I decided on the screen and it took about a week for it to be received and replaced. I was told that the computer would be ready at a day and time. I showed up and was relatively calm when it wasn't. The woman in the shop called the tech guy and he offered to have the laptop delivered because I don't live in the area. The cost to repair was lower than the estimate so I am less peeved about the delay, and we did receive it the same evening. And the tech managed to manipulate the cover so it fit together. All in all, I'd try Lopez Computer again, but now I know to be less definitive with the timing of the repair.

I stumbled across them recently--they just opened up this past July on Lebanon Rd--and I am so glad I gave them a chance instead of going to one of those massive corporate chains.First off, this is hands down the cleanest, most organized phone store I have ever stepped foot in. The storefront is immaculate and super welcoming, which immediately gave me peace of mind about handing over my tech. They even have a cute couch to sit on while you wait, which makes the whole vibe feel comfortable and premium instead of sketchy like some other repair spots.I went in for a cell phone repair and ended up getting a new accessory too.
