The apartment complex I live in switched internet providers, so I had to return my router and equipment to Xfinity. The girl who helped me was really sweet and made the whole process super easy. I'm honestly so bummed to not have Xfinity anymore because it worked so well for us. read more

I ended my service with Xfinity after they promised faster Internet and a break on my bill of $20 a month. None of the agreement was kept. Paid my bill ended my service and returned all equipment. I was told at the store I would be receiving money back. It should be in my account by ten business days. It is not there. After calling multiple times trying to talk to a real person I have been informed they need to keep my money through the end of the billing cycle. That is two more weeks. Why do you need my money through the billing cycle I am no longer your customer. Anyone choosing internet I strongly advise against picking this company. read more

Xfinity is a joke. They've charged me three times post cancellation and have claimed through costumer service that refunds are being issued. I've spent hours trying to speak to someone, seen no refunds by the claimed date. It's the Christmas season and Xfinity has been stealing from my pocket, claiming that they're willing to help resolve the admitted charges that should not be on my account, with no follow through. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this company…read more I was initially quoted $88 per hour to attempt service of papers. Based on that representation, I scheduled a one-hour service window at a specific time and location. I was explicitly told I could not schedule more than one hour. The investigators arrived several hours earlier than the scheduled time, did not find the individual, and remained on site for three hours despite having information that the individual would not be present after a certain point. I was not contacted to approve additional time. I was later billed for three hours at $125 per hour, despite never agreeing to that rate or to extended time beyond the one hour scheduled. There was no written agreement reflecting this higher rate or the additional hours. I contacted the company to dispute the charges, but the billing was not adjusted. What I expected to be an $88 charge became a $375 bill. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company, particularly if you need clear pricing, written confirmation of rates, or approval before additional charges are incurred.
