When I first walked in I felt a nice cool vibe. Beautiful art work and wall decor. All especially hand made by Tanja. Her spirit gives off amazing vibes. I loved how she decorated with her space with peace and love. My facial was nothing like the other one's. Tanja massages your face, arms and shoulders. This is what you call self care. My face had an amazing shining glow. Clear skin poppin. I will be coming back once a month.

I've had a variety of services over the years, but I see her regularly for Brazilian waxing and facials. If you are looking for someone you can trust to do a thorough job, Tanja is that person. Brows are also a specialty of hers - just look at her brows and you'll know you're in good hands! In addition to great work and a variety of services, her pricing is reasonable. Whenever I have any type of service done I expect the absolute best, and Tanja delivers that. I always leave happy! Period!

I bought a Groupon in 2012 for me and a friend. I kept calling to book an appointment and I never…read morereceived a call back. I called 5x and left a message. I called once in 2013 around December to use it but I also never received a phone call back. I recently found the groupon again and wanted to use it. I called 2x and never received a phone call back. I decided to actually drive by the location on Monday November 30, they are closed on Mondays. I went today Dec 1 since they are open and no one answered the door. I called again and left a message on the machine. So far I have called 3x in 2015 to book an appointment and no one has called me back. I feel I have wasted my money on this groupon. I see great reviews on Yelp but am unable to get an answer from anyone who works here. I wanted to come here because it is so close to my house but I am so disappointed on the lack of professionalism and follow up. Why hasn't anyone called me back? I don't even want to go anymore, I am just going to get my money back from groupon because I am tired on trying to chase this business for their services. I wrote the initial review on top and received a rude message from the owner (On the screenshot below). Regardless of how much I spent on the groupon I am still a customer, a paying customer. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have never met Monica but she lacks the skill set for a successful business owner because she refuses to admit her fault. She doesn't return phone calls. I read another 2 reviews saying the same thing. I only wish I read the reviews before wasting my time and money (how ever much I spend). Even if there was an appointment option on the website, why do you have a business phone if you don't answer or return phone calls? I actually wanted to see if my groupon works and if it didn't, I would have paid for the services. Furthermore, I am still shocked by her response. It amazes me how someone can lack the skill of servicing others while working in the service industry. If she only sent a note explaining why she hasn't returned my calls or a simple apology. I would have re-written the review and I'd be a returning customer if she meet my expectations. But..Monica couldn't do that because clearly she cannot admit her fault. The worst part is my review is staying up on Yelp along with Monica's response for whomever to see.

The best part is that she customizes the treatment every time, depending on my skin issues. I just show up and talk with her for a few minutes while enjoying snacks and then I can relax the rest of the time while she works her magic. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable in her equipment and products. Great find!

OmSpa procedure was extremely painful, recovery was extremely painful, and yes, I continued because I paid a lot of money to you and it was implied that it's my skin not technique.
