I have been with Verizon for over 21 years. I went in for an iwatch for my child. Left with a new phone and 2 iwatches! Unfortunately, the manager pulled Jafarius away while he was assisting me and my family and questioned him on the time devoted to us. Other reps were with customers just as long. If Verizon is no longer client focused - mine and everyone else should go elsewhere.

He helped me get set up with a brand-new iPhone Pro that had just come back in stock and made the entire upgrade process quick and painless. On top of that, Kenny assisted me with switching over to Verizon Home Internet. Not only was the setup smooth, but I'm now paying half of what I was being charged with my old AT&T service--which was honestly terrible by comparison. Verizon has been (and continues to be) the best provider I've worked with. Huge thanks to Kenny for his expertise, patience, and top-tier customer service. Highly recommend!

All I wanted to do was change my payment from debit card to checking account to save money on the…read moremonthly bill. The Att employee looked up my acct, and it was chaos from there. He was talking all kinds of craziness about mine and my husband's emails being wrong, names spelled wrong, account being in different names, telling me I had to change info and wait for approx 4 months for things to process, etc etc. He did add if he could get things to work that we would save five dollars per phone, which would be $20 a month. After an hour of completely confusing me and getting me all rattled, he said he wanted to go consult with his manager. He returned and told me, when I had time to call Customer Service. He handed me a piece of paper where he had written down the customer service number. I was frustrated that the manager didn't even offer to come talk to me. I told the employee I was calling customer service in the store and resolving this, before I left. When I called Customer Service, I explained that I was in the AT&T store and the employee basically couldn't do anything on his end to help me after an hour and requested i call. The customer service guy said he couldn't figure out why the employee in the store was having such difficulty because he was able to pull my account up with no problem. He apologized for my inconvenience, and solved my issue in a matter of minutes. I learned a lesson... I will always attempt to call customer service, before I ever enter an AT&T store. Also, the Customer Service guy told me I would be saving $10 on each phone, total of $40 each month. So, that was more invalid information I was given in the store. The best thing about my whole experience at the AT&T store was the employee walked me over to the door and opened it for me to leave. I did inform him my issue was resolved quickly, and customer service questioned why it was so difficult for them to handle it in the store.

Today I visited this location to simply upgrade a line of service in order to get a new phone for my son. The representative was helpful in recommending a phone based on his needs and the current promotions, but that's where any positive feedback ends. This representative took me all the way through the upgrade process, concluding with the transaction, then muttering "ok, it's ordered". At no point did he say that the phone was not in their inventory and would have to be shipped. My expectations were to leave with the device in hand as it was for my son's birthday the following day. There was nothing they were able or willing to do to reverse the process so I had to phone AT&T in order to reversed their work. This then caused a delay in my ability to upgrade the phone in a timely manner since the system is now showing, there was already upgrade in process. While I was being helped, a woman entered into the store and circled around for a few minutes before abruptly leaving. The representative helping me makes a comment to me regarding people and how impatient they are. He never even bothered to greet her or give any insight on how long it would be before he or someone else could help her. Nothing. In addition to the lack of clear communication, the two employees who I saw in the store we're sloppy and lethargic. Appearance even seemed somewhat unprofessional. Wearing a beanie to work is cool, and all if your employer allows it, but when your partner it with my comments above, I assume these guys just rolled out of bed and barely made it into work.

I have been having issues with my iPhone 15 pro max for 3 weeks.I have tried EVERYTHING that was suggested. Joe found the problem! I chose to buy a new phone rather than send it for repair. So my 5 stars are for Joe and Heather and NOT for the update that I think most likely caused the issue. Heather was the second employee to assist me. She was as awesome as Joe. She walked me through the install and factory reset on my old phone and taught me a lot about the new phone while waiting. It took me a couple hours after I left to check to see if my CarPlay would work, but it connected as soon as I plugged it in. Thank you!!! (I do have to mention that it is hard to make an in store appointment but sometimes it is necessary. I had spent a lot of time troubleshooting with Apple employees on the phone with no solution. I would prefer not to going into the store, but no phone call could have diagnosed this issue.)

I stopped into T-mobiles new location after having become extremely frustrated with the service at Verizon right before this visit. I could t take it anymore, I was determined to switch providers. It couldn't have been more of a polar opposite when I walked into T mobile. The manager and assistant manager Justin turned my day completely around. Not only did they hook me up with a great new phone they also gave me $300 off on a speaker and an incredible deal on an iPhone watch. Besides all that, over the next hour or so they were extremely patient with me as many other customers came in and wanted help as well. Not only did no one leave, but they all ended up getting help simultaneously while they dealt with me and every one of them smiled and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Go by Verizon and tell me how it is there, me personally, I'll never go back.
