I see great reviews on Yelp but am unable to get an answer from anyone who works here. I don't even want to go anymore, I am just going to get my money back from groupon because I am tired on trying to chase this business for their services. Even if there was an appointment option on the website, why do you have a business phone if you don't answer or return phone calls? It amazes me how someone can lack the skill of servicing others while working in the service industry. If she only sent a note explaining why she hasn't returned my calls or a simple apology.
