understand the differences in products on the market. Jack's scientific background and eloquence enables him to break down complex information in a way I can understand and retain. He is an invaluable asset to the store and I will continue to buy from Cloud 9 instead of trying to find recommended products online because I want to support a local business and their smart hiring decision. The store is also super organized, spotless and brightly lit. The rest of the gang seem like really sweet kids who are helpful as well, but I am a special needs customer with health issues so I only want to deal with Jack. Almost forgot - the products Jack's sold to me have helped so much with my chronic pain, insomnia, nightmares, anxiety, depression and obsessive thinking. He was able to recommend a product I can use while working and another one I can use when I want to relax a little more before bedtime.

My complaint revolves around a simple mistake made, when packing my various pre-roll order. During my transaction, handled by new employee #whatever (yo dread, talking about you)...I could tell he was new, he struggled with pricing, the order amount, the register, processing the order, etc. but I watched and laughed. When I opened my package that night to enjoy, I noticed that they forgot to pack up an item that I'd purchased. As you would expect, I went back the next day (less than 20 hours from my purchase) and explained. This loser (same as day before) explains there is some kind of 'next day' statute of limitations thing, that had I called the night before, he could have fixed it, but the next day he couldn;t help me....then gets defensive and accuses me of lying about the situation and to get the F out of 'his' store...WOW, WOW! I will never set foot back in this place again, as mentioned on the front end...they need to learn some customer services skills. When a customer is spending $100 a week with you, don't accuse them of trying to cheat you...maybe, just maybe that was a loyal customer pointing out a mistake, and hoping for some understanding to resolve the issue. I posted a while back before Christmas, but I don't see my post…read more I went to the Cloud9 in Woodstock off 92. The two gentlemen who work there were wonderful. They had unlimited knowledge about their products. I spent more than I was planning but it's because the guys there went beyond the call of duty. I got some vape fluids and two more vapes. They explained everything to me and how to use them. Even showed me how to fill the vapes & filled for me. Thankfully because i'm not a person who usually reads instructions first. One of the vapes needs to be filled kinda of in smaller whole next to the lg whole. If it weren't for the two young gentlemen showing me I might have filled it incorrectly. I don't know the owner or his policies. Therefore I don't even know if the staff is paid fairly. I don't even know if this company stands by what it sells. I can only say the two young gentlemen who helped me are worth their weight in gold. I'm hoping it's a reputable company that does stand by what it sells and even help you with say a vape I purchased in Fl because then we will always go back to same store. We just moved here from Fl a yr ago so still learning what companies are honest or not. That part of Cloud 9 has everything to do with who the owner is. I will let you know.
