They sent a rep over to our house, who had wrong name on the account, without notifying us. We sent him away and then 5 mins later our service was disconnected. There is no one working the weekend. On Monday morning when we call to get our service restored, they had us on the line for 3 hours, disconnecting multiple times, connecting us with repair reps that don't work for our state, and truly just giving us a run around until we had no choice but to upgrade. Even then it was not until 2 days after. Not a single customer service rep has any brains to work in that company on actually how to troubleshoot a problem. On September 24th a CenturyLink / Quantum sales employee whose photos are attached to this review thought that it was a good idea to ignore the No Solicitation sign that is bolted onto my front door by knocking on my front door and ringing my doorbell. Why did he think that it's a good idea to ignore my No Solicitation sign? He's either rude and arrogant or illiterate. Either way he left a terrible bad taste in my mouth.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT - DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more We operate an apartment community and manage 96 modems through Comcast/Xfinity. We pay over $3,000 per month ($36,000+ per year) for this service, and yet the level of support we receive is absolutely unacceptable. We recently had an issue with 7 modems that required immediate technical support. We reached out to our account manager and Xfinity support bulk account specialist Arvind, expecting professional assistance given our substantial monthly investment. Instead, what we experienced was nothing short of negligent: 1. Arvind failed to provide any meaningful help or troubleshooting 2. He abruptly CUT THE CALL in the middle of our conversation without explanation or resolution 3. We were left without proper support for critical infrastructure that our residents depend on daily Despite being a bulk account with significant monthly spending, we were treated dismissively. It appears to be nearly impossible to reach the right person at Comcast/Xfinity who can actually help. The support structure is broken - there's no accountability, no escalation path that works, and no urgency given to commercial customers like ourselves. This is completely unacceptable for a company receiving $36,000+ annually from our business. We are now actively exploring alternative providers because Comcast's customer service is non-existent for bulk accounts. If you operate a business or apartment community, DO NOT choose Comcast.

Our service has been really good and although our HOA is moving to Hotwire, we have chosen to stay with Xfinity and pay out of pocket. Sorry their service did not work for some but we have not had any issues and my husband needs to have reliable internet to do his job and this works for us.
