Special shout out to Fabbionna who recently helped with some billing issues the online team messed up. Wifi kept cutting on & off. Husband went to store returned old rotary for new. No customer service besides handing it to him. He spent last night trying to get it working. Called 800 to no avail. Had a associate come to our house and be a condescending a@#. Saying he should've of known this & that then couldn't wait to see if it actually worked cause he had another call!! What 1a joke this company hires. Waited 4 hrs for someone to come & this is the great service we got Meanwhile we're paying almost $200 a month for crap Time to go elsewhere. read more

I think one star is overstating my satisfaction. I have no idea why people continue to let this company rip them off for service. I am happy to say that I am finally cutting the cord with them. I found out I was being ripped off for years. My internet line wasn't connected properly causing bad connections for over 5 years. They admitted to their mistake and offered me a $20 credit. I am thoroughly disgusted with Xfinity. I have tried a numerous attempts to speak to an agent regarding a problem and I cannot in any possible way be connected to a live person. This is very frustrating because the problem I have cannot be solved by an automated machine. I have tried different 800 numbers and numerous ways to be connected at no success. Very lacking in sufficient Customer Service. Arrived early Friday morning. Had a wait of at least 30 minutes just to talk to someone. Many customers in store with only 2 customer service reps. After my initial 30 minute wait plus another 30 while my agent multitasked I decided to purchase a phone I was told they had in stock. The rep returned from the stockroom empty handed saying " I thought we had it" What a waste of my time!!! read more

Very poor service. Bad customer service. Anything you try to get done you have to go into the store & wait time is any where from 45 minutes on up. Even to just get phone disconnected. Prices were always higher then what it was supposed to be. I don't want to give them any stars. read more

The store was very clean. Kurtis came and greeted me as soon as possible. Purchased internet he was very helpful super friendly. Answered all my questions and i was out of there less then 15 min. Highly recommend this store if your looking to beat lines. read more

I was hopeful that they would be able to supply me with a decent WiFi connection but it has been the worst experience of my long life. Nothing works, they are eight days out in servicing my situation and I live in Wilmington DE, not Podunk Iowa. Can say enough to keep everyone away from a company that takes your money and then has no product that works for you. incompetent employee was unable on Dec 22, 2022 to correctly transfer previous plan to the new plan that contained the same amenities, including my landline. Twice while attempting to make the transfer on his computer he had to call over his supervisor Kurt for assistance, in the meantime, this employee told me although the new plans requiring transfer went into effect approximately 3 weeks ago, he was unsure how to perform the transfer as there are too many codes. What should have taken a few minutes to perform the supposed transfer took approximately 45 minutes! upon my arrival at home, this message appeared on my TV screen " Something is not quite right . Please give us a call at 1 800 Xfinity and we will get this fixed for you. ". The usual refresh signal was performed to no avail. No success despite a 2 hour 42 minute call with the tech team while they traced back to determine the error, it was also determined the incompetent employee had discontinued my landline in addition to my making a mess of the cable. The tech team contacted a supervisor to make this a priority repair call scheduled for this morning (12/23) between 730-9 AM. At 1030 this morning, the repair crew was a NO SHOW. My only Xfinity call revealed an auto message that I am scheduled for 12/24 NOT today despite the supervisors input. After finally reaching a human who promised to look into the situation and she would call me back with an update. The only call I have received today was the usual call confirming tomorrow's appointment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE your time is far too valuable to be wasted by such incompetence. read more

They are terrible at customer service. Was approved by the first customer care two and put on hold for 20 minutes just to speak to another rep to go through the whole process again. I asked why the process was being started over and was hung up on. Never will I recommend or pay for an ignorant and arrogant company. read more
