Great experience. Walked in with a remote our dog had destroyed fully expecting a wait and a hefty replacement bill. The folks at the front counter were to us in a matter of minutes and as I held up the destroyed remote just said "Oh you need a remote" puled one from under the counter and wished us well. Doesnt get better than this. Thank you Berry Hill Xfinity store. read more

I literally created a Yelp account just to share how much I hate this location. I interacted with several people in the store and a lot of them seem nice but the two people I ended up with were terrible. The first guy wasn't listening to anything I had to say and pushed a few buttons and literally just walked off, leaving me to work on my problem alone. When he would eventually talk to me, he wouldn't even really look at me and continued looking around the store like he was ready to help someone else. I was then helped by someone who started to look up something up on the computer for me and then straight up just walked off to help another customer when someone else walked in the door. They eventually told me that since they couldn't figure out what my problem was with my device, it wasn't contacting any Xfinity hotspots, they told me not to worry about it because I had unlimited data and it didn't matter anyways. read more

Customer service is downright crap! Probably because it's Comcast idea to hire the worst people to execute thier terrible business model for money. read more

Worst experience I have ever had. First, they were scheduled to come out and install internet and cable on Friday and never showed up. When I called them, they said they have no account or record of me even though I had received a confirmation email as well as confirmation call for the install. So I had to reschedule for following Friday from 3-5pm. 5:30pm they called to say the tech ran out of equipment and could not come that day and they would reschedule for Saturday 8am-10am. 10:30am Comcast called and left me a VM stating they could not come out on Saturday and would have to reschedule for Tuesday. Well, my wife and I work from home and can't do without internet, so I called them back and yelled until they put a manager on. The manager said he guarantees me a tech would be at my house today and he would call me back to let me know when. You guessed it, no call back and tech. So I had to drive 30min away to there store to get equipment when I need to be unpacking from our move. There are now 28 people waiting inline ahead of me so I'm writing this review. So far this is the worst experience I have ever had with any business! read more

I agree with previous reviewers who have said that lines in the store are relatively short. However, I have had a pretty awful time getting the Double Play package (TV and internet) set up at the correct service address. Two times it was listed as an incorrect house number in the Comcast/Xfinity system even though the equipment had been installed by a technician. Last night a customer service agent explained over the phone that this error in the system was occurring because the previous tenants had not closed out their account. She advised me to go into the store again to return equipment and ensure that the account was set up at the right service address. I went into the store again today and spoke with Jamal - he was very kind and understanding about this problem. I found out later when talking to a female customer service agent over the phone that he had signed me up for a Triple Play package (TV, Internet, and phone) that was the same price as the previous package I had signed up for. The customer service agent explained that the packages that are available online are different than the ones they are able to offer you in the store (which makes no f****** sense). Why did he not explain what he was doing? Obviously i reviewed the account online and did not understand why there was a home phone on my account! I'm in my 20s and this is 2016, why would I ever want a home phone. He should have just told me that there were different packages available online and I would have just tried to set up the account again, sans home phone. In short, sign up for Charter or (Google Fiber once it comes here). read more
