    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT - DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more We operate an apartment community and manage 96 modems through Comcast/Xfinity. We pay over $3,000 per month ($36,000+ per year) for this service, and yet the level of support we receive is absolutely unacceptable. We recently had an issue with 7 modems that required immediate technical support. We reached out to our account manager and Xfinity support bulk account specialist Arvind, expecting professional assistance given our substantial monthly investment. Instead, what we experienced was nothing short of negligent: 1. Arvind failed to provide any meaningful help or troubleshooting 2. He abruptly CUT THE CALL in the middle of our conversation without explanation or resolution 3. We were left without proper support for critical infrastructure that our residents depend on daily Despite being a bulk account with significant monthly spending, we were treated dismissively. It appears to be nearly impossible to reach the right person at Comcast/Xfinity who can actually help. The support structure is broken - there's no accountability, no escalation path that works, and no urgency given to commercial customers like ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a company receiving $36,000+ annually from our business. We are now actively exploring alternative providers because Comcast's customer service is non-existent for bulk accounts. If you operate a business or apartment community, DO NOT choose Comcast.

Our service has been really good and although our HOA is moving to Hotwire, we have chosen to stay with Xfinity and pay out of pocket. Sorry their service did not work for some but we have not had any issues and my husband needs to have reliable internet to do his job and this works for us.

    I had a television that needed to be mounted in our living room. I called several businesses and…read moregot a few quotes. When I called YDLC, I spoke directly to the owner, Jake. In my conversation with Jake, I immediately felt at ease because was definitely very knowledgeable. I'm not an expert but I do understand tech and I was able to talk to him easily comfortably. I did not want to spend a fortune and he immediately started to give me options on how to save money. I sent him pictures of my living room and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Jake came personally to hang my flat screen television. He did it quickly and cleaned up the area after the work was done. He was thoughtful enough to wire 2 HDMI in the wall in case one failed in the future. Once the work was done, I was so impressed that I did show him some of the other work I needed done with my security cameras. He took time to give me a quote on the work and he offered me options to help me save money. I never felt pressured to do anything. I opted to proceed with the project and he ordered the equipment and came on the day promised and finished all the work at the quote he gave me. He showed me how to operate the new cameras and as before cleaned all the work areas. I would highly recommend YDLC. I already have a 3rd project in mind for my great room . YDLC provides great service, is knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with the advice provided. The work is good quality and everything is working well. It's been hard to find local reliable service companies for my my home and it was refreshing to have such a good experience.

He threatened me with a lawyer and said I was "harassing him" for wanting to speak to a manager or owner. He also kept repeating that 4 other people were listening in on the phone call. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. He wanted us to come to the store to fight him...like wtf??? Someone must've shit in his coffee or something.     I used VIVINT for about a year and a half. I had the equipment installed and the installation guy…read morewas awesome. The equipment was faulty, the window would trip all the time and my alarm system would go off almost weekly. I called support and they told me that I needed to change the settings. The settings were fine until after using it for 6 months. I moved out of the house that was being serviced. I tried to cancel numerous times and was told that I either had to pay off the equipment first or that I would have to buyout my contract. I couldn't do either of them at the time and had my account on hold. When I was able to I called and did a buyout to cancel my contract. I had gotten billed 5 days before I canceled and the rep told me that he included that monthly payment in with the buyout price and would refund me the previous payment. They never did. They canceled and I was still getting billed. I finally got a hold of a supervisor that could refund me and stop the reoccurring payments. Overall, I think that the reps need to be retrained and the equipment is mediocre. I would not recommend this company to anyone. ADT is better.
