I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was initially quoted $88 per hour to attempt service of papers. Based on that representation, I scheduled a one-hour service window at a specific time and location. I was explicitly told I could not schedule more than one hour. The investigators arrived several hours earlier than the scheduled time, did not find the individual, and remained on site for three hours despite having information that the individual would not be present after a certain point. I was not contacted to approve additional time. I was later billed for three hours at $125 per hour, despite never agreeing to that rate or to extended time beyond the one hour scheduled. There was no written agreement reflecting this higher rate or the additional hours. I contacted the company to dispute the charges, but the billing was not adjusted. What I expected to be an $88 charge became a $375 bill.
