Seriously concerned about this locations quality of equipment & service. XFINITY technical support made promises and failed to deliver. Three days after I first picked up equipment, I am still working with XFINITY to resolve my issue and start my service. My wife called and scheduled our service over the phone. We were directed to this location to pick up our equipment. The staff are friendly and the wait was not too long. We took our equipment home and were able to install the internet, however, the cable box would not work. I called the installation support number and a technician was unable to resolve the issue and instructed me to exchange the cable box. The location was busy and the employee who as helping to receive customers as we signed into the location was taking any exchange or return equipment from the customers and placing them on the counter behind her. There was no marking of who the equipment belonged to, and the other employees were frustrated trying to sort through equipment to ensure it was the customers. After a about a 20 minute wait were called up and issued new equipment. Since they took everything when we signed it, I had forgotten that they took the cables/installation kit along with the cable box when I signed in. This is partially on me to check, however, since I did not give it to the employee who helped me they did not know to re-issue another cable kit. When I got home and started to setup the equipment, I realized that I didn't have the necessary cables. The location was closed, so I called tech support to send someone out to complete the setup. My work schedule would not afford me time to go to the location and my wife is injured and cannot travel well by herself. I was originally told the first appointment would be in three days and I indicated that was unacceptable. We were then promised a technician would be at our apartment the next day between 8 - 10 am, and that they would credit the days of no service to my account. I was told to expect a call from a supervisor shortly and no one ever called. The next day, the technician did not show up and I called tech support for more information. I discovered that I was still scheduled for the original date, now two days away, and there was no way to get a technician out that day. My wife rescheduled appointments so that she could be at the apartment, and I decided I will have to leave work early to try to fix the issue. I was promised another follow up call from tech support supervisor and have still not received a call back. read more

Where do I begin... To start comcast states that we are going over a terabyte of data every month. We have a router that has ip allocation that allows me to see who is on my router and how much data is being used. I have yet to go over 642. We average 412 of the data. Was told by a representative tonight that they could not fix the problem, when 2 years ago they had found a similar problem and sent out bucket trucks and had it corrected. We were also told by the data security team that their was a concern. Security person transferred me to another representative and was told they could not do anything to correct the issue. Was told to just pay the $25 for unlimited data. This still doesn't fix the fact that my data is possibly being shared with other users and that my families personal info is potentially being compromised and when asked ask the representative what they were going to do when someone gets our personal info, he replied," not his problem." I then asked for a supervisor, and all I got was the same response that they would escalate it to the engineers. Not once were we asked to connect to our router via laptop to perform any type of trouble shooting. read more

I am a Comcast/ XFinity cable internet and broadband customer the past two years, only because Comcast/Xfinity is the only internet service provider available to subscribers in my subdivision, though AT&T is presently installing fiber optic cable in my subdivision, which may mean I'll soon have a second option, that can't come too soon for my comfort. In any event, throughout past two years, Comcast services are the worst of any company I've ever had any dealings. The problems experienced are too numerous to go into, but I can assure you that all aspects of customer services, equipment failure, and call centers dysfunctions will leave the average customer of Comcast, frustrated, vexed, disappointed and totally exasperated when it comes to resolution of any cable or billing problem customers may be experiencing, which Comcast is involved and asked to help.. Lastly, Comcast cable prices are extremely expensive, even over priced, including telephone, bundles, speed and basic services. I would not recommend Comcast cable to anyone. Caveat Emptor, the buyer beware! read more

ZERO STARS The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Buyer Beware!!!!! I have been trying to get TV charges off my bill for 4 months. I don't have tv with Comcast only internet and they keep charging me for several tv packages. You will be on hold for customer service for over an hour every time you call and they will NEVER fix your account like they tell you will be done. I have called billing, customer service, retention team, payment department, loyalty team, several managers, chat agents and gone to the Comcast store. I have billing escalation and confirmation numbers that I would receive a credit and nothing is resolved. It's all a SCAM !!!! I finally had to stop auto pay and dispute charges on Amex. I got charges reversed, and Comcast still wouldn't fix billing issues and threatened to cut off services if I didn't pay all charges. Never use this company !!!!!! You will be very sorry!! I have switched to T Mobile and their customer service is 5 stars !!!!! read more

I downloaded yelp just to write this review, so if you're looking for something negative, I'll save you the time and tell you to stop reading now. I originally had a plan for a phone line and Wi-Fi, but my employer pushed back my start date, and I was forced to push back my account activation along with my move in date. Xfinity as a whole was decently helpful-but when I got to the store it went from acceptable to excellent. The store was obscenely busy, and the line was out the door for a short period of time. I was helped by Matt, who did an excellent job of helping multiple customers at once and he was helpful, patient, understanding, and answered most of my questions before I could even ask them. Some customers were a bit unhappy with the time they had to wait due to the rush but the team and Matt specifically did an excellent job handling it and making sure each customer was completely satisfied to the best of their ability before moving on to the next. read more

After 14 years of being a loyal customer and paying my bill, Comcast aka xfinity decided to randomly and completely disconnect my service and account at the worst possible time, right in the middle of our move which we had thoroughly discussed and was assured there would be no issue. All of my emails are gone. All of my voice mails are gone. No more "connect". We are up a creek without a boat. And they refuse to try to resolve the situation except to have our email logins transfered to a friends account so we can keep our IDs.. This is disgraceful and embarrasing. read more
