I signed up for a promo and was aware after 3 years the service would increase. Instead of informing me they were increasing the price and how much they simply took it out of my bank account as I was on Auto pay. The increase was from $ 30.00 to $ 84.50. This is terrible customer service. If you go with Xfinity make sure you understand they will raise your price without informing you. I am a senior on a fixed income and I should have been told. Worsts hurt feelings as a hard working customers. I have been getting charged for equipment for months, that I haven't used. The ups label option is a lie, doesn't work ever. The home pick up option is a lie. The options are lies, why post them, then take them away? The only option in real life is to visit the store when they are open, so if you work when they aren't open, you're getting charged month after month until you figure out how to unlock actual customer service. When I had this service it was marvelous. However, I had to move out of state and they don't provide service in my new home. They have given me absolutely nothing but problems! First of all they couldn't find the equipment I returned in person to their store on Elizabeth Street for over two months. Now I'm getting calls from a collection agency because I supposedly have an early termination fee. I was with their company for over 10 years! How in the hell could I have an early termination fee? Are you supposed to be with them for life? Is it my fault I moved to an area for which they do not provide service? Of course not! So why do they want to charge me $100 because they don't provide service in my new area!? This is ridiculous! If you want to live in your new home and use Xfinity for the rest of your life and never move, fine. But God help you if you have to move! read more

I've had Xfinity fiber internet installed at my residence in Pueblo West 5-6 weeks ago. For the 1st couple of weeks, everything worked great. Speeds were good and we didn't have any connectivity issues. 3 weeks ago, we start to have constant connectivity issues and the internet is almost useless. If you ever had to deal with Xfinity you'll know it's an act of god to talk to a human being and takes over an hour of AI chat bots before you can connected to an AI voice bot, then and only then you might get luck and get to talk to someone in person. I've scheduled 3 technician visits to my residence thus far. The first time it a technician didn't show up. The second time they didn't fix the issue; it literally went out 3 minutes after they left. I'm hoping the third time is a charm but not holding my breadth. Everyday, I'm now chatting with AI bots and People from India hoping to get this garbage internet fixed that at this point is useless. If you waiting for fiber internet in Pueblo West , WAIT FOR HIGHLINE or go with SECOM or anyone else. Xfinity is a scam and they deserve to be out of business. read more

Xfinity Wifi aggressively tried to cheat me out of a 90-dollars credit by denying it, by not looking at the 4th or 5th page of my bill and, worst of all by teling me I was wrong. I had 90 dollars due on a 135 dollar bill, which with the given credit my total cost was around 45 dollars; I stood up for myself until I got what was duely mine. And as one person who works for another cheating business said "PEOPLE TRY TO FIGHT FOR WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY THEIRS, BUT IT TAKES SO MUCH ENERGY THAT THEy FINALLY GIVE UP. I didn't! The customer service by the rep of the initials DA is HORRIBLE. She took my name and had me sit down, then called me up and was so damn rude and impersonal. I was returning my modem, because tmobile now has internet for only $50 including taxes and modem rental! And I was paying over $80 for the SAME! I didn't catch her name, because she made me stand on one corner end of a table whilst she went across to the other end and didn't even look at me. She was the older gal who wore glasses with short brown hair and I guess you can call them highlights? It was the complete opposite of what I experienced when I first came here. Piss poor excuse for customer service. Switch to tmobile, pay less, and get better service. read more

BEWARE!!! Now that Xfinity is somewhat of a monopoly because Reagan decided not to enforce the anti trust laws and both parties have allowed this to stand. Xfinity doesn't have to provide good product or customer service and can continue with their deceptive advertising practices. I signed up for 200mbps service, never checked speed during the 1st month, pages loaded at a good rate, solid connection, paid bill for 1st month which puts me after the 30 days to cancel service without penalties. 2nd month started noticing pages loading slowly, unable to keep connection, ran speed test from Xfinity web site was lucky to get above 50, and have several screen shots with 0mbps, called to get it fixed, got the standard tech run around, its you modem, or computer. Its a brand new netgear router modem, checked out both modem and computer through other sources and they tested good. They kept trying to bully me into a service call in my apt. which I would not agree to. I requested three times they check lines up to the where there responsibility ends. To date they have not told me it has been done. They continue to try to force a service call on me. Also when I started service, I was told that service had never been turned off and that a service call wasn't needed and if there were problems I wouldn't be charged for a service call. They have ignored the fact that I am not getting the service I've been paying for. I was told after the fact that speeds are based on an ether net cable connection vs connecting wifi. I tested speed using cable connection speed was below 200mbps I'm paying for and still significantly below 100mbps. I was told that to down grading to a lower service speed I would be paying five dollars more than I'm paying now, one customer service rep said that my speed would slow down even more. So this is what happens when you get somewhat of a monoply, they don't have to respond to customer complaints. Avoid them if you can or start with the lowest plan to see how service is!! read more
