2nd Photo is the morning after my chemical peel. The 1st photo is 6 weeks after. I am left with a giant scar! She told me as she was trying to extract a pimple that she's not supposed to break the skin but she's going to do it anyways! then she proceeded to do a rough microdermabrasion over the pour an acid peel in it! I kept telling her it was burning and she told me that was OK. I do not have an estician license and even I know that's not OK! I'm left with this giant scar on my face. Hundreds of dollars at doctors. Hundreds of dollars on creams to try to get rid of it and I'm not allowed to get any Sun on my face whatsoever for the entire summer!!! I have bought theater strength concealer and it will not cover it! When I go out in public I've had 5 different people ask me if someone punched me in the face and if I'm OK! Made two appointments and the business owner (Kelli?) did not show up. We were also unable to get a hold of her and the door was locked to the business. It was very hard to make the appointment to begin with, she was unorganized and did not seem to know her own schedule. On the day of the appointment she sent a single text that said "hi" and nothing else. No information about what to do if the door was locked and no heads up that she was running late. This review will be much different than the rest because she has many wonderful reviews. Unfortunately my experience was different because I never even got to see her. After what felt nearly impossible to lock down an appointment, we finally made one that worked for both of us. I show up for my Saturday at 10:30am appointment and it's closed. No one showed up, no note on the door, no one answering the phones. After numerous attempts to reach her, nothing. I get a text the following morning about her losing her phone e.t.c. By this point and after trying for so long to lock in an appointment, then to have that happen, I was just done. Plus even though I never saw her, my groupons were redeemed anyway so a total loss for me. Never again. The Facial is supposed to last 45 minutes, the appointment was set for 12pm, she was "finishing up" with another customer, didn't begin assisting me until 12:30pm and I left before 1pm. I saw her deal on Groupon and saw that she had a 5-star Yelp review so I figured why not. I will start out by saying yes, Kelli did a good job with my facial. Unfortunately there were some negative aspects of my experience that will keep me from visiting her again. 1. It was very difficult to actually schedule my visit. I called and spoke with her on the phone and she said she would call back to confirm after she checks her schedule. A couple of days went by and I hadn't got a call back. I called again and left a voicemail this time. A couple of days later still no reply. I then decided to text her and finally I was able to schedule something. 2. I arrived to my appointment about 5 minutes early. I used the buzzer system out front to notify her suite that I had arrived. I buzzed a couple of times and waited. Nothing.... A gentleman was leaving the building and was nice to let me in. I then walked inside her suite and was greeted by sign that indicated to wait and someone would be with me shortly. I assumed she was finishing up with another client. I waited for about 10 minutes and then I received a text message from her: "Are you coming?" I assumed that she was in back and didn't realize I arrived and replied "Yes, I am here." She then replied "Sorry be right there." Turns out she wasn't even there. She arrive about 15 minutes after my appointment time. Very unprofessional. 3. My friend purchased a Groupon as well and she also didn't experience the best service. She waited a half hour past her appointment time because Kelli was finishing up on another client. Kelli even asked my friend if she could leave and come back. REALLY? Yes the facial was good and she was pleasant to talk to but all the other issues make it not worth your time. read more

Kelli introduced herself to me through Yelp based on a review I posted for another spa quite some time ago. I must say I was a bit skeptical since the other spa also boasted natural and organic yet my face broke out in a rash within hours and took over a week to heal. That led me to start making and doing my own natural facials. However, based on Everly's reviews, I decided to give Kelli the benefit of the doubt. I took a Lyft to her location. It's an odd set-up inside a huge studio, but Kelli's cozy space is perfect for what she does. I felt at ease yet a bit tense about the darn facial. Kelli did her best to put me at ease. She asked me the basic questions and I signed a disclaimer. What followed was pure bliss! First, Kelli has a soothing voice. Very nurturing and caring. It manifests in the way she goes about the facial routine. She is not too talkative but mindful that you probably want to enjoy the serenity of the atmosphere she created for you. She will continually ask if you feel any discomfort with the products used, including the pressure of her fingers. The facial is then followed by a neck and shoulders massage. At the end, she gives you a report about your skin and recommendations to keeping it healthy and clear. I honestly felt like liquid at the end of the session. The entire experience was out of this world! No rash. No breakout. Just feeling refreshed and energized with the benefits of glowing skin. I don't have problem skin and I do my own facials, but I will definitely be back. It's nice to be pampered and I trust Kelli to take care of my skin. read more

