Great experience with the folks at the Cool Springs Xfinity store this morning. Friendly, fast and COVID-Compliant.

Beware of xfinity/Comcast. Before you purchase or upgrade, please read this. I have been a loyal Comcast customer ever since Comcast has been in business. (Although I have had to endure the worst customer service from any company I have done business with). Well, I received a letter about 2 weeks ago in the mail from Comcast that states I am now going to have to pay an extra $29.85 per month for my digital converters. What? I just signed a new 3 year contract in February. We agreed verbally to the price back in February and they even sent me a written confirmation of the new contract pricing. All was good...at least I thought it was. When I called Comcast billing about why the extra charge, they said it was a billing mistake and I will have to begin paying the new price. I argued that 2 different people gave me this pricing and I have this in writing and they need to honor their own contract. After 40 minutes on the phone I got nowhere! What he finally came up with was that they gave me the converters for free for one month under a "promotion". Well no one told me that because I have had the same digital converters for the last 2 years as part of my package. I told them to go back and listen to the recordings. There was no additional equipment charges or promotions discussed. The agent basically told me I can either pay it or leave Comcast (They would be gracious enough to waive the early termination fee.) WOW! What a bait and switch tactic. Agree to the terms then after a month, raise your price by almost 20% by claiming you made a billing mistake. I asked to speak to a manager. Well they stated that a manager was not available at this time. They will call back within one hour. 2 weeks read more

The store was fine but the phone customer service is the WORST costumer service ever!!! Beyond horrible. My internet hasn't worried properly in 2 weeks. All they want to do is send a technician out and charge me $70. It's your equipment! What a joke! Oh, the best part, the next available technician can cone in over 1 month!!! read more

This review is for xfinity mobile service at this location; we have Comcast internet also and would not give that a very high rating. However based on our experience with xfinity mobile at this location, it was an excellent experience. Rick was very helpful, open, efficient and we didn't feel pressured. Highly recommend checking out the mobile plan, it saved us a significant amount of money and good coverage. read more

Expect to waste a day of your life. Worst experience you'll ever have. Everything takes forever and they underestimate the time needed by hours, literally hours. read more

While I genuinely dislike Comcast, I can truly say that the two times I went to this store, everything was quick and painless. The employees were friendly and professional and were good at solving my issues with Comcast service. I like the look of the store, it's clutter free, modern- looking and welcoming with lots of seating. There is also plenty of parking. If I have issues with Comcast, instead of calling the number and being stuck on the line, I just come here. These guys are pretty good. I just can't give them five stars because Comcast is just so frustrating. read more

After a most difficult time over the phone connecting my service with customer service i was ready to throw in the towel. As I was ready to end my relationship with Comcast and was turning in my equipment to Brittney she noticed where my connection difficulty was coming from and was able to have it fixed and even provided me with a follow up courtesy call. Not everyone can work in customer service, im thankful Brittney was there to assit me that day! read more

Comcast is totally unreliable. When it rains the internet goes out as well as the TV. TOTALLY SUCKS. 4 yrs and they can't fix it. No options read more

This location is great. Been in there twice. Awesome service both times. Got in and out both times in under 15 minutes.

Signed a 3 year contract. Price increased twice within a year. Just another example of shady business practices that have come to represent the greedy conglomerate that is Comcast/Xfinity. The fact that they even try to justify this kind of action is ridiculous and should be illegal. read more

Do not do business with this company. They are unethical and untrustworthy. They will find ways to raise your bill and then blackmail you into signing long term agreement. The product is great, its the company that you will regret trying to create a legitimate relationship with. read more

I have never seen customer service this bad. Took home an x1 to see that it had been opened and was missing the power cord (not so bad). I needed to replace my X1 per a message comcast sent. My house has older HD component wiring from my cable-in place to over the fireplace so only certain x1 boxes have the connections I need. My new box had theses connections like my old box did - just no power cord. The store insisted on giving me a substitute box with cord instead of just finding or swapping a cord from another x1. This would have been fine but they didn't have another x1 with my connections. I asked if the power cords were interchangeable. The young lady asked me what that meant and then explained to me she couldn't give me a power cord from another x1 - that was against store policy. She didn't care that I was holding an x1 the store gave me without a power cord (that I'm guessing someone broke their previous policy to actually help someone. ) read more

Buyer beware! We are several weeks into a nightmare experience with xfinity, particularly this store. Most everything we were told when we switched to xfinity has proven false. We were told we simply had to connect a modem and router to the coax outlet to begin the service. It did not work. We were told there would be no charge for an in-home visit. We were charged $70! We were told we'd receive several channels in HD on the basic streaming service. We did not. We were told we'd receive a premium channel. We did not. We were told we receive download speeds of around 60 mbps. It was 5 mpbs at last check. Calls to customer service are fielded by kind, but grossly undertrained CSRs. The staff in this store were friendly before we signed up, but have blown us off on our multiple visits to resolve our issues. Unfortunately there aren't many options out there, but anything would be better than the terrible support and service you'll receive from xfinity. Prepare to be frustrated. read more

While in the middle of discussing with an employee a disputed charge for missing equipment a very very rude employee named Brittany comes over and says "pay your bills". Hello, I was disputing missing equipment and charges that were over a year old. Employees like Brittany at the Franklin TN office are why Xfinity is so frustrating to deal with and where else can you pay for a service and have it's employee's be rude and insulting to you. Lucky us. read more
