After struggling with this company for more than a year, we are going to bail out today. Our internet connection has always been pretty bad, and the 250 MB speed they promised (and that we're paying extra for!) is actually closer to 35 MB according to speedtest.net. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like they are able to resolve this problem. Combine that with Comcast wanting to end net neutrality and that was the end for us. I'm not sure if there's a better option out there. I guess we'll find out! read more

I came in today and James really helped us! We discussed how we could create a great internet/cable package. James explained all our options, answered all of our questions, and then helped us make a choice. It was such a pleasure to deal with comcast/xfinity this way! Also, this store has delicious coffee and amazing vibe. I plan to come back and check out the mobile phone service options. read more

I went in to pick up some equipment that I'd ordered and was told would be there. When I arrived I found out that was not possible because "the system was down." Umm, what is it that you do for a living? read more

Unbelievable that a business would hold you hostage with treat of you contract. After four years of service at two locations.I cancel after term is complete. Then they charge me a additional 2 months on each contract for a total of almost a $1000 dollars.Unhappy feeling totally rip off. read more

Comcast continues its legacy of horrendous customer service! I will be switching to Fios soon, as my Comcast bill just doubled and calling their service center was no help! If you have any other options, do NOT choose Comcast. read more

When I thought it couldn't get worse they surprise me once again. Have had continual issues with internet connectivity over the years but more recently their Xfinity connect app has become an actual liability when running my business. Emails that day their sent aren't, the search function used to work but now just returns emails older than 2014. Reported this issue over 6 months ago and they raised it to tier 3 whatever that means. Now tonight I can't get on the email on my home computer. Called in and they said my email was full and that's why it wouldn't connect. I asked them then how the freak can I delete them if I can't sign in. All I get on my laptop using either chrome or Microsoft is connection refused. No email that I was getting close to the limit like before and I suspect that was BS. Apparently nothing wrong with the system. I called again and after minutes of the stupid keyboard background Sound got disconnected twice. Pathetic read more

Rude and unaccommodating. I've never felt less appreciated to be a customer. They blamed me today for being surprised that they jacked up my bill by $78 a month (without warning) for basic cable and internet. The customer service agent and her manager admitted that they all get paid a commission and we're basically not interested in coming to a more reasonable solution than $195 a month for cable and internet. Look for other options people! If you must... Cleveland Park store was much more professional and better managed. read more

I have been calling Comcast at 1-800-391-3000 since April regarding a construction issue that has needed URGENT attention from Comcast all this time. I have been given a ticket number and called over 50 times while waiting for anyone in the Construction department for zip code 22302 to get back to me. Dealing with Comcast has been the bane of my existence. It has been over two months and NO ONE has responded to me AT ALL. My ticket has been "elevated" at least five times. I was told that it can sometimes take up to two weeks to hear back from someone. THEN WHY IS THIS TAKING TWO MONTHS?!?! AND STILL NO RESPONSE! This is ridiculous. Comcast is pissing everyone up, from the City of Alexandria to the developers involved. We're getting to the point where we might just have to get City approval to tear down your utility lines and not replace them at all. For the millions of dollars that you are costing everyone, you will also be losing money for the 84 new customers who will not be using your services in the new building that we're constructing. Maybe someone at Comcast will finally be able to respond to me after two months. read more

They suck and there deals suck to. If you can get a different tv provide do it because they are terrible. They block all my channels mind you I paid for them and had xfinity for a year so far until they release a error they made on there behalf and changed me from standard to economy. I was so mad and told me to pay more to get the same channels I had before without showtime. What type of bullshit is that. Note they are subjected to take channels off certain plans when ever they want with out informing you so unprofessional. Plus when you threaten to leave and get a different provider it's like they don't give two shits. Optimum is the best at least they care about there customers. read more

It had a neat coffee stand in the middle of the place and the employees are very respectful but there was a female security guard that continued to harass a group of black teens working on laptops work while sitting in the lounge area. She continued to walk back and forth to the room and let them know how many minutes they had left to lounge, while there were other groups of interracial groups lounging in the same area and nothing was being said to them. read more

This has to be the worst cable internet provider in the country. I been having major connect problem for about 2.5 years. It's a rarity when I get internet service. No credit for down time either!!! read more

If I could rate the Comcast xfinity services with 0 Stars, I absolutely would. We have had internet outages almost every other day for months. They also changed my channel lineup and removed the only 2 channels that we watched WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME!! I couldn't be more dissatisfied. I have spoken to them numerous times and they keep pushing new packages but never offer me credit for the inconvenience. At least Cox was good about that. I wish there were better options for my area. read more