I recently had my second facial from Kelli and can confidently say they have been the best facials I have ever received! My skin has felt like butter for a week following each facial. I used to have small breakouts following facials with past estheticians but this is not the case with the facials I received from Kelli. She only uses Eminence products which I think are the best in the skin care field. I have very sensitive skin and have never had any issue when using their products. I've already recommended Kelli to a couple friends and will definitely continue to use her services. I discovered the Everyly Spa after researching for a new facialist on yelp. Judging by all the rave reviews Kelli had received, I couldn't help but feel extremely motivated to give her a try. With my upcoming wedding, I didn't want to take my chance with places that didn't use organic/natural products. I also didn't want to go to a commercial destination where I was going to receive a cookie-cutter facial. I have very specific needs and I wanted a custom facial. So, going to Everyly was a no-brainer. It was easy to make my appointment because Kelli was really prompt with getting back to me. Her space is independently run and she rents a room for treatments. It's not a traditional spa in appearance, but certainly one where the services are considered. Kelli put me to ease right away with her disposition, soothing voice and clear demonstration of knowledge. She knew exactly what I was looking for and talked me through the facial. I appreciated that the extractions were done immediately after the steam was applied at the start of the facial so that I could relax and really enjoy everything that was to follow. Everything about my first experience with Kelli was perfect. My skin looked beautiful and actually brighter on my wedding day. I have since returned and feel like the results are even better after my last visit. The adage that if you don't have anything kind to say... well, Kelli infuriated me that I feel I have to share my experience. This review is not for a service since I never received it. I was looking online for an Ayurvedic facial and found her. Per her website, I texted her to make an appointment. She confirmed. On the day of my appointment, I arrived about 15 minutes early. I rang the buzzer and no response so I texted her--also no response. I waited until our scheduled appointment time and called her since she did not respond to my text. No response on the phone either. To be fair, I text her 15 minutes past our appointment time to let he know that I was disappointed and would be leaving. After 30 minutes wasted, that should have been the end of it. I would not have been compelled to leave this review. Kelli then sent me a text from another phone number advising me to ring the buzzer, which I already did. I walked back to her location and did as she instructed. Waited another 15 minutes with no response from her. I texted again and no response. Finally, after 15 more minutes, I left. On my way home, I texted her questioning how she could conduct a business in this manner. Then I received the most condescending text ever--she said the buzzer must have been broken! In my world, integrity is everything. If you overlooked our appointment, own it. I could have forgiven an oversight. She felt the need to play games instead. If she knew I was waiting outside, the functionality of the buzzer is irrelevant. After 60 minutes wasted, the lesson I learned is... I should have relied on Allison H. and Kelly M.'s Yelp reviews. They warned that Kelli had issues with keeping appointments and was unprofessional. read more

Every Spa sold a Groupon which I bought. It kept marking the Groupon as redeemed, even tho I never went to the spa. I did catch it twice and Groupon fixed it, but the last time I caught it, it was after it had expired. Granted, I suppose I should have remembered to use it. I just didn't think the spa was full of liars and I would have to remember to check the redeemed groupons section when remembering to book my appointments. Since this happened multiple times to me from this spa, and has never happened with other places on Groupon, I think this is what the spa does to get money from Groupon and never provide services. Basically it's a scam. It may well be a wonderful spa. But it's run by scammers. I'm not sure why anyone would want to use a place like this. read more

I am convinced Kelli has magical powers. I have been getting facials from her for a few years, since she was at Soulistic. Every time I leave an appointment with her I feel like a brand new person. It sounds cliche but my skin really does look and feel 10 years younger. She can take one look at your skin and tell you what's causing the problems (the breakouts on my forehead are caused by dehydration and my liver being overworked, for example.) She even cured the bad congestion I've been suffering from the past few days by massaging the lymph and coaxing it to drain properly.
